  Clean resort with friendly staff!

  Swim up room was great! Jessica our resort assistant was super helpful with booking restaurants and cabanas daily for us! Highly recommend this resort and Jessica!

  Exceeded All Expectations!

  My girlfriend and I recently stayed here from September 28th to October 3rd for 5 nights for our one-year anniversary in the adults-only section, and it exceeded our expectations. At check-in, we met our butler for the stay, Jessica. She explained everything the resort had to offer and was our main contact throughout the trip for anything we needed. She even texted us all the information so we wouldn’t struggle to remember what she had told us. Every morning, she would text us the activities going on that day, ask if we wanted a reservation at any of the on-site restaurants, and was always available to assist in any way. The Room & Amenities When we got to our room, I was astounded by how clean and brand new everything looked. The balcony and view were beautiful. The resort and room were plentiful in amenities. Housekeeping came twice daily — once in the morning and again in the evening. There’s a huge pool with a swim-up bar, where we spent a lot of time relaxing. They have a snack bar that offers burgers, hot dogs, fries, chicken wings, onion rings, and a few other items accessible all day. There was also a little café with ice cream and sweets available. Dining & Drinks The resort has 5 different restaurants (with one not included in the all-inclusive package). We decided to try that one anyway, and I had the best steak I’ve ever had there! We tried to visit all the restaurants but only got to 4, as we ate outside the resort one night. The food and drinks overall were good. One of the restaurants had a rooftop bar that offered a beautiful sunset view. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection, and they had someone making omelets on request. Room service was 24 hours, relatively fast, and a really awesome perk. Beach & Extras We saw cabanas on the beach and asked Jessica how to get one — she reserved it for us right away! The beach was beautiful and well-maintained. The resort had a wide range of activities daily: yoga classes, “create your own wristband,” aqua Zumba, ceviche classes, bingo, silent parties, live bands, and dance parties every night. We did Bingo one night, and my girlfriend won two times in a row! I swear she was cheating. There’s also a fitness center — surprisingly decent — and a spa. My girlfriend got a massage on the beach in the cabana one day and another in the spa. She says they were the best massages ever. Staff & Service Every staff member we interacted with had a smile on their face, were polite, hospitable, and treated us like family — from room service staff, bar staff, and wait staff to housekeeping (very courteous and did an immaculate job every day). On our last night, we came back from an excursion to find a trail of rose petals leading to our bed, with a handwritten note from Jessica thanking us for staying. That was the icing on the cake. We were already never going to forget our stay here — but now, we will never ever forget. Lol. Final Thoughts We didn’t want to leave, but of course, we had to eventually. The 5 days felt like the perfect length of stay. Overall, 500/5 experience. We look forward to coming back one day — and a big thank you to the staff of this resort, especially Jessica!

  Grand Park Royal Caribe (Cancun) - Return to Paradise

  My wife and I love this place. We've come here every year for 7 years (except for one year due to Covid). We like the variety of Food Restaurants, the buffet, the daily activities, tour availability, the swimup pool room, the adult pool, the locality, and weather. This time of year tends to have more rain and thunderstorms but we don't mind much since the swimup room has a nice TV, a mini-refrigerator, and room service is available. Also, the main bar (Cassis) is never very far, nor the ice cream shop. We bring our own music and books, too, so staying in isn't a problem. We have no children but it is nice to see that there are activities for very young people. The staff is friendly and helpful. Knowing how to speak a little Spanish and being respectful really helps, too. This place may not be for everyone, but for my wife and I, it fulfills our dreams. FYI my wife's age is 57 and I'm a young 74. Sometimes friends and family are with us and they all enjoy this place.

  Luxury stay!

  Had a wonderful stay at the Grand Park Royal. Staff is really welcoming and friendly throughout the hotel. There are a lot of restaurants to try. Alejandro is lovely at the Italian restaurant. We liked going for breakfast there as it was quieter with a nice view and you can order from a menu. The Koi Asian restaurant is also really good. We stayed in the adult only tower where there is another lovely restaurant on the ground floor, Le Grand. The staff there were really attentive. The bar staff on the pool bar were great too! Very hard working abd keeping questions down when the bar was busy. All round perfect stay

  Beautiful experience

  Excellent installations, rooms, gardens, pool, cleaning, weather, and the employees are very good and kindness, in restaurants Eulalio, Ivan, Derek, Jose, Julio, Leobardo . In the bar Cristian, Angel, Alexander.
