★☆☆☆☆ Terrible Experience – Don’t Be Fooled by the Pictures This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The room looked nothing like the pictures — it was outdated, poorly maintained, and had a strong unpleasant smell. It was honestly hard to stay in. The buffet was overcrowded and dirty, not sanitary at all. We didn’t feel comfortable eating there. We were so disappointed that we ended up paying more just to upgrade and move to their other resort — just to salvage our family vacation. It was frustrating, stressful, and not what we planned or paid for. Final word: Do not come. Save your time, money, and peace of mind.

Surprised my wife jewlry was stoled. Everything was good but this is total disappointed. This juperdise any feeling good we had during our stay.

Hotel was very crowded, and facilities were dated. Food was ok. Little alternatives to book restaurants for night dinner as it was crowded. I tried their Japanese restaurant Sumptuori and the cook did not offer any show at all and hostess was not friendly due to busy time. The best part of the hotel was the spa services. Very recommended.

Horrible resort in my life
cockroaches in the room and in the Japanese restaurant right on the hibachi cooking table, I called the service 6 times to bring water to the child, but no one came, the staff looked like I owed them something, the first hotel where there is no bar in the room, a mountain of seaweed on the entire beach, no one cleaned it all week, the whole resort is old and dirty and much more
