Gran Palladoum is A HORRIBLE resort!
DO NOT GO TO THIS RESORT Today is our second day of a six day stay at Grand Palladium Punta Mita, PuertaVallerta, and we are already so fed up and disgusted with this resort. We paid over $3,500 for an ocen front room for a 6 nigh stay. Room is so small and the two supposedly queen sized beds are actually turned out to be twin sized ones. Bathroom also has no fan and smells moldy. There was a wedding reception right underneath our room that very loud music was played at tbe event until midnight. Local kids were running around the hall ways starting 5 AM, and the obnoxious loud speakers attached to palm trees next to our room started playing exercise music at 8 AM; so our first night experience was a true torture to say the least. We barely had 5 hours of sleep in our first night. Heading over to the breakfast buffet at 10 AM we encountered a long waiting line of about 50 people ahead of us to enter the only restaurant offering breakfast. We decided to just get coffee and snacks instead, except that there were no snack bars!!! We voiced our concerns to 3 managers, with Jose being the one who said is the customer relations representative and will take our concerns to his boss. He called us back for an appointment later during the day and said that they are very sorry about our experience but they cannot do anything at the moment. We won't go back to this place again, will tell all our friends not to, and recommending thay you do refrain from going there to save yourself from a horrible experience. My family have been patronizing Mexican resorts for well over 20 years, and this was by far the most horrendous trip we have ever had.

Wasn’t blown away
We visited grand Palladium and the visit was just ordinary wasn’t blown away. They had several chances to make the visit better. I even tipped the people stating they were gonna help make our trip amazing and empty promises.
