Absolutely terrible?! First of all tried to give me a room that was moldy and dirty,! Shower /tub was unacceptable?! Food trash?! Customer service trash?! How dare yall come to me the day before I leave to say is there anything you can do to fix it when been here 3 days complaining?’ No elevator , so if you stay on a top floor good luck. No guidance on excursion that were paid for prior to. So I missed my atv appointment and no one helped me!! Save your coins , stay somewhere else.

Can be better. Communication is horrible, overexagerated service but delivery was poor we've been in same resorts mexico and was so much better.

Very disappointed 😢! Compared to a true 5 star resort we spent - Grand Parradius Circle. This resort is nice when you arrive- lobby is nice and the grounds. No way near in comparison. Restaurants- 3 out of 5. Rooms were 1. Our room #9513 was ok? Musty smell. Fridge did not work day 3- no one has come yet to replace or fix?? Taking my beer to our friends room to cool. Our friends room next to ours is 9514- stinks horribly. I had to leave after 20 minutes- take an allergy pill. Laminate in loft is an horrible mold ( cat urine like smell) . Air conditioning is an issue- maintenance needs to clean and fumigate with fungicide regular all rooms. A waste of $5000 Canadian. Refund ! So we could go back to our 5 star resort! Grand Palladium does not even compare to Grand Parradius Circle. We won’t be back. Beach is a nightmare- see photo. We love the beach! Stench of a fish marina like smell- disgusting. Shops- seaweed so bad- sellers on beaches were raking them off steps. You could not walk- 5-7 “ thick sea weed. If you’re a beach lover- avoid this place. Renovate your rooms. Extremely disappointing.
