Things to Know
- You must take in the scenery as you venture to the resort - it's about 45 minutes to paradise.
- The beach town of Sayulita is only 30 minutes away and highly recommended - full of fun little shops and surfing.
- Spending "you time" at Zentropia Spa, but if you want to dip into the spa pools, it will be an extra cost.
- Be sure to check out the on site mini zoo. It's the perfect photo op.
- The seawater pool is adjacent to the ocean and includes a beach area, loungers and umbrellas.

Great experience with the kids
Exactly what we were looking for with the kids! We didn’t want a resort with an urban feeling but something more natural. The vegetation through the resort is so beautiful! The Mexican restaurant was phenomenal! Eliutt with activities was Great, always helpful with information and checking in to see if we need anything! Roy at the pool bar was so fun and friendly with great drinks. Abelardo was our favorite in the buffet- so accommodating and friendly. The mango margarita with Tajín was a go-to. Fun NA drinks as well. The kids club was a great place for the kids to play pool or fuse ball to cool off or in the evening.

Such a wonderful bartender makes great drinks and very personable and professional such a great experience hangs with Julio would definitely recommend going to th Hemingway bar at this resort we went every night we were there and loved every minute

The beach resort was excellent. Wedding service was beautiful. Overall, great experience and would definitely stay here again.

More advantages than disadvantages. Hotel is old, but people are warm
Advantages: the Nest, the Terrazas restaurants were so tasty and the staff was friendly. The mini club with Nataly, and the Family boss kids club with Alejandra were awesome. Our kids admired them. Miss Alejandra was dedicated and enthusiastic with kids, they loved to play with her. Lots of shade to walk around the resort. Lots of everyday activities and events. Viva Mexico was very bright, dancers were great. Pinata party was much fun for all the kids! Disadvantages: we have booked a room in Villa 2 ocean view close to the beach, but at the arrival were given the farthest room in Villa 1. Rooms 1334 and 1336. Puerto Vallarta has "Mil Pasos" - thousands of stairs! Dancers were wearing the same stitched tights all the two weeks of our staying. The Adelita restaurant wasn't tasty and the food was very spicy even for adults. It's pretty old resort: the ceiling in the washroom kept leaking, as well as under the AC in the room and the shower had a very weak stream even after the repairment.
