Amazing Secluded Hotel and Quiet Beach!
My wife and I stayed here for 9 nights as part of a mini honeymoon trip in June 2025. The resort is separated with 3 buildings containing guest rooms and an adult pool area, a family pool area, and the ocean beachfront. There are bars at each pool, the beach, and the lobby. Overall, the stay was amazing and exactly what we were looking for: a secluded resort, beautiful views, secluded/private beach, and delicious food. Positives: - Quiet beach with scenic rocky outcrop and no boats and minimal sales people. - Good waves for surfing (locals were out as well). - Delicious food (buffet, international, and Japanese restaurants were our favorite) - Yoga and stretching activities offered everyday. - Great gym with lots of machines, free weights, and barbell benches. - Secluded resort and it feels like you are in nature away from the city centre. - Evening shows are fun with lots of energy and crowd interaction/dancing. - Gym, entertainment, and bar service staff were great and very positive. - Surfing was great and Alex knew exactly where to catch the waves. Not for first time beginners though. Negatives: - Sound Proofing between the guest rooms and the hallways in Villa 2 are POOR. We could hear people slamming doors and the family in the next room with kids during the day and throughout the evening. - No organized beach volleyball though there is a net setup and we were able to gather a group a couple times to play. - The lady (Pona?) in the Pier 27 gift shop was very difficult with us and provided poor customer service. We were trying to buy gift mugs as part of the sale promotion but she wouldn't honor it as purchases were a couple days apart.

Great place to stay
People are very friendly and lots of great amenities in the resort. Indeed Was a right choice after the last minute cancellation of the other hotel in Puerto vallarta. Hope to have Theme Food Nights at the main buffet restaurant Highly recommend Terenceand Juliette ..thank you so much for the great service

One and done with all inclusives
This was my first all inclusive experience and first time in Mexico. I went with close girlfriends and we are from Canada. The staff at this resort do not really speak English. Which is completely fine, however, it would have been nice to know this before going since the resort is advertised as an English speaking resort, we felt misled. The room service took over two hours to come on the first night and we were passed from number to number trying to find out what happened to it… at times we even sensed hostility towards us. We honestly did try to see if we could get refunded and moved somewhere else the first night and when this wasn’t possible we made the most of it. Would not recommend. The beach is gorgeous though!

Fine but nothing to write home about.
We didn’t feel super welcomed. It is more of a locals resort than a tourist resort. We only stayed one day and were unable to get in at any restaurant despite them not being full. Not many top shelf options for liquor. Drinks just okay. Language barrier for most employees. Smells like sewer outside. Not super clean for a resort. Not disgusting either. Just very mid. You get what you pay for here.
