Amazing kids club and team!
We had a wonderful experience with the Kids Club at Hilton Tulum. The team was kind, caring, and very professional. The activities are fun, rich, and varied, indoors, outdoors and even at the pool helping develop creativity, fine and gross motor skills and keeping children engaged all the day! we felt comfortable leaving our two children with them. Even though English is not my children’s first language and they only speak French, the team made them feel welcome and happy. My daughter understands and can communicate a little, but my younger child does not speak or understand English or Spanish at all. Still, he loved going to the Kids Club and asked to go every day. This says a lot about how great the team is. A big thank you to Angel, Roshy, Cristal, Montse, Mich, Joss, Angie, Iveth, Yadira, and Karla. You made our children feel safe and cared for, and you made our vacation even better. We truly recommend the Kids Club to all families. Thank you for everything!

Home away from home
It is the most amazing place!! This was our third vacation here and we are not people to repeat hotels. The service, food and drinks are impeccable. Too many people to shoutout to but here are some names I wanna say a special thanks to! Ivan (concierge who made our dinner reservations), Vicente (amazing bar tender), Kevin (entertainer), Natalie (entertainer)… everyone who works there is so kind and so amazing at what they do. The resort itself is beautiful but it is the kindness of the staff that keeps up wanting to return every year. We already booked a trip for next year! Thank you so much for always making this trip magical and fun.

Perfect for a Proper Relaxing All-Inclusive
Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya – Perfect for a Proper Relaxing All-Inclusive We stayed for 8 nights at the end of January and had a genuinely brilliant stay. This was our first time in Mexico and the Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya was exactly what we wanted: a beautiful, safe, relaxing all-inclusive where you can properly switch off. Location & Arrival The hotel is around 1 hour 10 minutes from Cancún Airport, which felt much shorter than expected. Arrival was smooth and stress-free. Bellboys were excellent and check-in was quick and friendly. We politely asked for a sea view room and were given one without paying extra, which was a really nice touch. Rooms We stayed in Casa 5 on the third floor and the sea view was honestly exceptional. Waking up to the sunrise and the sound of the waves every morning was one of the highlights of the trip. The room itself was modern, spacious, very clean and quiet. Beds were extremely comfortable and housekeeping was excellent. The hotel provides canned water (very eco-friendly), although we did need to request extra most days — not a problem, as it always arrived quickly. Minor points only: towels felt a bit stiff and the air-con was good rather than amazing, but nothing that affected our stay. Resort Layout & Facilities The resort is large but very easy to get around. From one end to the other is about a 10–12 minute walk, and minibuses run constantly if you don’t fancy walking. The beach near the main building is perfect: soft sand, plenty of sun loungers (we never struggled), water stations nearby and excellent drink service straight to your lounger. The sea is calm and shallow thanks to wave breakers, making it very safe and relaxing to swim in. Pools are also very good. The gym is basic but more than good enough for a hotel gym. We also saw wildlife around the resort, including coatis, raccoons and large lizards, which added to the natural feel. Food & Drink Breakfast and lunch buffets are excellent — genuinely some of the best we’ve had at an all-inclusive. Fresh omelettes cooked to order every morning, lots of choice, and good quality food throughout. There are five à la carte restaurants for dinner. Food is good across the board, though portions are on the smaller side so don’t be afraid to order more. Our favourites were the Mexican Chop House (by far the best) and the Asian Teppanyaki. The others were all enjoyable, just not mind-blowing. One thing to note: evenings are quite low-key. Restaurants are mostly indoors, heavily air-conditioned and fairly quiet, so they lack a bit of atmosphere. If you’re looking for lively nightlife or entertainment every evening, this probably isn’t the place. If you want calm, quiet dinners and early nights, it’s ideal. The lobby bar is the main evening spot and is great for drinks and watching sport, but again very relaxed rather than lively. The coffee shop deserves a special mention — open all day with great coffees, iced drinks and ice cream, which we loved. Service & Overall Feel The staff are exceptional. Everyone was friendly, helpful and genuinely warm. There’s no pressure to tip and absolutely no upselling, which was refreshing. You could easily spend the entire week without spending any extra money at all. Shops are available on site for souvenirs, snacks and medicines, but they are extremely expensive, so only use them if you really need to. Who This Hotel Is (and Isn’t) For This hotel is perfect if you want a relaxing, safe, high-quality all-inclusive where you can completely unwind. It’s great for couples, families and anyone looking to rest and recharge. If you’re after lots of entertainment, nightlife or a party atmosphere, this probably isn’t the right choice. Final Thoughts Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and would happily return. The setting is beautiful, the service is excellent, and it’s great value for a truly relaxing all-inclusive stay.

Amazing experience
The resort was beyond my expectations. Food and drinks were always presented with flair and beauty. The restaurants were all wonderful. Foodie paradise for each one. The service was so gracious. They seemed so happy to serve. Always ending with “my pleasure”. Monica was great. She was always reliable and gracious and understanding. We always had positive interactions and she was effective in her role. The Mayan ritual was unexpected yet it took my breath away and moved me so. I wish I could have participated in the sound healing but we were on our way to the airport. I will definitely come back.

Family review.
We had the best time. The food at the Asian restaurant was great for vegans. I was able to find food all over and they even at beyond meat burgers which I’ve never seen at another all inclusive. The resort was clean. Kids and family area designed well in terms of lay out. The heated pool for the kids was a life saver. The entertainment for kids was so good (shows) and my kids loveddd the kids club. Shout out to the kids club staff Angel, Roshy, Cristal, Montse, Mich, Joss, Angie, Iveth, Yadira & Karla! 10/10 to them. My negatives were the pool deck is extra slippery, more than I have seen at other places. The cauliflower steak at the steak house wasn’t my favourite but it was also fine. I wished they served black beans more at lunch buffet instead of breakfast. I also was sad to hardly have guacamole offered at the lunch buffet. It should always be there. Overall though it was good, clean, fun and good food.
