  Amazing Service, Great Family Luxury Stay — We’d Go Back

  We had a fantastic stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos and came away genuinely impressed—especially by the level of personal service. The absolute standout of our trip was our butler, Mar. She made the experience feel truly personalized from start to finish, with thoughtful touches and surprises that made a big difference. She was proactive, warm, and incredibly attentive. Even our teenagers loved her, which is no small feat, and she played a huge role in making the trip feel special. We stayed in a suite with a private swimming pool, and it was awesome—far more than a nice extra. We used it way more than we expected, both in the mornings and at night, and it quickly became one of our favorite parts of the stay. If you’re on the fence, it’s absolutely worth it. Pool service was excellent. Manny and Rafael were consistently attentive and friendly, and to Rafael’s credit, he even went out of his way to find my wife and say hello on the second day, despite us not being in his section. That kind of personal touch really stood out. Our entire family had a blast overall—loved the shows, pools, slides, and energy of the resort. There was always something going on, and it worked well for families without feeling chaotic. We also did massages at the spa, which were very good—better than we expected for a large resort—though not quite the same level as something you’d get at a Four Seasons. Still relaxing and well worth doing. Dining was a mixed bag: • Ciao was great for the breakfast buffet and an easy daily win. Dinner there was fine but didn’t really stand out. • Zen was fun and a solid experience—we enjoyed it and would go back. • Toro Steakhouse was the one real miss. Steaks were okay but nothing special, food didn’t come out at the same time, and service felt spotty and understaffed compared to the rest of the resort. One thing to note: there is construction noise at times, which can be loud. We were told it should be finished around March, so hopefully this won’t be an issue much longer. Also, a heads-up - sales will try to rope you into spending half a morning on a timeshare presentation. If that’s not your thing, just say no and don’t get pulled into it. Bottom line: we had a great trip. In fact, everyone is already asking to come back for spring break… and we’re still waiting to see if the sales team follows up. That probably says everything.

  Hell NO

  Possibly the worst all inclusive resort I’ve ever been to. Overpriced with crap liquor and horrible food. As soon as we checked in, we were hit up by a salesperson disguised as a concierge to become a member of the hard rock. WTH??? Seriously I had a long travel day and paid a crap ton for this vacay why are you wasting my time??? It’s very loud with no peace. My room was dirty and smelled terrible. Gross and disgusting. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

  Family Christmas Trip 2025

  We are hall of fame members and enjoy our time at HardRock Los Cabo everytime. Oscar and Lety were amazing Butlers and Richardo was great at making sure any other issues w our membership were sorted. We love Hard Rock but just keep saying that their event music is way too loud which makes it very difficult to communicate during event dinners.

  Rosi is a rock star at ciao restaurant

  Shout out to Rosi (cazzu) who has been amazing at ciao restaurant with above and beyond service. We had a fabulous time in this resort (our 4th time in 4 years) and cannot wait to be back again in 2026.

  MUST VISIT

  AMAZING!! This was our second time here, and we would come back for a third! The staff is amazing, and they always have a smile on their face. Our bartenders Jesus, Ramon,Cristian, Efrain, and Verito up at the Sunlight bar were great to see every night. Jose down at the legendary pool made sure that everyone was getting their drinks. And most important, our legendary Butlers Chetan and Edson were so accommodating, always making our dinner reservations, and solving any issues we had. I would recommend this resort over and over again!!
