Awful experience at aqua class. No dignity instructors.
Abit disappointed funny smell in the room every night. The staff had abit of an altitude when approached they seemed to care about there conversations than the Guests. Aqua aerobics the man embarrassed me so bad because my top hook had come off instead of doing it with dignity he just shouted at me infront of everyone. The only good thing about the place was one waitress very professional. Entrainment not organised at all however the silence disco was the best. The food lunch time especially the rice was off and tasted funny.

Pooooor
No hot water - for 3 days that I was there was no hot water. No AC – Raised the issue to the staff was told a technician would come and check the AC. The technician never showed up. No availability in the restaurants – The restaurants were fully booked on the app however when you go to the restaurants, they were empty. No water- there was no water for a 2 hr period at nighttime. Don’t recommend this establishment to anyone as it very costly and not worth the money.

Don’t waste your hard earned money!
While the resort and location was stunning, this was the worst resort I have ever stayed at. There were issues everyday and the staff made you feel like you were bothering them. We did a family trip and we were terribly disappointed. Food was just ok and drinks were horrible. I would not return. The staff were very unhappy and it was easy to see.

Skip it - there are far better places to spend your money
We’ve now been back from our holiday for 10 days, having waiting to cool off to write a review . We travelled as a family of four - my husband & I, with our 4 & 5 year olds. We came to this resort in 2018 & 2019, and had a fantastic time. This visit was a disappointment - the resort has been allowed to slide in terms of maintenance, and most can not be explained by storm season. Many doors around the resort are damaged - we were in a presidential suite, and the bathroom door handles , as well as bedroom door handles stuck frequently. Our main entrance door also didn’t close properly until part way through our vacation. We were unlucky enough to be there for the strike - which with young kids, was like nothing I had seen. Our biggest complaints were communication, food & water. Traveling with such young kids, and not realizing what was going on, we had started our morning trying to attend breakfast at an a la carte. By the time we realized what was happening, the buffet was bedlam - only scraps, busing our own tables, two cups of water to share, guests reaching over counters to cool their own pancakes. I went to the diamond club lounge seeking water, and was told the cases had been removed by management and there was no water, no direction on where I could get this. With 35 degree heat, and young kids I was extremely unhappy. We were ultimately given two bottles late morning. Getting g information about where and when food would be served was next to impossible - asking what staff I could find, including diamond lounges and in the buffet was met with no information. We received one text via the app 1 hour before the buffet opened to inform us there would be food. They did get one bar open by Monday afternoon, and I was able to get the kids a “slush”. Unfortunately, they chose a Bob Marley (and my husband and I don’t drink them), only to find d out the next day when his request was declined that he had been given the green slush with alcohol. To say the least - we were disappointed to start with, and things ended on a worse note. We’ve also had no contact with our tour company or Royalton since our return. We won’t be back - there are too many better places to go at this price point

Horrible Experience
I stayed from Oct 4th - Oct 7th 2024 and had the worst experience ever. The main restaurant is hot as hell the AC units seems to be malfunctioning speak to the supervisor at the restaurant about it and nothing was done. The room have mold in the roof the carpet need to be replaced it give gives the room a musty scent The entertainment is the worst ever by 11pm every where close off . Despite making several complaints at the front desk the issues weren't addressed. Didn't get value for my money
