Great employees at Entertainment team
Entertainment team is awesome, Mily, Andrea and Lore along with Super Johnny go above and beyond to make sure we were happy here. The team is short staffed but these 4 go out if their way to make people happy at the pools and lobby. Mily did something awesome for a kid’s birthday, the baby liked baby shark so she surprised him with a Shark costume, it was much appreciated by the parents and all of us watching the baby’s face. Shoutout to them for their efforts.

A visit to Hard Rock Los Cabos never disappoints!
We are members of Legendary Vacation Club and have found this property the best of them all for our family. The staff actually remember your name when you return - compliments to the Kids Club team who were so happy to see our 2 kids Jordan (10) and Jaidyn (7) and welcomed them with huge grins and warm hugs! Zaida, Jacky and Sonia are the best! They keep your kids safe and entertained - so much so that Jaidyn never wanted to go anywhere else but the Kids Club! Now - the experience as a LVC member with HOF/Chairman status is nothing without the support of the “Butler” assisting to where need. HUGE shout out to Chetan and Edson who have been like an extension of our family every time we visit. They are eager to do anything to make the trip an amazing experience and are available at any notice to respond to requests of any kind. The LVC members pool staff are the best! So many there have helped us and again - as repeat visitors to HRLC they learn our names and welcome us as family. All of the pool staff are amazing. The resort is perfect for families, couples, groups celebrating weddings or birthdays - it has something for everyone. For us living in So Cal it is an easy trip to visit but regardless - it is a great place to visit and be catered to. A visit from Jan to March is perfect with great weather and all the whales that swim by the resort on their migration - it is a gift to be able to watch them jumping and swimming in the ocean - sometimes what appears so close to shore. We look forward to our next visit to recharge and connect with our family at HRLC!

Amazing first trip to Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos!
First time visiting Hard Rock Los Cabos. Had no concerns bringing a large group of family with us based on recommendations from other LVC members. Everything we expected from both the facilities and the staff, and most notably the food. 5-star all the way at each of the on-site restaurants. We will certainly be returning in the future.

Great resort with great staff!
We had a fabulous time and were very well taken care of by so many staff members! Lety and Oscar were wonderful! From Jesus helping with our bags to so many of the pool staff at the Legends pool- Ramon, Sergio, Dani Jr, Aaron to name a few-we felt taken care of in every part of our stay! We enjoyed our Spa experience as well! Would highly recommend Hard Rock Cabo and all the wonderful staff!

- Pet Policy : Pets Allowed:
A maximum of two pets are allowed per room. The hotel is not responsible for providing food for pets due to each pet's particular diet/eating habits. The pet friendly program allows for each pet to be a maximum weight of 48.5lbs and a height of 15.7in. The program requires a fee of 150USD plus tax per pet, per stay. The hotel will not provide kennels or crates.
