Fun in the sun… a very good vacation
Just got back from 6 sun-soaked days and 5 dreamy nights at the Hilton Tulum, and I’ve got thoughts! The Vibe: First off, the ride from the airport is about 45–60 minutes, so settle in and enjoy the view (we used Tulum Transportation—smooth ride, no complaints!). Now let’s talk about the Enclave Club upgrade—my husband and I debated this one hard ($1,500 extra), but honestly? Totally worth it. From the second we stepped into the exclusive Enclave lounge for check-in (with drinks in hand and snacks out front), we knew we made the right call. That lounge quickly became my vacation hideout—super chill, super cute, and super stocked. The Room + Location: We stayed in Casa 1, which was a sweet spot—right near the pools, restaurants, and lobby. Barely touched the shuttle. Room was lovely, and the real MVP? Enrique, our concierge. It was my husband’s birthday, and Enrique went all out—reservations, surprises, daily check-ins, and constant updates on all the happenings (especially in our beloved lounge). The Enclave Experience: Enclave Lounge breakfast? Yes, please. We ate there twice and swung by daily for a cocktail fix. Every night at 6PM there was a little something special—whiskey tasting, agave sampling, martini night, champagne toast… and every event felt like a mini party. The bartenders? Total pros. The Beach + Pool Life: Let’s keep it real—the beach didn’t blow us away, so we mostly skipped it. BUT the pools saved the day. We stuck to the adult pool (kid-free zone = peace), and it was super relaxing. Now, small bummer: no swim-up bars. My husband was personally offended. He lives for a poolside sip without ever leaving the water, so this was a low point. Pool staff were lovely, just stretched a bit thin—but we always found lounge chairs, which felt like a miracle. Be ware… the pools are overrun with iguanas. They jump on your chair and try and eat your food with you. Food Rundown: We dined at the Steakhouse, Italian, Asian (twice), and Mexican spots. All solid. Nothing wildly fancy, but nothing disappointing either. Just good vacation eats. Final Thoughts: All in all? A relaxing, luxe-ish getaway with a few quirks but a lot of charm. The Enclave Club was the highlight, Enrique was a gem, and while we missed the swim-up bars, we still left refreshed, full, and a little sun-kissed. Would we go back? With the Enclave? Definitely. Without? Maaaaybe. Depends on how badly hubby needs that swim-up margarita

8/10!!!!!
Alberto the bell service man was SO NICE!! He literally tended to us personally hand and foot!! Overall the resort is nice, definitely on the quiet side. The restaurants only open up after 5pm and the lobby bar closes at 11. Overall I had an AMAZING trip. Freddy, Fernanda (bartenders) were ON POINT. Easy check in/out, comfy beds. There was maintenance working on the water so we had to take a lukewarm shower before check out but, that was no one’s fault. Will definitely recommend.

Amazing time!!
I had a truly amazing experience at Hilton Tulum! The resort itself is absolutely beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by stunning views. But what really made the stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my time there. I also had the honor of teaching Pilates classes during my stay, which was a fantastic experience. I met some truly wonderful people, and it was such a joy to share wellness in such a serene setting. A special shoutout to Kevin and Sofia for their amazing support with the classes. They were both so helpful and professional, and made everything run smoothly. I highly recommend Hilton Tulum for anyone looking for a mix of relaxation, beautiful scenery, and outstanding service. Can’t wait to return!

Great as a family vacay !
I stayed for business at the Conrad , but change to Hilton as it is an all inclusive resort and more family friendly hotel. Service was also outstanding at this premises. Was way more packed than Conrad. Food was great. The beach is really nice too. There are areas though that may be rocky but there is a great spot for the kids.
