    Timeshare Mecca ,not enough pool space,

    People checking in here need to be told they share all facilities with timeshare holders and their families. Lots of kids. Lots of them. That means crowds at restaurants, especially any pool chair space. People getting up at dawn to reserve a chair. Rooms are very dated and worn. All of Cabo is very expensive. Be sure and shop around .

    Lovely Views of Whales in a Luxurious Spot with Friendly Staff

    All the staff at The Club Hacienda were friendly. I liked the Mexican architecture at The Club. Care was taken in making beautiful grounds with many flowers. There are a number of pools and also a shallow one for small children. If you are staying at The Club it is advisable to load up on groceries before you arrive , thus making it more affordable. The units have all the dishes and cooking pots that you will need. There is a very small convenience store at the site. The site and the rooms are very clean. People enjoy watching for whales on the terrace. There is a great entertainment staff including Adrien, Ranciel, Miguel and Galena. You can do one or more activities every day. I appreciated the pool exercises. The evening entertainment was excellent with lots of variety. We ate in the Asian restaurant and the one serving lots of fish. They were excellent. There is a small bay at the extreme side of the resort where you can swim in the ocean. It is calmer in the morning and evening but good for strong swimmers only. It is costly to take a taxi from the resort to either Cabo San Lucas or Cabo San Jose. Taxis are always available and the bell hops will help you . Many people use Uber. It is a very long walk up to the main road to get a local bus. 1300 pesos to go to the airport. There is a coffee cafe on site that has very good coffee according to my husband.     Wonderful trip and service from Guadeloupe at the pool by the entertainment center. Great service, so attentive and helpful, caters to every need. 10/10 experience. Great Guadalupe

    Sunning at the pool

    The activity team at the activity pool are most amazing. The pool guy Guadalupe is amazing he is so attentive and accommodating to all our needs. Makes our stay so much better with staff that become friends

    Over priced food, lack of beach chairs

    2 kids fries, 2 kids quesadillas, 2 adult alcohol beverages = $145 usd at the Tortuous bar at the beach…. No beach chairs or umbrellas like have been there for 30 years…absolutely not a 5 star location anymore. Enough said🙄
