Superb
Beautiful hotel/resort. Staff very friendly and polite, exceptional service in all departments. The restaurants are all great especially enjoyed the miso Thai. Great suite with jacuzzi, housekeeping excellent. Pool area always very clean and tidy, with a great swim up bar.

Below our expectations.
This is a very honest review! I have stayed here in the past (about to years ago or more) and it was great! Now it's starting to show it's ago. The rooms are nice but the resort needs a refresh. Beware of the people in white shirts at the front desk. Aggressive people trying to get you to sit through a 90 minute presentation to sell you timeshares. My wife and I were approached and asked if we wanted a tour of the report since it was so big so we agreed. The next day they brought us to the sales office for some reason and was told we would have a "great opportunity" to save on future visits. We said not interested and only wanted the tour we were promised. They said we will have one after breakfast. The "tour" was only to their vip area (additional cost) and back to the sales office where they were super pushy and wouldn't take no. We said it a couple times and they kept going. Avoid the tours. Keep in mind that they are always trying to push you into the presentations by saying they will upgrade your bands to the black ones or give you a "tour" AVOID THIS! BOOK YOUR EXCURSIONS WITH THE GUYS BY THE MAIN POOL!!! the team at the lobby are over priced! the team by the pool (Yellow shirts) ara amazing!! saved us money and recommended best days for us based on upcoming weather. Richie and Christian were amazing! The buffet was alright but definitely go for the ala carts. This resort used to give you a lot more for your money but as everything else times have changed and need to make money where they can. It's a good report if you can get a deal. I would still recommend as we will had a lot of fun but these are some things to watch out for.

Bad Hotel.
This hotel was my first bad experience in Mexico! the entire facility needs maintenance, is really hot in every place that you go. The A/C on the rooms never cool down, we were a family with 5 rooms in all the rooms was like that. We reported and nothing was fix. On my room the door lock was locked 3 times because the pill was drained. On the restaurants you cannot make a reservation for the entire family, most of the times we were seat separate, not even close. The worst is the animals called "coaties" they live all around the hotel and you need to secured your stuff because they opened bag and thinks looking for food, you cannot drink or eat outside because these animals, on top of that they piss and poop inside jacuzzi on the rooms so you never can use it. I have to mention that the people working here were super nice and friendly. But I don't recommend this hotel for any one specially with kids. The Kid club is only for people who book a room on the club, and if your want to use the pool for the kids you need to pay a $16 dollars daily feed for each person. The rest of the facility don't have a pool for kids, I mean with water fountain and stuff for kids.
