Had a great time, the service and detail that Jessy and Victor gave me and my family was amazing. They listened to every single thing we asked and wanted scheduled for the week our family vacation came out just as we hoped.

Wonderful experience would recommend to everyone
The hotel was amazing great amenities and wonderful people. The service was outstanding and our concierges did an amazing job of making us feel at home and welcome. The pool was a wonderful place to hangout and have a good time and the beach was beautiful.

We had a rough start to the vacation but things turned around quickly with the excellent service provided by our bulters, Victor and Jessy, and pool waiters Oscar and Mary. Also a special shoutout to Meda, the event coordinator for keeping us in loop. I do wish they would bring back more members event....like the pub crawl.

Had a great stay
Everyone was so nice. Starting off with the reception with Manuel and Diego, then Jessi was amazing taking care of us and guiding us through the Resort restaurants and amenities and of course at the pool Jesus always took great care of us. And Gerry who captured our moment in the pool. These people all had great charisma and exceeded our expectations and made our stay wonderful.
