  Amazing

  Jason, De Blonde, Mon Black, OMG and Anyii are the kind of workers who go above and beyond in every possible way, creating an environment that feels less like a workplace and more like a community. From the moment you interact with them, you feel genuinely welcomed, not with forced politeness but with warmth that shows they truly care about people. Jason brings an unmatched reliability—he’s the one you can count on to stay steady when things get hectic, always showing patience and a calm energy that puts everyone at ease. De Blonde shines with friendliness and approachability, making every interaction positive and uplifting, while Mon Black balances professionalism with a sense of humor that keeps spirits high and ensures that both colleagues and customers feel comfortable. OMG made you feel like family very warm professional respectful and always smiling full of energy and life always very helpful, friendly and polite and had a great sense of humour also making every interaction with him positive uplifting and fun. Anyii, meanwhile, is deeply attentive, always listening, anticipating needs, and delivering help before it’s even asked for, which shows not just skill but true empathy. Together, they set a standard of service and teamwork that many workplaces can only dream of, and it’s clear that their impact goes far beyond their daily duties—they make people feel valued, respected, and at home. Because of their dedication, their ability to maintain such an inviting atmosphere, and the way they elevate the workplace with qualities money can’t buy, it’s only fair and necessary that they receive a pay rise. Their efforts don’t just benefit the company’s success but also create lasting impressions on everyone they serve, and that kind of excellence deserves to be properly recognized and rewarded. The rooms was always clean the maids cleaned the floors every day and made sure we had clean towels and that the fridge was stocked up every day we was there very clean rooms We went during rainy season and had one full day of rain but even then the staff and reps made sure we still had so much fun and even tho it was rainy that was one of our best days due to the reps at this hotel the alcohol isn’t watered down it’s also very good a clean throughout we will defiantly be returning with friends and family I couldn’t rate this hotel and staff any high they exceeded my expectations untill next time DR tanya shirayne and Santana.

  Great barring one thing!

  My experience of this resort was fantastic on the whole. The reception was pleasant and changed our room to a lower ground floor due to my daughter's disability. We had a junior suite, which was clean and spacious. The resort is kept well with beautiful gardens. The swim up pool is great for smaller kids as it is shallow. The beach is beautiful! The staff are amazing! Momblack and blonde was the best entertainers and always made a effort with us, involving us in activities and making sure we were all good! They had a coco party on the beach which was fun! The foam party too! We didn't get to use the aqua park as we were too busy on the resort. They have many shops and bars here, as well as restaurants. The down side for me was the food it was a big let down. The main buffet serve the same food more or less day in day out. We tried the Mediterranean and that was mediocre. The steak house restaurant which is the pool restaurant in the day well... I ordered a steak which was lukewarm as well as the soup for starter's, I was really sick after eating there. The food in the day there, buffet style which everyone can go to wasn't great at all. The flies are swarming around the food as well as the beach grill too. The food is not covered nor is it hot enough, I was too scared to eat from there. I also saw at the swim up bar they had run out of cups so the bartender asked me to wait, to my horror the person who had gone around had collected the cups he placed them on the bar and instead of them being washed they were reused again. This was a big let down for me, as I loved the resort on the whole. The shows are fantastic in the evening and they put alot of hard work into it, as well as the live entertainment in the evening in the lobby. Please take note of the points I've raised as it would be a let down for the hotel. It's just basic food and hygiene practices that need to be dealt with.

  Great hotel

  Ticks every box for a great stay, not many places offer a la carte meal for every night if you wish (subject to availability, you need to book with your concierge). It's our 3rd time at the resort & it won't be our last. Mother nature often leaves seaweed on the beach, but staff are often clearing it up. We just love it here, always something on offer to eat & drink even for fussy eaters like me. Not many leave positive feedback mostly negative, only one heads up ....bring your own Salt & Pepper for your convenience.
