Hard Rock Rocked
Had an awesome time at the Hard Rock. Sergio was amazing at the pool. Great service great personality knew how to interact with the guests. Quite frankly he could train some of the other staff. Angel was also on his game! Lety was our amazing butler! She was very helpful and checked with us throughout the day! Took great care of our crew! The resort itself is very nice. Very clean well kept friendly staff. Had a great time in the escape rooms. The gym is also nice and well equipped. Enjoyed the entertainment.

Amazing service
We had an amazing time at this resort. What really made a difference was how the staff would go above and beyond to make your stay great. If we needed something that was not readily available they would make it happen. Even if it meant walking across the property to do it. Bernardo handled our room service one of the days and was able to provide me with an item that was not standard. That really goes a long way when you have a routine in the morning when you are on vacation.

40th Birthday Trip
It was an amazing all inclusive getaway! The atmosphere, food, drinks, and the staff were all wonderful!! Can’t wait to plan the next trip!!

Great employees at Entertainment team
Entertainment team is awesome, Mily, Andrea and Lore along with Super Johnny go above and beyond to make sure we were happy here. The team is short staffed but these 4 go out if their way to make people happy at the pools and lobby. Mily did something awesome for a kid’s birthday, the baby liked baby shark so she surprised him with a Shark costume, it was much appreciated by the parents and all of us watching the baby’s face. Shoutout to them for their efforts.
