  Spent time with family. 3 year old grand daughter had lots of fun. Lots of activities for children. Service was great. Nice pools to cool of in and for exercise. Meals were very tasty.

  It’s okay

  If you like luxury this is not the place for you. If you want a more natural setting you will love this place. Prepare to do a lot of walking just to get to your room and the dining

  Great beach vacation

  Gorgeous property and beach amenities with really friendly staff. Good food and drinks and comfortable beds. Will definitely be back.

  Utter disappointment

  I'm appalled this is considered a 5-star hotel. The place is a 3 star for a number of reasons. It's very tired especially in the rooms - the flushers for the toilet were half broken and in my parents room it was completely off the wall, sink cracked, shower and sink dirty, etc. The food there is an abundance however quantity over quality, and the drinks disappointing with 1 beer and not even using real fruit in cocktails but concentrates (eg. Red berry mojito). I'm especially shocked with how I was treated at this hotel considering the cost and reviews of it. I booked my pick up shuttle through the hotel link they provide only to customers who book directly through them, and 2 days later had my booking confirmed and guaranteed. After getting my bag I went to the meeting point as instructed and no one was there, I waited about 20 minutes until then asking my parents who had arrived before me if they could ask the hotel where the shuttle was. After 30 minutes of the hotel calling people, they told my parents there had been a mistake and no one was coming. I was now the only person left at the airport with a couple taxis (9pm) and so I went to grab a taxi which they told me would be $138 US to the hotel. I'm incredibly glad I trusted my instincts thinking "if this hotel forgot me, I don't trust that they'll even cover this taxi", so luckily managed to grab an uber which was a dodgy enough experience being a young woman alone at that time. Once I got to the hotel, no one was outfront to help with bags or even greet me. I didn't receive one apology from any member of staff when I checked in, but I was told if I emailed my uber receipt that then Alba would deal with it the next day. No one contacted me the next day, and on check out this hadn't been dealt with. No one at the hotel was aligned and tmjust tried to pass me from person to person or tell me to call back on the issue. Martha, the employee who manages the relationship with the shuttle company came back that my flight arrived 1 hr after the last shuttle - great but why did I receive a confirmation email saying my booking was guaranteed? The hotel has left it that there is nothing they can do and to contact the shuttle company as its their problem. Thanks Grand Palladium, I will never stay with your chain ever again and would highly discourage anyone from staying here. There are so many nicer resorts that will treat you with hospitality.

  Friends vacation

  Wonderful trip. Bar service was excellent. Food was excellent entertainment a little lacking. Overall a great time with friends
