It’s a hidden gem to be experienced.
The place is beautiful like a necklace around the sea surrounded by nature, spread around the coast of Riviera Maya. The ambience is amazing, the food is great and the atmosphere excellent. Also impressed by the various services provided like the frequent golf cart transport to various ‘Casas’. It’s worth mentioning the yoga instructor and meditation guide Sofia who does an excellent job.

A mixed bag! Broken tiles injuring guests, sub par food offering!
A mixed bag! Hotel is beautiful, mostly clean and well maintained. The rooms are also mostly clean, but could do with a repaint in places. The aircon is locked to 20, it would be nice if this went lower, our shower leaked, but was fixed quickly. The minibar in the room was well stocked. The pools (Notably Pool 1, the adults only pool, is in bad shape, with numerous loose pool tiles, one of which had broken and badly cut my Fiancés foot). * The staff have been mostly 10/10, Mariana in the lobby bar is wonderful and needs to be recognised for this, she made our stay and is an absolute joy! Thank you. Jose in Noriku today (8/9) was shocking, rude, couldn’t care and clearly did not want to be there. Noriku, Cocomar and La Luce are FANTASTIC! However, all other outlets to eat have been a massive disappointment. Maxal especially being the Mexican was awful, cold and dry tasteless food. The steak house, Auma, was extremely bad. The steaks cooked not how asked, the flank steak was raw still, we also ordered the Lobster off Menu (990 MXN), this was large, but extremely tough and tasteless. The was handled well by the restaurant manager and removed from the bill. We tried the buffets on a couple of occasions, and they largely disappointed with bland and overcooked repetitive food. Maxals breakfast serving is good, the omelette station being a particular highlight. We stayed in Casa 5, in a sea view room, however as we were on the ground floor, we had no sea view, but a view of the trees instead. You have to wait FAR too long for a buggy to take you to the lobby area, often waiting 5-10 minutes, which is too long in the heat. The concierge’s are terrible, do not care and barely speak a word of English. Not sure what the point of them is. *we spoke to Alexis one of the supervisors at Reception, who handled this well, offered medical aid and gave us a complimentary upgrade to Enclave for our last couple of days. Overall, we have had a nice stay with some good food and nice memories. But we would not return.

Great Yoga & Overall Experience at Hilton
Sofia’s yoga classes at the Hilton Mexico truly elevated my entire stay. She has a calm, intuitive presence that immediately puts you at ease, and her ability to read the room and adapt each session to the needs of the guests is remarkable. Whether you’re new to yoga or have practiced for years, she meets you where you are—with empathy, insight, and genuine care. What stood out most was how personalized each class felt. Sofia doesn’t just teach yoga; she creates a space for restoration and connection. Her knowledge runs deep, and she integrates thoughtful techniques that support both physical and emotional well-being. After each session, I felt more balanced, more present, and more energized. She’s not only a skilled instructor—she’s someone who brings heart and healing into her work. I’m grateful to have experienced her classes and would recommend them to anyone visiting the Hilton. Overall hotel experience was great. Most staff was courteous. If you are a vegetarian, the food is very limited. Hotel is clean. —Sahil

Amazing staff, views, and stay!
My friends and I stayed for 4 days and loved it from the start. The check in process is fairly easy and they have staff around the clock helping you with luggage, transporting you through the resort, and of course serving you at the restaurants. In particular, I would love to highlight Angel Lazo (was at the Azulina bar) who was beyond amazing and made our trip 10x better. He made amazing drinks and gave us recommendations for different activities inside the resort and opinions on what we had planned in Tulum. Super hard working and genuinely friendly and caring! He deserves a raise or a promotion! Mariana (server from the Azulina bar) was also a sweet heart and super hard working! Lastly, Gustavo C (transportation with bags) was super friendly and helpful! Overall, this resort thrives off what it has to offer but more so because their overall staff is nice! There is different restaurants however we struggled getting reservations. We went to the Mexican Chop house and Noriku, 10/10! The breakfast buffet is also amazing and offers a lot of different options.

I had a great time at the hilton Tulum I was there solo celebrating my birthday I wanted to thank ELIANA the entertainment specialist for making all of the events so special she is a great employee My bartender Angel was simply the most attentive and nicest bartender I’ve ever interacted with every time I entered the bar he knew exactly what I was drinking The front dest to the concierge’s were so professional everyone had smiles, and they all made me feel welcome. What a great experience.
