A stellar experience! Our own personal concierge, Josue, gave us that high level and well trained service. Service response was minutes not hours. Quality of the food and beverages were outstanding, and the service of the entire hotel staff we encountered was first class. It is notable that for the price of the accomodations [Our's was a corner suite and exceptional] and the all inclusive status of the hotel, this was comparable to staying at an exclusive hotel for a reasonable price. A special thank you to Alan at Cocina de Autor who provided a high level of restaurant service we have seen at only the best restaurants over the years. From the rooms, to the pools, to the bar and restaurant service throughout the resort, there was never one thing that disturbed our stay. Bravo to a perfect holiday! We will return!

Amazing resort! From the greatest welcoming group when we arrived, to the warmth of the services and personal assistance, Tony Castro concierge. Amazing views from our room, friendly and kind staff and the FOOD was out of this world. A special thank you to TONY CASTRO, our concierge. He was an 20 out of a 10! The best concierge I’ve ever experienced in all my trips that I’ve been on over the last 30 years. Outstanding customer service, kindness, listens and is present. he was above the rest, absolutely awesome!! He paid attention to detail, attentive to your needs and he had an amazing positive attitude that made you feel so very important all the time. Awesome Stay!!
Amazing trip all around!! Our concierge Ana was a rockstar and we would not have been able to maneuver the property without her. The food and amenities were also top-tier. I never went hungry a day while I was on the resort. Great stay and I plan to come back.

Fabulous
Wonderful room and arrangements . It’s for our 20th wedding anniversary and hotel Mgmt made that occasion special by arranging complementary cake every evening for 3 days . Amenities were top notch . Overall a 5 star experience. Will visit again . Personal concierge Ana was wonderful . Guided us on every step . Thank you 😊

Family vacation at Grand Velas Cabo
Our stay was absolutely fabulous. This is the perfect spot for families when you need a place to relax. We loved our concierge Ana, who was our go-to person for everything including dinner and spa reservations. We also loved the kids club, especially Ali and Itzel who welcomed our son and kept us up to date via WhatsApp on the activities and how he was doing. We also loved Celeste who was a fantastic babysitter for our 1 year old. This was the perfect vacation for a busy family who wanted to enjoy some sun and family time and actually relax! The service is top notch and the food is spectacular. Especially loved our date night at Artor. Thank you Grand Velas team! We can’t wait to come back.
