Super amazing place, clean beautiful and fun
I went with my family, the age range from 2 to 63 and all of us were very happy with the resort. Plenty of activities that caters to different ages. Friendly staff, clean facilities amazing food. They had an area just for children too. The beach was perfect for my granddaughter and the pools were so clean and beautiful.

Friendly staff but cold food
This resort missed the mark with the food temperature. The staff were friendly & courteous especially the middle aged staff. Perhaps a better work ethic?

Theme resort
Royal Park Cozumel was a really enjoyable place to stay. The resort has a beautiful Mayan-themed design that gives it a unique cultural feel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with very comfortable beds, stocked refrigerators, coffee machines, and room service; all great extras that made the stay relaxing. The small beach was a big highlight, with amazing snorkelling right off the shore and lots of marine life. The location is also excellent, with easy access to downtown San Miguel for shopping, restaurants, and exploring the island, or if needing a change of food flair. The staff were friendly and fun, and the nightly entertainment was excellent which was a great way to wind down each evening. The main downside was the food. Overall, it was limited and lacking variety. Breakfast could be especially slow, with the omelet station understaffed and wait times sometimes over 30 minutes. The staff worked hard, but additional support would really improve the experience. Overall, Royal Park Cozumel offers great value, comfort, and atmosphere. With improvements to the food options, it would be an even better stay.

Grand Park Royal Cozumel
We stayed at this hotel Jan 18 to Jan 26, Noise level was pretty high, this resort has a lot of Native Mexicans that come here and don't really respect the Adult only portions... ie hammocks, kids get in them and make a lot of noise outside and the noise is heard in the rooms a lot.... there are 3 restaurants but 1 is only for lunch, so 2 choices for dinner and the repetitive dinners get old... food is lukewarm NEVER hot. Beach is small but adequate.... no quiet pools.... our room have red sauce on the floor when we went in and was still there when we left, drinks were average... two choices for beer... light or amber.. The servers were very nice. This biggest piss off was our return flight was cancelled, and the air canada rep was useless...he really only tries to sell you excursions, wouldn't help us at all ISRAEL CANCHE, more less said we are on our own... 4 times through the week I tried to see him, he was never there... Our air canada vacation package was $3500 per couple and the hotel charged us for the extra night as I said flight was cancelled $595., wouldn't give the 3 couples on the flight a break... no one pays rack rate but we did... So for Grand Park Royal Cozumel, actually all Grand Parks if this the way you treat customers.... no thank you.
