  Great vacation destination!

  Our stay at Hard Rock Cabo was amazing! From all the Hard Rocks we've visited so far I would say Cabo is my # 1! Great vibe, excellent service, delicious food! Kudos to our butlers Lety and Oscar for being simply AMAZING! We were celebrating mine and my husband's birthday the week of our stay and they made sure it was extra special, from birthday decorations in our room to singing happy birthday to us at The night show! They even got us a nice cake! 🥰 Thank you Lety and Oscar! We really appreciate the extra time you took into making our stay super special! 💖 The restaurants were also great! The service was fantastic and the food very tasty! We would like to THANK... Luz, Lily and Sandy from Los Gallos, thank You Luz and your staff for singing HB to me and preparing the enchiladas I was craving even thou they were not on the menu 😊🫶🏻 Elizabeth( manager) - from the Spa, she made sure my daughter and I had the best experience! 💞 Israel and all the other guys- from the Legendary pool!! Bravo!!! You guys were awesome! Specially Israel! 👏🏻 Santiz- from Ciao, very attentive ☺️ Andrea- our room maid! our rooms were always super clean! 🫶🏻 And all the team from Zen, Market and Toro! I can't remember names right now but they were all awesome 💖 Thank you for your excellent customer service! 💓 We'll definitely book another trip to Cabo soon! 😊

  Very pleasant experience

  I had an amazing experience at Hard Rock Los Cabos, especially at The Market buffet. The service was outstanding every single day. A huge thank you to Alfredo, Roberto, and the entire staff for making every meal enjoyable and welcoming. They were consistently attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The food selection was great, always fresh, and the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. Their kindness truly elevated our stay and made each visit to the buffet something to look forward to. Highly recommend the resort and definitely pay a visit to The Market to experience the exceptional service for yourself.

  Great Views, Great Food… and Great Frustrations

  We recently stayed at this resort and had a mixed experience. Pros: The food at the restaurants was exceptional—truly some of the best we’ve had at an all-inclusive. Staff throughout the property were consistently attentive, and the entertainment and nightly shows were genuinely impressive. We also loved the gorgeous balcony views, which were a highlight of our stay. The resort also put on an impressive Thanksgiving event with a delicious buffet and great entertainment—it was one of the standout moments of the trip. Cons: Unfortunately, the check-in process started things off on the wrong foot. The hotel uses a bait-and-switch tactic by claiming someone will “explain the property,” when it’s really a push to get you to attend a timeshare breakfast. The timeshare staff were relentless and made it feel impossible to simply relax on vacation. Once on the property, we felt largely trapped—Uber isn’t allowed, and the only way to leave is through overpriced hotel taxis or excursions sold by the resort. The dining situation was also frustrating: most restaurants don’t take reservations, so arriving after 6 pm meant an hour-plus wait. At one point, we even watched a host accept cash and give away our table. Pool seating was another hassle, with “chair wars” happening before 9 am, and unfortunately the poolside food was pretty disappointing. The worst part of our stay was that two of the four kids in our group got a stomach bug. Our daughter couldn’t even keep down water, and the on-site doctor cost $185 USD just to check her vitals. The hotel offered a late checkout as a gesture of goodwill, which we appreciated, but it didn’t fully make up for the stress. Overall, while there were definite bright spots - including the Thanksgiving celebration. However, the aggressive sales tactics, logistical frustrations, and health concerns overshadowed what could have been a relaxing trip.

  Great vacation destination

  Great place for the whole family or solo. Staff (especially our butlers Lety and Oscar) were exceptionally pleasant and courteous. Location isn’t the best of your lover being in the ocean, it’s not permitted for safety reasons. All the food and drinks I had were top tier. The views were amazing and watch the orcas play was great.

  Thanksgiving vacation 2025

  We need a quick vacation and we found the hard rock hotel,awesome experience, beautiful rooms we have ocean view love it,we appreciated the easy check in,front desk staff very friendly,also bellboy his name is Mana good customer service,we were rock royalty, thanks to mar and Bicri for making our vacation feel like home,thanks to marcos,jose, Victor and the chef front el toro steakhouse for the amazing food and outstanding customer service,ciao breakfast buffet is so good thanks to Bere and Christian for making our breakfast top-notch,thanks Eloisa and her staff for the outstanding service, ciao italiano Alejandra,Antonio and Pablo for the amazing food and outstanding customer service,also special thanks to Omar and his staff on the adult pool for the amazing food and outstanding customer service,we stay 7 days and we really enjoyed every body is so helpful and friendly, our rooms was spotless thanks to miss severiana and miss Rufi for making our stay comfortable. The only complaint l have is with the vacation planners. l booked my vacation 6 days prior to arrival and when l went to book the transportation they wanted to charge me because they said l needed to do it 7 days prior to arrival and they told me that's their policy,l explained to them that my reservation was make 6 days ago. They were a bit rude, but after everything was said and done we did end up getting that transportation after all.we highly recommended hard rock hotel beautiful place and amazing staff
