    Everything was amazing! People are very kind and sweet. La cevicheria was delicious. Hector Vasquez was a very good and helpful server. Everyone is very kind and offer great quality service. We will definitely be back soon. Great time for families.

    Excellent Resort!

    I absolutely loved my time at Grand Fiesta Americana last week! The staff is wonderful and the property was beautiful and very clean. My room was a king solaris room with a private view of the beach. It was right by the Adult Pool and I could see whales from back patio every morning! I highly recommend! The restaurants were all excellent and the food was great! I definitely plan to stay here again!

    Awesome service

    Martin was our server and sets a high standard for our week stay. Well done! We appreciated his quick service and polite tone. We would recommend checking out the restaurant overlooking the beach for an amazing meal. Saw lots of whales playing off in the distance.

    Beautiful property!

    The good: This was a really beautiful resort. The property is well kept and everyone I interacted treated me like family. The beach was different than other places in Cabo. The rocks created a small area where you could wade or swim with fish. There were no beach vendors to bother you like the Hyatt I stayed at last time, so that was nice. Carlos Huerta took really great care of us at our beach cabana. The food here is among the best I’ve had at any all-inclusive. There was even authentic Mexican food on the buffets, not chicken nuggets and pizza like some other places I’ve been. The room service menu was limited, but also very tasty. Brand name liquor was available and definitely not watered down. We only had time to have dine at the Italian and sushi restaurants but they were both good. The breakfast restaurant, buffets, and food served at the pool/beach were also very good. The bad: The rooms were nice but could definitely use some attention. The shower pressure was so high it almost hurt, and the sink faucet made some kind of loud groaning noise when water flowed. The security latches on both doors were barely held on to the wall by a few different screws. We only got maid service when we asked, and they never refilled the mini bar so we were having to bring back water bottles to our room. My daughter cut her foot on a broken tile in the main pool. The medics were attentive, but management didn’t seem to care much when another guest showed them where the chipped tile was. There were several attempts to get us to attend a “sales” (timeshare) presentation, but they were not super pushy. All in all, I would stay here again. My family enjoyed our time here and I felt the price was a good value.

    Food and service exceptional

    Great food along with great service. Will definitely come back. This is the second time we stay at this resort and brought my mom to experience it. Safe to say she enjoyed it and was able to relax and create memories along with my daughters. This is a great and safe resort for families.
