First time visiting a teppanyaki restaurant and I can say from this experience it won’t be the last, quality food and really attentive to there guest, the chef was talented and very professional giving out extra portions after finished Would recommended

Oishi restaurant
Food, and performance, was great. Serveres was attending all our needs. Food was cooked to perfection. Chef looking after everyone on the table.highly recommended. Book ahead of time. Enjoyed talking to people on our table too. Dessert was great too.

Nice and clean, friendly staff overall ok just not quite a 5 star
Wouldn’t say this was a 5 star hotel more like a 4 as the rooms could do with a little diy and the pools had quite a few tiles missing on the floors so quite sharp little things that would make it a 5 star. Coffe shop is a definite bonus. Restaurants are better than the Buffett. Branded drinks are included rooms are nice and big and beds made daily. No seaweed on the beach when we were there so beach and sea were lovely chairs had all seen bettter days. Main reason for giving this an excellent was the wildlife seing the monkeys right outside our balcony all the beautiful birds in there natural habitat was the highlight of the holiday.

INCREDIBLE experience at the Grand Sirenis Resort - Felipe and Lily
Me and my girlfriend went there last week and it was incredible! We had a lot of fun, and enjoyed every moment. From the great beaches, amazing food, awesome night shows, cleanliness and keeping up of the resort, activities. In our opinion a great experience and worth it. Here are some people that made this trip unforgettable: Ramon: (Buffet Waiter) > The most wholesome person! Sweet and super nice! We wish we could go see him more often but the two times we saw him was very good. We were for sure thankful to have met him!! Danny Boy and Cecilio (Entertainment) > Very funny individuals! We had the most fun with them, they know exactly how to make you have a great time. They go above and beyond to make sure we all are enjoying and having fun! At one point Danny had 1 hour of free time and he took the time to go play volleyball with me and my girlfriend. At another instance, Cecilio went out of his way to remember our name and make sure we had the best time while in the resort. Karen: (ULC Bartender) > Very attentive! Always made sure me and my girlfriend were receiving the best service. Alex: (ULC Staff) > Very helpful, always loved to talk and give the best feedback and recommendations!! Marcos: (Concierge) > Helped us with any requests and questions we had while our stay in the resort! Helped us book the restaurants each night and the spa. Mario: (Carnel Waiter), Luiz (Baazar Waiter) Cristino: (Pueblito Lindo Waiter), Arturo: (Tonino Waiter) > These guys showed extreme professionalism. Showed great skill and work ethic. They did an amazing job on delivering and serving us!!! Overall - Staff there are SUPER nice, everyone says hi to you when you pass them, always smiling and having fun. I have to say, WOW! Mexicans are such hard working people it’s very admirable. From the unseen workers that keep the garden alive, cooks that give their best kitchen work and the maids that are SO good at their job. To the front of house workers that help you with information, to restaurant workers and actors that gave their best performances. If any of you that we mentioned in this review see this, just know we are very happy and blessed to have met you guys!!! You all made this trip very worth it and memorable. - Felipe and Lily

Carnal dinner
Had dinner at Carnal, Mario looked after us and was exceptional. Couldn’t have asked for better food or better service. The atmosphere was amazing, the shows were frequent and of extremely high quality. Would definitely recommend, no faults

Additionally, all activity pools and pool bars will also be fully operational.
