    Perfection! Paradise! Phenomenal

Second time visiting with my sister. We never visit the same place twice but this place merited another visit and I am returning with my husband in March. The hotel location is so beautiful in a clear blue bay that exudes tranquility- if you are looking for action packed and bustling this isn’t the hotel for you. Our room and lanai was beautiful, clean and perfect to relax in/ on after a day on the beach. Wonderful showers and products. I don’t have enough superlatives to describe the food. We ate at all restaurants and loved both the choice and quality. Don’t miss the beach seafood buffet! However the biggest asset the hotel has is its staff! So many superstars- I’ve forgotten some names but to name a few- the 3 Amigos- you know who you are- kept in place by Matara. Azsha in the restaurant- good luck with the baby, waitresses Matara’s sister, Rose Clare, the lead in Sir Bob’s , Feb and Kayla! Troy- simply thank you. For the best cocktails Akeila ably assisted by Eric and basketball loving Nigel! On the beach- the ever so hard working Julio, Nazeem and the super polite and friendly Mark! All staff are so attentive- faultless! The spa is stunning and the massages I had were extortionate but the best I’ve ever had!

Exceptional everything from villas to food to service unrivalled!

Incredible hotel which excels in everything from accommodation, food to facilities! But it's the staff who make this such an exceptional experience. Such personalities and helpfulness beyond expectations. Starting with the breakfast crew of Kayla, Charlyn and Aneisha, to the favours beach team of Julio, Nazim, Joshua, to the mixologist magic of Akeila and Erick. Dinner staff of Nashula, Rose Claire, Ayza plus Desa at the steakhouse and a fabulous team at the Lighthouse. The Ambassadors of Javier, Shequille and Rayon are hilarious yet so professional. Outclassed of course by Matara! Troy however is incredible and sorts whatever you need. It was our 2nd visit for myself and my Sister and we've booked again as it's forever striving to enhance the holiday experience. Steph and Jo xx

    This place is heaven

This place is incredible. The service is top notch and friendly and you were always greeted with a smile. Example of going over the top..one of the guys at the beach ..Osayaba took me out for hobie ride …like a rookie I let my sunglasses fall off into the ocean…without being asked this guy went back into the ocean with a face mask and went diving to try and find them for me. Not sure where you would see that at another all inclusive. The food was delicious and the villa was beautiful. Even more beautiful was the view from the verandah of our villa, just incredible. The island is pretty, the water inviting and the people outstanding. Would definitely return.

A Trip Very Well Done-Hammock Cove Resort

Our first time to Antigua and Hammock Cove was certainly worth 14 hour trip from San Antonio to celebrate "that special birthday for Honey) Getting through customs took 1,1/2 hours...last time for that..onto the Fasttrack. The welcome went very smooth with a trip to the bar as bags and paper work were prepared...then led to our ocean front villa that was absolutely perfect with a wonderful view, spacious deck with pool and as well as villa layout. Running down the topics: you really could not complain about anything. Wetbar was top shelf, food overall was excellent. Four nights at the "Lighthouse" for fine dining added a nice bit of class when dining. Menus may be concidered limited but there is something for everyone's taste. Our three nights at "Sir Robs Steak House" were just as enjoyable if not more. Multi selections of beef, chicken and fish were prepared perfectly while a pre dinner cocktail at the the bar set the evening on an excellent course(thanks Shamarque). So many of the staff, if not ALL, that we came into contact were enjoyable and efficient. Briefly....at Irinis..Collette,Clark, Feb......at Lighthouse...Feb, Carmara, Azsa....and all over the place...Jahiro..one of the two best bartenders there. Getting to the beach does take a bit of doing as a multitude of steps to get down and back should be a thought for the impaired....but a great beach, small but absolutely perfect for the laid back vibe you want.Kayaks and Hobie Cat available for use but the best is the attendants that make sure you consistently ensure you have exactly what you want. Food....drinks....ice...towels...more drink ect..and led by Julio. Its just a perfect place to relax. While I have listed a few names(excuse the spelling), the entire staff there is to be commended. And a special thanks to Ambassadors Javon, Jahsun and Kenya......WELL DONE. BE BACK SOON

    Hammock Cove Honeymoon

We had an amazing stay at Hammock Cove and truly the best time. The food lived up to the hype—honestly Michelin-caliber—and we ate incredibly well. Breakfast was good and consistent, though it was the same every day and service could be a bit slow. By day two, the staff already knew us and joked we’d “turn into a Bloody Mary” when we ordered one. During the day, the beach was relaxed and it was always easy to get a seat. Julio and Dorland were outstanding, walking drinks out into the ocean and always checking back in. Our favorite pre-dinner spot was the Lighthouse Bar. Roshriece and Tashawna made great cocktails and remembered our names and orders right away. Sir Rob’s was incredible—the meats were amazing and one of our favorite meals. Llasmin, Andre, and Jerome were fantastic servers, and Javier was an excellent ambassador who followed up quickly on anything we needed. The reason this is a 4-star stay instead of 5 is that they ran out of items several times. The seafood BBQ ran out of octopus, sushi night ran out of matcha ice cream, chocolate cake was unavailable another night, and the beach ran out of jalapeños and mint. Our room wasn’t turned down every day, and after a rainy night there were hundreds of rain flies on our balcony. We also wish the Lighthouse menus were available further in advance, as it made it hard to decide where to eat on our last night and felt like we missed out. We went for our honeymoon and loved it enough that we were already talking about coming back for our first anniversary—while we were there and even on the way home.
