    Unhygienic

    The resort was very unhygienic and not very well managed. The facilities were nice it’s just a shame they weren’t very clean. For these reasons we will not be returning

    oceanview room is fantastic... food is fantastic.. pool is fantastic only prblem is loud weekend local wedding party until 11pm...I am early sleeper

    Great Stay!

    We had a great 3 night stay! The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating of our 3 year old and 11 month old. The hotel itself is very beautiful and well kept. The beach was so beautiful but did have a steep incline to get down to the water/ocean. The food itself was OK. We only had time to go to the buffet so I can’t speak to the specialty restaurants. The buffet food had many options and every night there was a different type of cuisine, but it still didn’t “hit the spot”. The snack area was good! We enjoyed the hotdogs and burgers by the pool. They also have a really cute cafe with pastries and ice cream. We enjoyed grabbing our sweets after a day of swimming. Also, if you have young children and plan to use the kids club and/or kid pool, if you are on the south tower, you will have to go to the lobby of floor 5, cross the lobby, and take the north tower elevator to the first floor to access it. OR you can go all the way down to the pool area and then go up a bunch of stairs to access it. It was tough with a stroller to go up the stairs. They should consider making it easily accessible for strollers and folks with disabilities from the pool area. If there is an option, I did not find it. Overall , we enjoyed our stay and would go back!

    Puerto Vallarta Vacation 2025

    This was our first time staying here and it was great! The room was amazing, 2 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 bathrooms and our own private jacuzzi on the balcony for 6 people and the view was spectacular! This was by far one of our favorite resorts we've stayed at! Beautiful resort with a very courteous staff. Lot's of activities and things to do at the resort.

    Food is horrible location is good.

    It’s too big of a Hotel for the amount of restaurants. The wait is horrible. Over an hour at every restaurant. The only good thing are the activities and the location. The food isn’t great. There are way better hotels for the price.
