Hilton Cancun 2025
Had a family vacation October 2025 and visited the kids club for the kids to try out while we had dinner and my kids loved it that they always wanted to go back only thing I did not love is that they would take 2 year olds

Dirty, bugs, noisy, rude.
I was disappointed in my trip to the Hilton. I went with my husband and family and the experience was no where near what I was expecting. Staff were rude. The food was mediocre. The property was well kept. I went to the spa and the entire experience was botched and haphazard. I left my hat behind in the spa and they said they didn’t have it. They forgot about me before my massage. They had so many people, mixed men and women, hanging out in towels all over. It was not relaxing at all. The masseuse was great. But other than her, the whole thing was stressful. I asked them if they had a pen, they said no and completely dismissed me ( I needed to write down something for work). There were loud parties, mosquitoes, a huge spider in my bathroom/ we came out of this really bitten up. No shuttles to and from the airport. They advertise multiple restaurants but only one bigger open for lunch. The food was redundant. They didn’t identify kosher vs vegetarian options. No ken spoke English besides for a handful of people. Dish plates were dirty. I love Hilton, but this did not meet the standard i am use to. So disappointed.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Unsafe Conditions and Unprofessional Management at Hilton Cancun
I normally do not post negative reviews, but my recent experience at Hilton Cancun, an All-Inclusive Resort, deserves serious attention from future guests and Hilton Corporate alike. Our group of 19 guests encountered repeated failures in service, safety, and management accountability that completely undermined the Hilton brand standard. Unprofessional and Misleading Management The management team at this property has shown an alarming lack of professionalism. Rather than taking responsibility for multiple documented service failures and a safety incident involving my family member, they chose to misrepresent the facts and shift blame to guests. Their communication was evasive, dismissive, and in some cases, misleading — which is unacceptable for a property operating under the Hilton name. Serious Safety and Accountability Concerns A concerning incident occurred during our stay, yet the hotel management failed to handle it with basic care or transparency. Instead of conducting a proper investigation or providing support, they denied the issue altogether and later implied no similar incident had ever been reported since the hotel opened — effectively suggesting our experience was fabricated. This kind of response raises major red flags about how this property handles guest safety and risk management. Not Suitable for Large Groups Despite confirming arrangements well in advance, nothing was properly coordinated for our group of 19 guests. We were forced to wait extended periods for meals and basic services because the hotel was unable or unwilling to honor prior arrangements. The resort clearly lacks the operational capacity or management competency to handle group bookings professionally. Hilton Cancun’s management team’s attitude, lack of accountability, and disregard for guest safety make this resort not suitable for travelers seeking reliability, professionalism, or group accommodations. Hilton Corporate should seriously review the leadership and practices at this property before more guests experience the same failures.
