This new dining concept offers a large selection of freshly-prepared take out items using locally-sourced produce, meats and fish. Gluten Free and Healthy Choice items are available.

I have been staying in this hotel for over two decades, and I was shocked to see how beat up and run down it is. My sister had stayed here a couple of years ago and she warned me of the condition it’s in. I stayed in the Ali’i tower, hoping it would be in better shape. Boy was I wrong. The furniture in the room was missing paint and scratched, the bathroom had holes in the wall and the spout of the bathtub was stuck and couldn’t be used. The carpet looks dirty and very dated. The common areas are the nicest part but I did notice areas that looked dirty and needing upkeep. I was very diss appointed and will not stay here again. This is not a 4 star hotel, I would give it 2 stars at most. It’s definitely not worth the price!!

First time in Hawaii. We had joined a group to celebrate a friends 50 th anniversary. Stayed in the Alii tower corner room. Beautiful view it was quiet but room was very dated. The Alii tower has its own pool on the second floor but only the people staying in this tower could access it which was nice. Pool staff was great but everything at Hawaiian village is very expensive. $30 for a hamburger and $17.50 for a mixed drink. Nice resort for families with lots to do but very busy. Nice enough but I don’t have any comparisons because it was our first time in Hawaii. All the staff was lovely!

Paradise Found
As a Hilton Lifetime Diamond Member, we have stayed at Hiltons across the globe. The Hilton Hawaiian Village is a beautiful property with lovely rooms, speculates views, delicious restaurants and bars, weekly fireworks and lots of shopping. It’s a quick walk along the beach to downtown Waikiki. We have visited the Hilton Hawaiian Village over 50 times in the past 30 years. What makes this property exceptional is the staff. From the moment we checked in, Jacque and her front desk staff (Amy and Ryan) created a perfect experience. They exude the aloha spirit. Another perfect vacation in Hawaii!

Jul 09, 2025Poor Air Conditioning
The air conditioning is beyond inadequate. Four times maintenance was called. I was told to keep my curtains closed during the day because the unit was working right, it just couldn't cool the room below 72- and that was only at night. During the day.... it was 78 degrees. The unit ran continuously, set at 65 degrees. I paid for an upgraded ocean view room with 2 slider doors and I'm told to close the curtains to the view to help the unit out by blocking the sun/heat. The issue is the room only has one vent. When I went to the desk the 3rd time at 6am because I spent another restless night sweating I asked for a new room and was told to hold off that they'd be speaking to the head of whatever dept and they'd have their best hvac employee look at it. That same day at 6pm I returned to the desk and asked what was going on and showed an image of the thermostat reading 78 degrees again. The follow up was that I could speak to maintenance again and they'd explain the unit was working as it should, it just wasn't enough. After that they'd try to accommodate with a new room but the issue was still going to be the same. Absolutely the worst time I have ever spent at any hotel, ever. Sleeping comfortably is part of the vacation experience - down comforters on the bed but room gets up to 78 degrees? Needless to say, I was cranky and tired every day from lack of comfortable sleep.
