Things to Know

  • You must take in the scenery as you venture to the resort - it's about 45 minutes to paradise.
  • The beach town of Sayulita is only 30 minutes away and highly recommended - full of fun little shops and surfing.
  • Spending "you time" at Zentropia Spa, but if you want to dip into the spa pools, it will be an extra cost.
  • Be sure to check out the on site mini zoo. It's the perfect photo op. 
  • The seawater pool is adjacent to the ocean and includes a beach area, loungers and umbrellas.

    Great location

    Happy with our 5 days stay as the beach is incredible. Sunrise and sunsets are perfect. All staff are really friendly. The down side is that the good variety and quality seems down from previous years I visited. After 5 days I was tired of seeing the same same, specially the buffet. It was great for 2 days. The resorts needs some tender and love, from beach chairs and boogie boards broken to bathroom doors, faucets and toilet buttons damaged. Some Renos are needed.

    problem with reservations not resolved and sent in many different directions to work it out, sadly, no one could resolve the issues but they had no problem taking my deposit and duplicate payments

    Amazing resort swim up bar with Paulo our bartender was the best here. Our room was beautiful and the view was to die for. Very clean and well maintained. Only part that wasn’t a 5star was the food. I’ve had way better at other resorts that’s for sure.
