    Armando my rock royalty agent did an excellent job at helping me check in. He answered all my questions and helped me make reservations throughout my stay. The hotel was very nice also and the food was pretty good.

    Hard Rock Los Cabos- Amazing!

    Armando Was Truly Incredible Our group had a wonderful stay at Hard Rock Los Cabos, and Armando, our Rock Royalty Agent, was truly amazing. We were traveling with a large group and had several moving parts, including flight delays and arrival issues — basically everything that can happen with travel. Armando handled it all with such kindness, professionalism, and calm. He was always available, incredibly helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything worked out for everyone. We honestly could not have done this trip without him. He is by far the most helpful person I’ve ever encountered at a resort, and he made such a difference in our experience. We can’t wait to return and hope to see Armando again. Thank you so much!

    Perfect vacation

    This trip was truly an amazing one! We've been to plenty of places before but your staff and accommodations are truly one of the best EVER! Hands down the KINDEST staff we have ever experienced! We loved having Armando- Rock Royalty Agent as our personal assistant! He made our stay very simple and relaxing! knowing that he was taking care of us and any need that we possibly had was SO comforting! ALL resorts should have more like him!!     Hard Rock Cabo is Top Shelf!!

    We just returned from a 10 day stay at Hard Rock Cabo and we truly enjoyed the vacation. We invited another couple and they loved it also! This resort is the perfect size for us in contrast to other resorts like AVA Cancun. AVA is just too big for us. For example, at Cabo, your walk to any restaurant is 5 minutes away which makes for an an unhurried walk. We are Legendary members so we utilized the Legendary pool and we were treated royally by the pool staff. Sergio is incredible and his customer service is unparalleled. The bartender Guillermo at the pool bar was great and he remembered what our favorite drinks were and he created a few that he thought we would like, and he was right! We had the befit of the butler service and if you can get butlers based upon your membership level, try and get Jonathon and Raul. Everything they did was Top Shelf and they made our stay a very memorable one. The entire Cabo staff is very good and they great you with a “Hola or Buenas Dias”regardless of their position within the hotel. We continue to check out other Hard Rock properties but Hard Rock Cabo continues to be our favorite by a good margin!!

    A maximum of two pets are allowed per room. The hotel is not responsible for providing food for pets due to each pet's particular diet/eating habits. The pet friendly program allows for each pet to be a maximum weight of 48.5lbs and a height of 15.7in. The program requires a fee of 150USD plus tax per pet, per stay. The hotel will not provide kennels or crates.
