The food was good! The property is nice. Small incidents they were easily fixed. On-site Transport Service is great!! Donovan who seemed very soft spoken is patient and knew the property well! Donovan was amazing!!!!!!!! Very attentive and on point! Paid attention to detail and knew where we needed to go and got us there on time and safely. And remembered where to drop us back off at - when we saw him later. Donavan was very professional and customer service friendly. He answered all of our questions. Again, he seemed to know the property very well. He is very polite too! Thank you Donovan! Definitely recommend the Grand Palladium!!!!

Best Staffed Resort!!!
I encountered a young man( Donavan) whose job was to just get me from the lobby to my room and he became our personal guide to the best of the Grand Palladium and Jamaica itself!! He had such a wonderful smile and really loved his job. He exemplified what’s best about the Palladium.. the staff and their courteous professionalism!! Will be back again

Roome given to us was a poor condition with many things that did not work as well as a very strong full smell of mold we asked for room change which was completed but upon arrival to our new room our keys did not work

The Go to , One-Stop, Jamaican Get-Away
Beautiful, clear water beaches, fun day activities, delicious food, world class entertainment, & great hospitality. These are few of the many things you can always expect from this resort. As a frequent travel, I’m blessed to say I’ve been to many all-inclusive resorts. However, it’s tough to find many like Grand Palladium Jamaica. Not only because of the beautiful scenery, but because of the amazing people that make your get-away 10x better. This staff is truly dedicated to excellence and ensuring every individual is well taken care of. Upon completion of my third visit here, I can tell you; the standard of excellence has not fallen short. In fact, continues to surprise me. Grand Palladium is my go-to spot when staying in Jamaica, whether it’s a solo-trip, with family, or friends. Whether you want to spend time relaxing, or socializing, you will find your place in this welcoming environment. Personally, I love to have fun all day, and the team at Palladium gives you more than what you’re looking for. Day activities with Wesley, water sports with Demetrius, or dancing all nights with the brothers of the entertainment team, there’s never a dull moment. I’m grateful to know I’ll be met with a spirit of love and acceptance at this resort. Making it easier for a solo traveler who wants to meet new people, or a family, wanting unforgettable memories.

The change of the room without an update and the time to correct the issue was disappointing! This not only happened to me but several of the people that travelled with us! Some of the staff did their best to make it a good experience! But The damage and wasted time had set in!
