    Went for a lovely wedding!!! Alfonso was a great concierge and I received great service all around! Beach is beautiful and the food is great for an all inclusive!

    Amazing Grand Velas Trip

    What an amazing trip! We are repeat customers and this is truly a special resort. From the moment you arrive until you depart, you are treated like family and feel so special and well cared for. The restaurants are amazing - Sen Lin is our favorite! The spa has a wonderful water ceremony that is a treat by itself, but my massage was wonderful too. Our rooms were beautiful and immaculate. I had our laundry done twice and the price is reasonable and it came back folded, wrapped and sealed with ribbon. As a busy working Mom, coming home with clean clothes was another treat. The staff by the pool (Humberto, Fatima and Angel in particular) were at our beck and call - I never wanted for food or drink and they knew our names and orders after day one! Our concierge team - Jessica & Pablo went above and beyond. Upon arrival they greeted us and through WhatsApp kept connected - everything from a simple request for pool floaties to booking dinners, spa appointments, excursions, birthday surprises and more was met quickly and thoroughly. I left feeling like a queen and cannot wait to return! Grand Velas is truly special!!!

    Family vacation 2025

    This was our first time staying at Gran Velas, and it was truly incredible! We felt like we were in paradise. Every team member we encountered went above and beyond — the restaurant staff were fantastic, and the pool attendants were so attentive. Nehemias and Angel were our absolute favorites! A very special thank-you to our concierge, José Zavala. He was amazing — he checked in with us every day to make sure everything was perfect and even left a thoughtful surprise for our daughter. He really made us feel special and cared for. And the food… absolutely delicious!

    This was our third time staying at Grand Velas and it truly feels like coming home every time. The service is consistently outstanding, the staff attentive and warm, and the atmosphere always relaxing. Everything — from the rooms to the food and beach — is top quality. Can’t wait to return again. Additional gratitude to our personal concierge, Carolina Collado, who made our stay effortless and special.     Impeccable service

    We love Grand Velas Riviera Maya. We most recently stayed in late September-our third stay in the last several years. Grand Velas is the highest-end all-inclusive you will find. The rooms are beautiful and well-equipped with anything you may need during your stay- toothbrushes, sunscreen, bug spray, etc. Food is very good and one of their restaurants even has a Michelin. We especially enjoy either getting room service delivered to our room for breakfast or visiting the buffet Azul. All the alcohol is top shelf: good scotches like Macallan 12 are even included. The best part of Grand Velas, however, is the service. I’m not joking when I say I don’t think I opened a door my entire 7 days there. Our personal concierge, Sofia, was awesome, responsive, and did a great job of helping to celebrate by 2-year old’s birthday. Pool service from guys like Mario was awesome. The Antonios were great at Azul. Everyone is so accommodating and goes above and beyond. We will definitely be staying there again in the future.
