Best massage ever!
We had a couple Massage in the spa at the resort. Our masseuses were Janeth and Leiser and they were amazing! They were so professional and very skilled. We were super comfortable on the beds, the music and smells were so relaxing. Upon our arrival, we were greeted and given cold drinks and our robes then shown to the dressing room. When we emerged, e were given warm neck compress and met Janeth and Leiser. Such a fantastic experience.

Relaxing and amazing vacation!
Day event in the pool was really fun. The staffs were really engaging and highly recommended for friends and family. We had a great stay all in all.

Breakfast
Samuel our server for breakfast who I had many times was very accommodating and pleasent to deal with. Plenty of choices in the breakfast buffet each morning.

Fun and inclusive family resort
My family, 2 adults/one kid (10) just finished a great 5 day stay at the Hilton Mar Caribe and we had a really wonderful stay. We were Enclave and happy to have it - you certainly don’t need it but we appreciated it. Overall, this is a wonderful family focused resort and we will 100% return. If you are looking for a romantic, kid free experience, this is not the best fit for you. Otherwise, it’s a lovely resort with really wonderful staff who made our stay really fun. Our plane landed around 12:30 and we were at the resort by 1:30. Carry on only and Happy Shuttle for transportation. Easy check in with Enclave, our room wasn’t quite ready so we had a quick (5 min) tour and then had lunch at the buffet. Paty was our concierge and she was just lovely, she showed us what we needed to know and shared her What’s App number with us. She helped with all of our dinner reservations - it was really nice to have everything taken care of on our arrival day. Paty checked in everyday (even if she was off) and helped to set up a spa treatment as well! The restaurants were very good - our family had different ratings for each but we enjoyed all of them. Lunch at the Chala bar (enclave) was my favorite. Interesting and fresh menu. The entertainment crew was unbelievable with fun activities and amazing energy. Shoutouts to Rain, Tony, Santos, Margo, Christian, Aldo, Carlos and so many more! I would not have pictured myself doing any of the activities and I did many and enjoyed them all. The games were fun, the water workouts were family friendly and a great workout. The team makes a point of being inclusive of everyone involved (kids, adults, everyone). In that vein, I found it a very inclusive resort overall, from a mobility perspective and in other ways also. There was a kindness amongst the staff and guests that made it very enjoyable. Pedro took care of us each day by keeping us hydrated at the pool. He was kind and attentive and checked on us many times. As he got to know our preferences, he would drop off drinks while we were doing an activity and it would be waiting for us. I enjoyed a massage with Maritza - also highly recommend. Great deep tissue massage and the hydrotherapy was great as well. The hotel overall seemed to really care about the guest’s experiences. We had a small frustration regarding the gym (they need a larger one for the size of the resort) and the Manager Eloy Martinez went out of his way to come up with a solution for us and continued to check in through out our stay. There was certainly some seaweed during our stay but we still swam at the beach and it’s part of the season (not at all the hotel’s fault). We very much look forward to coming back to the hotel soon!
