Where should i start? What a welcome at the reception desk from Manuel. We were upgraded to VIP even if we didn't ask for anything. We were celebrating our anniversary. VIP got us access to Turquesa. Nevertheless, the personnel, service, food were exceptional everywhere. We travel twice a year and Grand Palladium is my benchmark now. I cannot lower the bar from now on. The grounds are impeccable. I had to check if the brushes were not man made. The only thing i would maybe comment is the Travel Club approach, granted we were given 250 usd reward points for 1h30 presentation but it was my first time for that kind of pitch. I spent it at Zentropia SPA, divine experience. But i wil never say a bad word about G. PALLDIUM. I am sold to the resort. I will stay in touch with the econcierge Geisha who has been very helpful, for future trips. Thank you for this memorable stay.

Sea, sun and fun at the GP Punta Cana!
Excellent service. Everyone is very helpful at the hotels, even if some can’t speak English. Wonderful boat tour with Edwin to the natural pool. Thanks to Stephanie for the booking. Both were very nice. Thanks to Aldo at the front desk, really doing his best to answer my questions and accommodate us with our requests. And finally last but not least, a big big thank you to Geisha at the e-concierge. She is such a wonderful person, kind, thoughtful. We had a memorable stay at GP Punta Cana, full of surprises, thanks to her. Our 35th wedding anniversary will be forever remembered at your fantastic hotels. Evelyne (& Tony) 25-11-25

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort. The pool area was especially lovely and became one of the highlights of our trip. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The only downside was long check-in process and the limited vegetarian-friendly food options. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would consider returning.

Was very disappointed to not have been informed of this resort’s renovation project which had the theatre shut down & 4 restaurants not open. Also out of 5 pools there was no fun dancing party pool, no pool side snack bars ir bbq and very lame night entertainment. My family all agreed we will not return. We go to DR every year & although the grounds were gorgeous & food was good everything else was below average
