My wife and I enjoyed our week at the Hard Rock Hotel Cancún very much. The staff was amazing, taking very good care of us. I did not get everyone’s names but here are a few that were awesome. Jonas who is server that to care of us near the float bar. Also Willy who is the bartender in the lobby bar. Our concierge’s Mitzi, Mauricio and Coral were also available to answer our questions and meet our every need.

Amazing vacation with 5 star service
Just left Hard Rock Cancun. Had such a great vacation. From the moment we walked in our butler Jessy was waiting for us and got us checked right in. It was definitely the fastest checkin we’ve experienced which was so nice! After a long day no one likes waiting around to check in! Jessy was great from an upgraded room to setting up a wonderful dinner on the beach. She made sure this trip was all we could ask for!! Can’t wait to return!!

We had an excellent time at HR Cancun as always. Our butler Jessy was amazing, from start to finish. She surprised us with a special room as well as a private dinner just for the two of us! The service keeps us coming back!

Works are very humble and welcoming
Jessy was a lovely lady that we had meet when we first ever came to the hotel 6 years ago.Ever since we've met her shes been nothing but respectful and giving.Not only is it her but every worker works out of their way to get to know everyone that goes to the hotel

Always love coming to Hard Rock Cancun
Beautiful location. Wonderful butlers ( you should try this service). Victor and Roberto provided excellent service. They were very kind, friendly and made things happen, pampered us!!
