May 11, 2025Restaurant App offers poor availability
We came here in 2018 and had a fantastic experience but a bit disappointed so far. They have an app for booking the restaurants and even though they have low capacity at the minute you cannot book much and the main availability is 2 days ahead. Just not great and a reason to book this hotel is the food choice. Still only at the beginning so let’s see if Guest Services can help today. On the plus side you still have lots of space around the pool and the ambiance is very relaxing. I’ll post again to give full feedback and hope to give 5 star if the restaurant availability improves.

1st visit May 2025
8th visit to Riviera Maya and 1st time staying at Paladium White Sands. It was Ok overall , we had a couple of service issues in the restaurants but generally it was OK.

Great but...
Overall a wonderful resort and a great holiday. The little things appear to be the most difficult. 4 days to get the same number of pillows as people in the room, the right number of guests for the restaurant bookings, a restocked beer fridge, decorations for our friends birthdays. First world problems to be sure, but then again, what you paid for.

La Paisana was lovely with Celso looking after us. Lots of meat which was great. The extra bread that was unexpected was delicious. Great food and a nice Argentinian atmosphere. We would return if we come back to Mexico. The resort itself is fantastic we stayed in Colonial which is great to visit all the a la carte restaurants.

BEST bar/food/club!!!
Ernesto and his team at PTC Members Lounge beach club were AMAZING!!!!! Food and drinks were great and never ending and FAST!!! Service and smiles and support to enjoy vacay were unsurpassed!!!! We will be returning again for sure — I can’t say enough good!!!
