  Family Christmas in Cancun

  Beautiful all-inclusive relaxing resort! So refreshing and clean! Great staff and food! One of the best beaches we have ever been to! Very safe feeling on the resort! Leo helped Make our trip fun and memorable! Oscar and the rest of the entertainment crew are fun and get everyone involved with activities for all ages!

  First All Inclusive

  This was a great experience. Totally recommend enclave and beach front if you can afford it. Visited with my adult daughters for a week at Christmas. Weather was perfect. Water was perfect. Accommodations were perfect. It is a great place for families with kids of all ages. Most of the entertainment is in the center of the complex so it is quite loud until about 11pm each night so if you are early to bed that may be an issue. Every staff member goes out of their way to ensure your visit is the best it can be. Many thanks to the enclave staff, Janeth and Adam at the spa, Kevin and his crew on the pool deck, Eduardo, Yessica, Christopher, and Enoc in the buffet restaurant. The medical staff is great if you have a scrape that needs attention. Tropical Elite Transportation was a well-oiled machine getting us to and from the airport. Steak Restaurant 10/10; Italian 6/10.

  Nice, relaxing stay on a gorgeous beach

  My husband and I stayed at the Hilton Mar Caribe in Cancún for nine nights mid December. We’ve stayed at other All Inclusives many times, in Mexico, the Caribbean and Europe, so we are quite familiar with the experience and what to expect. I like going to Cancún for the ocean, so we booked an oceanfront ground level room Enclave level. We loved watching the pelicans from our patio, and also enjoyed swimming at the gorgeous beach. Sargassum was no problem for us in December. Quality food and drink are also super important, and the idea that we would have access to higher quality liquors and special food items with Enclave status was really appealing. In particular we loved lunch at the Chala Sky Bar for the spicy tuna tostadas and green aguachile. I had a variety of cocktails, in terms of selection, but also quality. There are a couple of really good bartenders at the enclave lounge, and a couple who left me lacking. That applies to the specialty restaurants as well. Speaking of restaurants, we enjoyed some wonderful meals. My main comment on the food would be that consistency is a bit lacking. Some nights we both loved our choices, other nights one of us was a bit disappointed. At the dinner buffet they serve skewers of meat table side, and these were delicious. The breakfast and dinner buffets were really good in general. We don’t often sit by the pool, but the times we did we experienced decent service, and plenty of available space. On our last full day we participated in the aqua aerobics and thoroughly enjoyed it! They have a wonderful, engaging instructor. The Enclave level includes a hydrotherapy circuit experience which is just lovely. I added onto my spa day with a massage, and honestly Beth was amazing…worth every penny. Service overall was extremely positive, falling short just a few times, mostly in the housekeeping area. They do have an excellent staff. Lastly, the entertainment was something that we enjoyed only a couple times. Great musicians, dancers and entertainers, though it was too loud for us when held indoors due to weather! And lots of fun for the children.

  Terrific resort!

  We loved our stay. Our Enclave room had a gorgeous view of the beach and a bathroom that was set up in a way that was convenient for a family of 3 with two sinks and separate areas for the bathroom and shower. While you can hear music on the nights that there are dance parties, the music ends at 10:30 pm and then it is very quiet with the exception of the delightful sound of the waves. We found the service to be terrific throughout the resort. Staff members are kind and hard-working. The resort is very clean and the entertainment was fun - especially the Neon Show and the Fire Show. The food at the buffet was delicious - the best I've had at an all-inclusive in Mexico. We were surprised at how small the portions were at the Italian restaurant during dinner and breakfast, however. The hibachi experience at the Japanese restaurant was wonderful. The pools are nice and the beach is fantastic. The sand does not get hot and there wasn't a lot of seaweed. The beach stays shallow for a long while, but the waves are very rough. We enjoyed diving in the waves and using a tube with our young adult son, but I wouldn't have felt comfortable if he were little - the waves are really strong in front of the hotel and all long the coast. The lifeguards were constantly telling us to move this way or move that way to presumably avoid rough currents, which we appreciated very much. We felt safe with them watching over us. There are jet skis available on the beach but you won't hear that from the people who walk around selling excursions on the property. They sell a jet ski experience in the lagoon about 10 minutes away, which is calmer water and probably less expensive than on the beach. Just know there could be crocodiles in the lagoon, which they won't tell you about unless you ask. We would return to this beautiful resort!

  Looooved this experience— so needed!

  We loved our experience with Sheyla and Izbeth!!! They were so kind and gave us 10/10 massages. Cant wait to do it again!!!
