  Las vacaciones más inolvidables ❤️🏖️☀️🩴

  ¡¡No imaginábamos que nuestras vacaciones fueran a ser tan geniales como lo fueron !! Gracias a la asesoría y acompañamiento de Danny Blood y Ted Lima durante nuestra estancia en el hotel logramos disfrutar al máximo del hotel y sus cómodas instalaciones, las actividades diarias , la deliciosa comida en los restaurantes de especialidad, las amenidades dentro y fuera de la habitación , el divertido club infantil los fantásticos shows temáticos , la diversidad de albercas temáticas y de los maravillosos atardeceres a la orilla del mar. Tanto Danny como Ted estuvieron involucrados de principio a fin hasta del detalle más mínimo como nuestros horarios , reservas , inquietudes , dudas , sugerencias , información de todo lo que podíamos disfrutar y en qué momento y sobre todo de nuestra máxima comodidad!! ¡¡¡Ya quiero volver !!!

  A Dream Wedding and Unforgettable Experience at Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos

  I had the absolute pleasure of hosting my wedding at the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos, and I truly cannot express how incredible every moment was. From start to finish, the experience was flawless and far exceeded anything I could have imagined. This resort didn’t just meet expectations—it redefined them. My wedding coordinator, Aranza was nothing short of phenomenal. She brought my vision to life with incredible attention to detail, calm professionalism, and a genuine passion for making every moment magical. From the initial planning stages to the final send-off, Aranza made sure that everything was perfect, down to the last flower petal. I felt supported and stress-free throughout the entire process, which allowed me to truly savor every moment of the big day. I also had the incredible pleasure of being assisted by Salvador and Ted, my personal butlers, and VIP Concierge Laura. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay luxurious, seamless, and personalized. Salvador and Ted were both attentive, thoughtful, and always one step ahead, ensuring we had everything we needed before we even had to ask. Laura brought warmth and sophistication to every interaction and made us feel like true rock stars. Their kindness and attention to detail elevated our experience in every possible way. I have to give a special shout out to the following servers: Joan by Eden Pool, Felix by Pizzeto and JP by the Main Pool. From the moment we met them, they brought such positive energy and fun to our days by the pool. They were warm, engaging, and genuinely cared about making our experience unforgettable. Not only were they incredibly friendly and attentive, but they also had an uncanny ability to anticipate our needs. Whether it was refreshing cocktails, delicious bites, or just a smile and a laugh, they brought it all—before we even had to ask. It was as if they were reading our minds! They made us feel like VIPs every single day. Their impeccable service, great conversation, and attention to detail added so much joy to our trip. They are one of those rare gems who truly make a difference in our stay—and individuals that we’ll remember just as fondly as the wedding itself. The property itself is stunning—impeccably maintained, luxurious, and vibrant. Whether it was relaxing by the pool, enjoying gourmet meals, or dancing the night away at our reception, every corner of the resort held something special. The food, the ambiance, the service—every element was top-tier. Most importantly, the memories made during our time here are ones I will cherish for the rest of my life. Our wedding at Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos wasn’t just an event; it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we—and our guests—will treasure forever. To anyone considering Hard Rock Los Cabos for a wedding or special celebration: do it. It will be one of the best decisions you’ll ever make.   El mejor Spring Break!!

  Tuvimos un spring break maravilloso apesar del clima y los fuertes vientos. El resorte, la comida en los restaurantes y el servicio del hotel fenomenal! Pero lo que realmente elevó la experiencia fueron las 2 asistentes designadas a nuestra suite! Marina Contreras y Alexa Gilles. Las dos cuidaron de cada detalle desde antes que llegáramos al hotel . Me ayudaron a ordenar las flores de Easter, reservaciones en los restaurantes y actividades, cuidaron de cada detalle 🤩 Gracias Marina y Alexa por todas las memorias que me ayudaron a crear con mi familia! Nos vemos el próximo año!

  Best staff ever.

  Everything at the resort was top notch. We had such a wonderful experience that will be looking into other locations to visit. The food and amenities were great. But even better were the staff, and how they work as a team. I had a medical issue that kept me in my room for some of my stay. The concierge Mar, was just the most attentive to the situation. She made sure all of my needs were met, along with bringing me special notes and treats to cheer me up. She really to helped make a bad situation better, and make me feel like I was valued as a guest. The in-house doctor, Dr. Brandon y Dra. Betsi was also wonderful and attentive. He arranged off site medical attention and thankfully followed up with me, procuring the correct medication for me. I don’t know what I would’ve done if I had stayed somewhere else. It was a relief to have their services. We will definitely go back.

  Family friendly except at night time

  Beautiful and clean property. Food was decent and staff were excellent. Resort is very family friendly (we travelled with a 2 yo) except we had asked for a quieter room but somehow we were still located right above two loud events/parties on separate nights where music shook the room. However, our concierge Mar was excellent and went above and beyond to able address our concerns. Overall, a good experience here.
