Our company traveled to Cancun for our annual internal summit. The team at the Hard Rock was very accommodating for our needs and our events space. Everything was set up thoroughly for us and the hotel made a great location for our international teams to come together. We specifically had a great event staff supporting us for our farewell party. Jhoanna Danilu Arceo Chan was our event Customer Success Manager at The Hard Rock and she was very communicative and offered us many options. She helped us source the right details for our event party and it went off without a hitch. Our team had so much fun and everyone was very happy. We are thankful for the team and their service to make our business event successful. I would suggest The Hard Rock Cancun for others looking for a great location and venue.

Fun Sun and Food
Great resort. Always has alot of action from infinity pool with to swim up bars, excellent beach and great food, all included. But best of all is the service. Pool staff is prompt, pool food is good as is the entertainment options. Waiters at dinner give great recommendations, take advantage of their knowledge. Great experience....Jeff

Perfect adult family all-inclusive resort! Beautiful beaches!
Went for 4 nights with my family in February and it was perfect!! Roberto and Luis were our assigned staff members and they did fantastic jobs. They were able to help us with anything we needed or wanted (reserved beds on the beach, booked meals and spa treatments, and offered wonderful suggestions for activities throughout our stay. The service here is best I’ve ever had a resort. The only tiny downside is that the rooms are very humid (no vents/fans in the bathroom) and there’s only 2 tiny drawers to keep your belongings. We will definitely be going back!

Best Butlers we’ve ever had
Our experience with Luis and Roberto, our exceptional butlers, was truly outstanding, very remarkable communication skills, proactive approach and dedication to surpassing our expectations. It made our stay truly unforgettable. We are already looking forward to returning to Hard Rock Cancun and having Luis and Roberto cater to our needs on our future vacations
