I love this place and Jessy! She always takes such good care of my family. She ensures everything goes smoothly and individual needs are met. Hector too made the vacation a success with ensuring we had all needs met. I look forward to seeing them both next year!

1st experience with Hard Rock and Cancun
We had an amazing week! Jessy and Hector took care of everything we needed! 3rd floor room was incredible! We will definitely be back! one of our favorite nights was the dinner overlooking the caribbean sea!

Amazing!!!!
Amazing experience! Staff here is so kind!! Specifically our personal assistance Héctor and Jess were at our every need! The staff at the resultant Frida made our day everyday, specifically Ignacio Vazquez, Rosario Molina, and Lupita Lopez were amazing. As well we got time in the studio for a jam session, Mike( I believe his name was) our guide and amazingly talented, made it very fun for us!!

Constant fun!
Great service from the staff, especially Omar in entertainment, Gustavo at the buffet and Guillermo at Zen. Also the staff at Body Rock were helpful and attentive. Facilities were clean and there was a lot of fun stuff to do all the time. We definitely recommend this resort.
