It seemed like we owed these people something. Everyone seemed to be in a horrible mood! Bar tenders and wait staff. There were very few who actually made our trip any good. We will not be coming back to this or any other of their properties.

This was the best trip we’ve had in PV!!! The waves were amazing and so relaxing at night! Can’t recommend Grand Park Royal hotel enough!!! We will be back again!!!

Fabulous in every way
From the moment we arrived we were impressed - the entry and lobby are gorgeous, the room was perfect for two friends (spacious, clean, and modern, with beautiful ocean views), and the staff are extremely welcoming; special mentions to Max and Angel at the bell desk, Alfredo at Veranda, and Sergio, Pedro and Jorge in dining - all provided exceptional customer service. Looking forward to visiting again after the renovation. Gracias!

Overall a great stay
The location was excellent and so was the service. If you’re a vegetarian, then the options were limited when it comes to food. Everything else deserves an A+.

Wonderful stay!
We love our stay at this resort. Would come back if we can. The beach is so clean and calm. Water is warm during our stay. Food alright! Staffs are friendly. Overall, we’re very satisfied!
