What an incredible trip. Everything was tremendous. A special thank you to the team at Restaurant Vela: Santiago, Christofer, Alan and Chef Osvaldo went above and beyond to make our family’s experience spectacular. The food was delicious, the service was immaculate and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Unforgettable experience and customer service
The property, the amenities, entertainment and the food on the property in the restaurants and in the dining area was great! Special shout out to Raul and Alex in the dining area…they were very attentive and helpful.

Wonderful family getaway!
Alex in the dining room was lovely. Treated our family like royalty! Rahul was also great! Will definitely be back, nice spot for the entire family.

Great coming back to this Hilton.
Hotel and staff are the best. Of special mention are 1- Freddy our personal concierge. Always in touch to make sure we are having the best experience. 2- Roberto the waiter in the steak house “Flama”. Very friendly and attentive. I was last here almost two years ago and he recognized me came right over with a big hug. 3- Kevin the pool supervisor. They were short a waiter and he pitched in. You can see why they made him a supervisor. He is the best and everyone can definitely learn from him. Time to promote him again. 4- Jorge the waiter in the buffet restaurant “Vela”. Very friendly and very attentive. These people are why we keep coming back here.

The hotel’s location and beach is excellent. You can have varied service in the main restaurant “ Vela”. Sometimes waiters are more attentive to the white guests and ignore others. Also the evening Rodizio Grill restaurant food in Vela is below par, really need to improve the quality of the meats and services there…. The specialty restaurants, specially Noriku ( the Asian restaurant)and LaLuce( ( the Italian restaurant)are excellent though. The food and service over there is very professional and good too. But the best part is the young manager, Victor, at Noriku. He was exceptional in service and very professional and patient in his dealings with customers. We noticed him right away bustling about and helping the waiters bring food to the table himself. Really very pleasant and always had a smile on his face. Big shout out to you Victor!! Big shout out to Daniela and Federy on the staff team too!! Great to work with. On the whole it was a pleasant experience staying at this location. Royal Uno, owned this property before and we hope Hilton can continue to keep it’s good name going forward.
