Great place!
Ruth and Santa at the pool bar are awesome! The drinks and personality are amazing! Would recommend highly recommend this resort. The grounds are kept up nicely and the rooms are very nice. The pool is a tad chilly but we are here in January and it feels refreshing.

Great food and very friendly staff. Our room was changed easily when unhappy, and we received a wonderful new room.
Perfekto. Ramon Fria is the best! Excellent pool service: friendly, attentive, fast, always smiling and making guests feel relaxed.!!!

The beach is probably the only nice thing to say about the location. The resort is very confussing to navigate. There is a lack of beach chairs unless you pay to reserve them. Drinks are fairly good overall... The pool kinda sucks. The rooms had issues with flooding and some damaged suites talked to others here and they reported similar problems with leaks or mold or sewage issues. The buffet food is probably the best food. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH AL A CARTE RESTERAUNTS THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE. did the Chinese al a crate it was bad bad The Argentinian steak house was god awful. It was not edible. The general service level of all staff at this resort excluding the beach bar is Terriblei mean it terrible. Overall this resort all things combined gets a 2.5 out of 5 I dont know how'd you fix this place needs alot of work.
