    7th Heaven breakfast with Harmoni!

    7th Heaven. (In for breakfast food was great). But, WOW! Can you say 5 STARS PLUS service! Our server, Harmoni was dynamic, truly attentive, thoughtful and beams with a infectious caring personality and smile! You are so fortunate to have Harmoni on your team! And she has only been with 7th Heaven for 5 days!!! If you ever want to keep someone like Harmoni on your team, support her desire for more education and to grow with your company! She is a HUGE asset! Thank you Harmoni for a wonderful last breakfast in St. Lucia Susie and Mike!

    Awesome Stay!!!

    Had an amazing stay and loved our time at the hotel. The daily happy hour was especially great. Amazing views and Kelvin provided us with incredible service. Such a kind and attentive staff. Would highly recommend!

    Nice and Quiet

    Overall, this is a solid hotel. The rooms are huge, and I had a great view of the pool and harbor. The shower had excellent water pressure and consistent hot water. There are a couple of grocery stores and a small mall nearby, but very little in the way of attractions or nightlife. The hotel is also about a 1.5-hour drive from the international airport. If you’re looking for something quiet and more private, away from noisy tourist areas, this is a good option. The pool was nice, and Julia’s inside the hotel had decent food. Be aware that some websites state breakfast at Julia’s is free—this is not accurate. I’m a Silver member and did not receive any complimentary breakfast. The main buffet is around $38 USD, and the continental option is about $18 USD, neither of which I felt was worth the price. The bartenders, however, were great and the drinks were solid. The gym was a standout, fully equipped with a squat rack, bench, deadlift bar, plenty of plates, and dumbbells up to 100 lbs. I would stay here again if I needed to be on this side of the country.

    Underwhelming and dishonest concierge desk

    We are Hilton Diamond members and we’re very disappointed with the overall stay. I’m surprised that the property gets a 4.4 average review on the Tripadvisor. Firstly the property location is not great, there is no beach whatsoever. When we checked in, there was no recognition of Hilton Diamond benefits, and there was no upgrade that was provided to me in spite of making a paid booking. Finally when we moved hotels and asked for a private taxi they put me along with someone else who was already going to the airport, and I was asked to pay the full fare by the driver in cash in spite of sharing the Taxi. Very unprofessional on behalf of the concierge who swindled me in this manner.
