    Great experience

    Incredible experience, the food was great, the service was great. If you want to leave the hotel, you will need transportation, as there are no places or activities within walking distance.

    December at Hard Rock Los Cabos is hard to beat!

    The first week of December we traveled with friends and family to Hard Rock Los Cabos. This is our fifth trip to this resort which is always a treat. One of our favorite parts of this resort is their amazing spa. We had attentive and kind attendants on the women’s side with Diaz and Sunny and on the men’s side with Alexis and Manuel. They are all excellent at their jobs. My husband and I had a couples hot stone massage with Abdi and Alondra that was fantastic and a great way to relax the day after travel. I also had a facial with Alondra later in the week that was wonderful. I would like to encourage travelers to try the ala carte breakfast and lunch options at Los Gallos. The food is made to order and served with smiles by Suzi and Anita. Suzi even worked with her restaurant manager, Luz to arrange a personalized birthday breakfast one morning. Another great place to try is the Zen Ala carte dinner. Ask Marcos to bring a Lychee Martini with your amazing meal. You will not be disappointed. While it’s a little off the beaten path, make sure to have dinner another night at Umo. I would recommend asking for Arnold. Allow him to choose a selection of appetizers for you. You will be glad you did. While we had so many new wonderful memories from this resort including watching the whales and stingrays from the infinity pool and exploring the art walk in San Jose, not all would have been possible without the excellent service of our butlers Chetan and Edson. You two are an amazing team. Thanks for making our week so special.

    Toro Restaurant

    Our experience at Toro was nothing short of excellent. We’ll be back before the week is up. Ivan provided exceptional service from beginning to end and made our meal memorable. Do yourself a favor and try the dirty martini, steak, creamed asparagus, Mac n cheese, and crème brûlée!

    Hard Rock Cabo Butlers and Pool Servers

    We ALWAYS have a great time at Hard Rock Cabo and our Butlers Chetan and Edson are a key reason. They go above and beyond. So good at their job and make everything so fabulous Also, pool server Sergio Garza and Raphael are top notch. Service with a smile, jokes that keep us laughing and drinks never empty

    Best Vacation!!

    Another great trip. 19 people and we all had a blast. Our butlers Chetan and Edson made this holiday seamless. Had the best servers at the lyric pool Sergio and Rafael!! They kept us topped up and had us laughing all day!! Sergio even walked into the pool to bring us drinks. Thank you all!!!
