We just spent a week at Hard Rock Los Cabos and Chetan and Edson truly made our stay unforgettable. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, they were consistently friendly, helpful, and incredibly responsive. They helped us with everything — daily check-ins, poolside support, restaurant reservations, and making sure we always had what we needed. They went above and beyond for my birthday, decorating our cabana beautifully and even surprising me with a thoughtful little gift. It was such a special touch and meant so much to us. Both Chetan and Edson made our family feel cared for every single day. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made our experience exceptional. We’re so grateful for everything they did and would absolutely return thanks to their outstanding service.

The best!!!
Had an amazing time for my first time in Cabo. My butlers Bicri and Mar went above and beyond and felt like family my whole trip. I am excited to book my next trip here and see them again ;) highly recommend Hard Rock Los Cabos and the absolute amazing staff and ambiance

Excellent service
Just returned from a wonderful week at the Hard Rock Los Cabos. We were impressed by the quality and variety of restaurants and food, and consistently excellent service. Special mention of Christian, who handles the omelette station at Ciao - his technique was awesome (mesmerizing to watch) and so efficient. He was also extremely pleasant! Our pool days were so great, especially when we discovered the less busy Eden Pools. The construction noise would have bothered some people, but we liked the great playlist, the lack of people, and the incredible number of dragonflies and butterflies. We could not have asked for better and more considerate service from the Eden pools team. Manny, Santos, and Ruben set a high bar for attentive, friendly, and professional service and really added to our enjoyment. The sunsets were OUTSTANDING. Entertainment what you would normally expect at an all-inclusive and we especially enjoyed the fire show and the circus show. Ciao at breakfast and dinner was our favourite but we also super enjoyed Toro and Umo.

Amazing family friendly atmosphere and wonderful staff!
We had 13 people in our party and had the absolute best time! The staff and facilities were amazing and our two butlers, Chetan and Edson, were fabulous! They ensured we had everything we needed and made our trip even better. Thank you Chetan and Edson, and thank you to the entire staff. Can’t wait to come again!

Very relaxing vacation.
Spent a relaxing week at the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabo All-Inclusive with friends. This hotel is very luxurious and is beautifully set facing the ocean. This hotel is very clean. You will see employees constantly cleaning throughout the day and night. Our butlers, Chetan and Edson catered to our every need. They reserved our chairs and cabana at the pool each morning, our seats at the King of POP show and made our dinner reservations at the various restaurants. Alma, a chef at the Toro restaurant, made my wife chicken soup when she was not feeling well. Valentin our waiter at The Market restaurant went over and above the call of duty with his breakfast and lunch service each day. We requested to sit in his section every time we went to the Market restaurant. We also requested waiter Roman at the Toro restaurant. He recommended various wines and menu items which were hits at our table. Jose the manager at Toro checked in at our table each time we dined at Toro to check how we were enjoying our meal. When we were at the Lyric pool waiters Carlos & Armando keep checking on our drink and food needs. They were very attentive . If you are looking for a relaxing vacation where your every need is addressed, I highly recommend this resort.
