    Hated it on arrival! Poor experience, ruined my vacation

    Hated my experience starting to my check in process, which took over two hours. Then I had booked two rooms for my family, and they won't give us joining rooms unless you pay for the blackmail upgrade. The manager gave me the option to upgrade, then when he realized it was out of line to make us upgrade to stay together, he claimed there was no more room. Overall poor and frustrating experience, do not advise you to use this hotel, Cabo is full of family friendly resorts but not this one! They don't care about the guest experience, you would be another number. Highly do not recommend this place at all!!!

    Best staff ever Butlers were fantastic. Lettie, Oscar, and Fabi rocked the trip. Couldn’t ask for a better team.They made every request perfect

    Great stay at Hard Rock Hotel in ‘25

    We had a wonderful 9 Day Star @ the resort & Danny Blood made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We will definitely consider returning to the resort.

    Impressive and beautiful

    Beautiful resort with excellent amenities; enjoyed the food and the service. Mar and Bicri were my concierge team in my Rock Royalty room, and they were amazing: friendly, attentive, and helpful.

    Rock Royalty Experience

    Mar and Bicri at the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos are amazing! They are a dynamic duo, who made our stay even more relaxing than we could have imagined. They are part of the Rock Royalty Team and they checked on us throughout the day, helped us schedule adventures, book reservations, and answer any questions we had. Mar even taught us a little Spanish! They were like family!

    A maximum of two pets are allowed per room. The hotel is not responsible for providing food for pets due to each pet's particular diet/eating habits. The pet friendly program allows for each pet to be a maximum weight of 48.5lbs and a height of 15.7in. The program requires a fee of 150USD plus tax per pet, per stay. The hotel will not provide kennels or crates.
