    Family Vacation

    Excellent Resort! Our large family gathering had an excellent time with superior service and wonderful accommodations. The staff was 1st class and easily handled our every desire. The concierge was extremely helpful in making different arraignments. We can't wait to go back.

    Best week ever!

    Everything about this resort is grand, not just the name. We loved everything from the friendly staff to the parrots in the lobby! We were part of a group over 700 people and never needed for anything. It was our first experience going to Hawaii and can not wait to come back, this is mainly due to our experience at the Hyatt ! Thank you!

    Great place to stay!

    The hotel is beautiful - The lazy river is really nice - Overall an excellent & very relaxing trip! The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. My wife and I were very impressed with how seamless check-in was and how helpful the concierge was. We look forward to returning!

    Great resort

    Nina deliver housekeeping needs and more. Great ocean view from my room. Comfortable bedding, deliciouse room service. It's a big property, you will get your steps in. One of the best spas resorts as well as services and technicians. Top notch service, quality all around.

    Outstanding experience at Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa

    Rooms have outstanding ocean views and are very roomy. If you are looking for a staff that provides a very personal touch at every level then this is the hotel to stay at. A little on the hgher priced side but is well worth the extra expense. Location is outstanding as well for all activies throughout Kauai. This was our third trip to Kauai and this hotel is for sure the highest rated one for us. We will definately be going back.
