Wonderful experience with a highlight massage experience
The resort was beautiful and the staff were fantastic. Me and my partner were there for a family wedding and it was a wonderful experience. Our highlight from the trip was the hydro therapy and couples massage that we received at the spa. We loved our massage therapists Izbeth and Sheyla, they took great care of us during our massage.

Be Aware Hotel Will Cancel Your Reservation Without Proper Notice
Be aware that the hotel will cancel your reservation without notice prior to your cancellation policy. The hotel canceled my reservation without notice to find an email later after they canceled stating I needed to click on a link to make payment (the link looked like a scam). When I booked my reservation there was no mention of deposit or payment prior to arrival. In fact my reservation was confirmed with a credit card and 3 day cancellation policy. If indeed they needed a deposit one would have been taken at the time of booking. There email stated I had two days to make payment to which I didn’t see or read until my reservation was out right cancelled by the hotel. This is absolutely shady to ask guest to make a deposit with no mention during the booking process and unethical to out right cancel. This is absolutely viewed as unprofessional behavior and be advised I will be opening a complaint with Hilton Corporate for this type of action. If you require a full deposit, no worries then simply place that policy in front of the consumer during the booking process because what is the purpose of a 3 day cancellation policy. Pick one or the other.

Staff made stay memorable!
One can never go wrong in vacationing in beautiful Cancun! A mix of Vegas/Miami city vibes amidst a paradise of absolute natural bliss with the unique teal ocean waters and powdery white sand beach! Our stay was overall a good one… not fans of all-inclusive but knew that in booking so, that part was to be expected (loud kids, mass crowds (at pool and buffet/restaurants). BUT… it was worth the upgrade to Enclave status. Rooms with THE BEST VIEWS (ocean front), perks with dining reservations and additional restaurants only for Enclave guests as well as, private beach section only for only Enclave. We are beach folks so… we were able to avoid the crowds of typical all-inclusive type guests and their brood by hanging at the beach… totally perfect for our needs! Lastly, the staff was wonderful… all over the resort; hardworking, friendly, always there to be helpful and ensure your stay happy & comfortable. ***The VIPS*** Raul and Rita at the Enclave beach section, Yuli at the Chala SkyBar (Javi & Ilondra too), Diego at Enclave Lounge, Jerry & Jean Paul at Flama and Liliana (Guest Services Manager). They were hands down top notch in every way possible. Attentive, professional and went out of their way to attend to our every need ensuring for our best possible experience! We were so very impressed and so very grateful. I have traveled to Cancun over 35 times in my life and stayed at many resorts throughout the years. In many ways, the resorts are similar… same beautiful beach and opulence with grandiose hotels, etc. But what always lingers and sets things apart, are the employees, the people who work tirelessly to make sure we tourists leave with only the happiest magical memories thanks to their generosity of spirit and kind labors. Thank you Liliana, Jerry, Jean Paul, Diego, Yuli, Javi, Ilondra, Rita and Raul for elevating our vacation experience; we hope Alejandro will reward employees such as yourselves as you set the bar for the guests happiness and you surely succeeded with us! Thank you! (*Housekeeping did a fantastic job too… unfortunately, I am unsure of their names to honor their efforts too)

I will be back 🌊 💕
Well… I will be coming back FOR SURE. My partner and I planned a 9-day getaway, just the 2 of us. On day 2, he left me there alone. I was CRUSHED. When the staff found out what had happened, they went into complete overdrive. 🙏🏼 I have had some amazing experiences at other resorts, but this one truly wins the GOLD 🏅 They checked on me, sent me a sweet treat to my room with a hand written note, made sure I had the absolute best experience possible… which I DID. The concierge staff, the restaurant staff, the What’s App staff, EVERYONE was over the top AMAZING 🤩 The resort is GORGEOUS. The food is absolutely stellar. If I had ONE tiiiiny complaint, it’s that the pool was a little too warm for my liking 🤷♀️ The rooms are well stocked with drinks, snacks, and great smelling bath products. The view… geez 🙌🏼 If you’re having difficulty with ANYTHING, they help, willingly and with nothing but kindness. I really can’t recommend this place enough, but a GIANT part of what makes it so special is the people. I want to thank Liliana, Ricardo, Eloy, Jose, Christian, Gerardo, Julian, Dulce and Angel, and Ivanna 💕 and Daniel for making me feel loved like I was family (if I firgit anyone, please forgive me! All inclusive = me drinking) Last points: Go to La Luce and order the Foie Gras Truffle, Lamb Ravioli, and the Canneloni (pictures included) My favorite desserts were the Tiramisu (La Luce) and the S’mores Lava Cake (steakhouse) Also, be careful with the on-site outside vendors… they might have what you want, but it’ll cost ya 😉 I really couldn’t have asked for a better place to be dumped and left, and I can’t wait to go back, even if I go alone. You did good, Hilton 🥰
