We’d love to come back! Enjoyed the ability to go to different areas each day: There was the main pool, the sun deck (adults only), the rooftop sky bar Chala and pools (Enclave). I think Enclave is the way to go, if you can. We had no issues or disappointments in booking dinner reservations (Italian, Mexican, Asian, and Italian again); ideal room location just a few steps from the beach or the pools; the complimentary hydrotherapy at the spa was relaxing; and the cabana at the beach was a great spot! Having access to drinks/snacks and a chill place at the Enclave lounge bar was a nice treat. All staff were kind and wanted you to have a good time. Shout out to the concierge Fernanda, David at the beach, waiter Ricardo at Flama, Diego at the swim up bar, and the entertainment team. You’ll be in good hands!

Beyond amazing! What a great trip
Fantastic service! The buffet was a real hit during our trip. We absolutely loved Alex, Raul, Johnny and Disson. They made our dining experience amazing. So attentive! Honestly all the food was 10/10 during our trip! The pools were very clean and clear. Lots of lounging options. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing and professional
It was a very good experience, very professional and attentive to the customer needs. When they tell you how long the massage is gonna be, it sounds pretty long but then when they're done, you feel like it was too short and wish it could've been longer. I guess that's how good it feels.

October is the best time!
Amazing time! We paid extra to be on the adults-only Enclave side and also loved the upgraded drinks, private area, and room service twice a day. I went with my partner and some friends and we loved how it wasn’t very packed and were able to connect with the staff. We particularly loved meeting Raul and Eduardo. Both were incredible at making us feel welcome and have the best time. They made sure we had everything we need and remembered our favorite orders. We felt very special because of them! I am assuming since it was the off season, the staff wasn’t very strict on the child-free sky lounge or beach area, but at least there was plenty of free space.
