El mesero misael pacheco de extra time nos acompaño durante toda nuestra estadía con mucha amabilidad y solidaridad. Fue super atento a la hora atendernos, nos traía las órdenes super rápido y repito, fue muy amable. Había tambien muchos otros meseros que aveces no nos daban importancia o no nos trataban tan amablemente como el.

Nice resort but major health concerns. Water bottles were very questionable whether they were reused and sealed up (hard to open, crinkled bottles and different water levels). Stains on the linens and towels. I ended up getting sick with two strains of intestinal ecoli and I'm pregnant. I believe from the chic Cabaret. Spent basically a whole day with the club member people to buy membership. The staff all around was very nice however, I feel like our requests and hopes were not met. We made the best of it but we had some disappointments.

Mis mejores vacaciones
Gracias a mi amiga Yenmi Marte por acompañarme. Tuve una experiencia maravillosa gracias a todo el equipo de Family Selection dirigido por el Sr Javier Ruiz, Yajaira en la piscina con su equipo ( el diablo) mejor camarero, Adrián como mayordomo, en el Nest el mejor lugar para desayunar y cenar dirigido por Armando Cisneros junto a su equipo ( Micky, Elías y Ricardo Cerón, Sergio, etc), Morin en la piscina principal. Elegí muy buenos restaurantes como Adelita, Portofino, Pazione, Sumtuori, Nest, Chan Tai, etc. con sus brillantes Chef y todo el personal. Gracias a todos por hacerme sentir tan especial. Uno de los mejores Spa que he visitado le recomiendo al masajista Luis y servicio al cliente Rio. Todos son grandiosos.

Was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the room or when asking for replenishments that never happened. Requested extra hangers three times in first 2 days. Never ever did receive them.
