Excellent Service at Vela and and throughout the Hilton
We had the best experience at the hotel and especially at the restaurant Vela. We tried all the restaurants but kept coming back to Vela. The absolute best staff from the breakfast crew who go out of their way for you and always have a smile. To the dinner staff who really care about the guests and remember you. We really appreciated Moises and Jorge. Both were so pleasant and had a great attention to detail. Jorge and Moise remembered our preferences in the rodizio and kept coming by to make sure we were taken care of. We had some great conversation with Moises who truly is passionate about his job, he was beyond polite and caring. He also gave some great suggestions on places to go around the area.

Great stay and Great food at Maxal
A fantastic dining experience at Maxal. The Mexican restaurant - authentic flavors, warm and friendly service. They went above and beyond to celebrate my wife’s birthday. This has to be one of our best dining experiences at the resort and Jair the Captain was fantastic, Emilia our waiter phenomenal and the food by Chef Ilayana was delicious. Worth every calorie! Don’t miss an opportunity to dine here!

Summer vacation
This is the most relaxing vacation I’ve ever had. Specially the morning exercise with coach Yeniz Parton. Hilton offers two sections of morning exercises, Strength Circuit training and Mobility & movement Flow. We participate both classes every morning, and felt so rejuvenated for the rest of the day. Thank you coach Yeniz.

Great overall trip! Food is mostly great, but not phenomenal. Drinks are mediocre in flavor and quality but it doesn’t take long to get served. However, the drink quality experienced across the hotel changes if you visit Reuben at the lobby bar and ask him for a Reuben special. He is a star and makes adults and kids a variety of tasty drinks! The beach is beautiful green even while battling with incoming seaweed. The beach here beats most other hotels across Cancun.
