We come here every year and always have a great experience! Mario always greets us when we arrive and is always a great help if we need anything. The staff is friendly and makes your stay at the Grand Park magical. We highly recommend coming here!

A Wonderful vacation experience

Great Place to Stay for Vacation
The food was better than expected. The resort was well taken care of, friendly and very clean. The staff was amazing and we were treated very well! I would highly recommend this resort for a great vacation.

We came on a family vacation while the resort is clean and there are a few choices. The rooms Are clean, however, the air conditioner is poor, especially after being in the hot all day

May 25, 2025A waste of time and money. Beware, do not stay. You will regret it
Initially, I had high hopes for the check-in experience, especially with the hand-delivered margarita. However, as I began to explore the resort, it quickly became clear that it is quite rundown and not up to standard. While the rooms are reasonably clean, the deteriorating infrastructure is evident, with crumbling sheetrock and patches visible throughout.Though there are three pools, they are in a disgusting state—nothing seems to be cleaned or maintained properly, with trash, dirt, and other unsanitary substances everywhere. The food is terrible and certainly not worth the all-inclusive experience. Additionally, there is no actual beach at the resort.I would recommend opting for a nicer hotel that isn't all-inclusive and visiting one of the nearby all-inclusive resorts with day passes, such as Mr. Sancho's. Even though the price for this resort is low, it's not worth your time or effort. Do yourself a favor and choose a better place to stay.
