The hotel was great! No issues with customer service whatsoever. I was a bit nervous after reading the google reviews. The lunch buffet was below par but the other options were good. Martin in hotel transportation was amazing. He ensured that he was always available for me and my group to get us back n forth to the rooms. Very reliable and professional. Ask for him! I would definitely recommend this resorts.

Had a wonderful stay and overall experience at the resort. Great service ,food ,and drinks at every restaurant and interaction. Highly appreciated and want to shoutout- Marcos with the wine recommendations and his service! Guadalupe at the pool was wonderful. Overall loved all the staff and appreciate their hard work and service. Thank you very much to all!! I will be coming back and recommend to someone looking into this resort.

Perfect Vacation!
Our trip was amazing and our bellboy Alberto accommodated all our needs! I can’t wait to go back to Tulum and better yet stay at the Hilton! The food, cleanliness and staff were a 10/10!!

Great service, amenities and food. We are locals and would come back for sure anytime. Kids club was also awesome for kids and staff was great! Food was awesome for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

Outstanding Yoga Teacher! I’ve had the pleasure of taking classes with Sofia for 8 days, and I can honestly say she is one of the best yoga instructor I’ve ever had. Her classes strike the perfect balance between physical challenge, mindfulness, and relaxation. Sofia creates such a welcoming and supportive atmosphere — whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, you always feel encouraged and guided with care. Her instructions are clear and precise, and they take the time to adjust poses safely and thoughtfully.
