It's time to say "adios" to the hassles of the everyday and venture to a place where "complicated" isn't in the vocabulary. Hilton Puerto Vallarta Resort is an all-inclusive, contemporary haven where ease meets luxury. Its majestic views of Banderas Bay will make all your worries disappear. And just outside the walls of this modern bliss lies the best of Puerto Vallarta - shops, restaurants, bars and stunning vistas of the ocean.

All-inclusive means a stress-free getaway: drinks, food and activities at your resort are included in the price of your vacay! This resort offers 2 sparkling pools, including an infinity pool with a picturesque view of the bay and mountains. If lounging on the sand is more your thing, Bandera's Bay gives you the perfect setting. Basking in the warm Puerto Vallarta sun can surely work up a thirst, but don't be surprised how easy it is to get a drink in your hand. Conveniently, located pool and beachside, the Beach Snack-Bar ensures you won't have to stray too far.

After a few hours spent indulging in the pristine water, drop the kiddos off at the Kid's Club where their imaginations can run free. Then, grab your honey and mosey over to the on-site spa. If you're looking for a unique experience, try the Flotarium where you'll find the true meaning of relaxation!

The Hacienda section is open for adults-only, offering restaurants, bars and areas to relax. The Hacienda section reflects Mexican culture with its decor, outdoor terraces and culinary experience. All this complements the resort's gorgeous beachfront with views of Bandera's Bay as the backdrop.

    Loved it!

Booked with Air Canada all inclusive for 10 days March 8-18 for 1899$ per person, resort room. This was our 6th trip to Puerto Vallarta, first time at the Hilton. We were offered a room upgrade at arrival, but decided to stick with the room we had booked. No regrets. The room was spacious, clean, with a mountain view from balcony. Only comment I have was that garbage pick-up was below us, and was noisy, at around 9:30pm most nights for about 30 minutes. But it needs to be done...The site is kept very clean. We enjoyed the food at the buffet and snack bar. Lots of good choices. We tried the French à la carte restaurant and the food was excellent there too. The coffee shop was open from 7:00am in the morning with good coffee and tea. All the staff is very attentive and the service is exceptional! Kudos to Carlos our waiter on the beach deck ( most days) who kept the drinks coming with a smile. We chose this resort according to our preferences: small resort, quiet and peaceful. That is what we got. The rooftop deck was really nice and we watched a few sunsets from there. The pools are beautiful and clean, although we prefer to swim in the ocean just a few step away. Not a party place, some entertainment, yoga classes, beach front for long walks, and still close enough to town (10 minute bus ride to the Malacon) to explore the area. We arrived before the Covid-19 crisis hit full force and were sad to see employees being laid-off on the last few days of our stay, they had to close coffee shop, 2 restaurants and snack bar, the hotel was at only 30% occupancy by March 15. The Air Canada rep. was able to soothe our concerns about getting back home on our scheduled flight. We will definitely be back!

    The rate was all inclusive

This is a very nice hotel. My only complaints were the rooms were old and dated and the lack of beach chairs around the prime real estate (shady areas around the beach and pool). I still am giving the hotel five stars because the food, drinks and service were top notch. My rate was all inclusive which included the buffet which had a variety of items to eat, most hours of the day and you can make a dinner reservation at one of the specialty restaurants (Mexican, Italian, French, Mediterranean) and the meal was included in the room rate. You can ask for drinks almost anywhere around the hotel and it is your choice (you are not hassled) to leave a tip. When I went to the room I was surprised to find a full mini bar with water, alcohol and non alcohol items, filled everyday and again included in the all inclusive fare. So the food, service and drinks were good. If the pool deck was full, there is a adjacent hotel with another pool, and a hidden rooftop/drinks and sushi bar infinity pool on the property. The hotel is near the cruise ship port, but a 15 minute taxi or ride share ride to downtown and the downtown boardwalk (Malecón). A must if you can sober up.

great place for rest and relaxation

We stayed at The Hilton Hacienda and loved the choice of 3 pools and the beach. Service was great, staff very attentive! The room was nice, i liked the decor and it was very clean. The restaurants had alot of options and food/drinks were great. About a 10 minute cab ride from airport.

    I love PV

This was my 7th time to PV and my first time to the Hilton. I have always stayed in the hotel zone and I have never had any major issues at any of the AI hotels that I have stayed at. I will give my honest opinion about this resort based on my previous experiences at other hotels. We flew Westjet Vacations & landed on a Friday afternoon. I would estimate 3 to 5 planes arrived within 30 minutes of each other and this caused chaos at the airport. From touch down to exit through the vultures at the time share area( these people are ruder and pushier every year) I timed it at 1 hour 45 minutes. A quick 10 minute trip to the resort and check in quick and friendly. Just a heads up, this resort does not do money exchange at the front desk, however they do have 2 atm's that dispense peso or US $. We booked a garden view room that overlooked the Kristal resort. The room was clean and mini bar was restocked daily. The main buffet was really hit or miss. If you arrived early you had hot and plentiful options, if you arrived later then not so much. The food was just okay in the buffet. The ala carts had much better food , so I would recommend booking them every day.. The pools were all very clean and quite warm in temperature. The rooftop pool( O West) was my favorite place on the entire resort. You have an amazing view of the bay, whales, cruise ships, etc. This is where the sushi bar is also. Sushi was great, made fresh right in front of you. A special thanks to Angel and Keila. They kept our drinks full and were always pleasant and professional. The hacienda side is very relaxing, no loud music, lots of birds chirping, adults only so it can give you a chance to just rest if that is what you are looking for. They have a snack bar there for lunch and the food is very good. Overall I was pleased with the Hilton. The service was excellent from everyone I dealt with. The buffet could be better, but you will not starve. The drinks are good. It is starting to show some wear and tear but it is very clean. One elevator was broke for the entire duration of our trip which did cause a little wait time getting back and forth to your room. I would recommend this resort to anyone who just wants to relax in comfort in beautiful Puerto Vallarta. Thank you Hilton for providing me with another fantastic trip to PV.

    Hilton Puerto Vallarta Resort

Our stay at the Hilton was nothing short of excellent. Wonderful staff who always made sure we had what we needed. Lots of food options for our family of 6. There were many activities to do at the hotel and on the beach. It was an excellent family vacation!
