    Poolside Assistant

    Guadalupe our attendance by the pool went over and beyond my expectations!! All I ask for was a towel and he proceeded to take us to a spot with an umbrella and provided another chair for me and my guests. AND THEN.... he said he would be happy to use a machine to blow up our floaties!! I'm still flaberasted!! HACIENDA del Mar.... he is a keeper!!

    Good for views and relaxing!

    Very quiet resort… the view, the massages and the staff are the best parts of this resort!!! Benjamin was simply amazing… taking care of us, checking in if we needed anything!!!! He is the BEST!!! Pool Service is hit or miss… somedays they were very attentive and others it seemed like maybe they were absent. Food is ok… and very expensive!!!! Nice place to relax… not a lot to do. About 20 minutes from downtown Cabo!!!!

    Staff at hacienda Del Mar was great

    SArturo was wonderful all week long . All of the bell staff was wonderful . The staff at the activity pool was wonderful too . Especially Salvador Aura and Gallilea.

    Christian the Bell Boy gave us excellent service.

    The wonderful service we received by the staff at Hacienda Del Mar. Although I’m disappointed that you eliminated the meal plan for seniors, the prices have gone up quite a bit, but we still had a wonderful time here.
