    Best resort ever!

    This is our first time here at the Grand Fiesta Americana and we were not disappointed. From the welcoming we received from Kaleb, to the daily dining options, personally given to us each wherever we were, from Gabriella to Rosa the supervisor, who was so helpful and compassionate when I felt overheated and lastly, but certainly not least was our pool waiter service from Jaime Pantoja. This guy never walked slowly anywhere! His gait was purposeful and always with customer service urgent strides to achieve speedy service. He always checked up on us and strived to provide us with excellent service. We look forward to seeing him each day. The resort is amazing and everyone went out of their way to make us feel safe and happy. We stayed in room 453 and had an ocean view overlooking he beautiful golf course. The room service and all restaurants that we visited had the most amazing food. We didn’t have a bad meal ever! We didn’t partake in any of the other offered amenities but there were plenty from wine tasting to learning to speak Spanish. Our stay was not very long after opening. The resort was at about 30% capacity. Most days the pool was all to ourselves in the mornings. To adhere to the government’s Covid guidelines, and the fact that they are also being highly cognitive of the health of the resort goers,the restaurants were rotated 3 different ones opening each night. It was fine because how much food can you really eat anyway? I would wholeheartedly advise you to come here. You will enjoy it thoroughly.

    This resort is first class and so are the people that work there. When on the beach or around the many pools we had Rafael, Carlos, and Christian. All three are awesome. Speak great English and give exceptional service. Be sure to ask for one of these guys and you will never wait for a drink or something to eat. The restaurants are really good as well. If Samuel is there running one of the restaurants you are eating at then expect 5 star service. We will definitely be here again!

    Definitely worth the trip! Beautiful and pampering!

    We spent 10 days at Fiesta Americana and were pretty much the first Americans there when they opened after Covid-19. After getting over the disappointment of no spa being open and few rooms to choose from, everything was amazing. The staff was exceptional in finding a way to please us with answering special needs and requests. From the cart drivers, such as amazing Jose who took us to see many rooms and make sure we found one to make us happy, to the pool waiters such as Eduardo who anticipated every need we had before we had it, to the front desk team of Carlos or Ociel with their helpful attitudes and friendliness, to the maids who cleaned our room and gave us roses, our stay was fabulous. Juan Carlos, the food manager went above and beyond every day. Jose and David at room service even brought us food that was not on the regular menu, cooked perfectly every time. It was our first time to experience eating at Mai in the residences area. We were treated to an extra special 4 course meal that included carpaccio of tongue, sea bass sashimi, filet mignon with special mushrooms and a delightful designer dessert of cheese with honey. Guillermo and Ivan our servers were so attentive. Rosato was amazing with chef Carina Fernandez and the servers were so kind in every restaurant and in every way. Our breakfasts at Vina del Mar were so delicious and special. Alex and the gentleman who brought the pastry cart around were so attentive to every detail. Mirasol was so kind and thoughtful at the coffee shop and made the best teas. The whole experience was wonderful and we look forward to returning soon. They were really ready for the "post-covid-19" world - and everything was super-sanitized, social distanced, mask-covered with face shield etc. We felt perfectly comfortable and at home in the resort and highly recommend this as a destination resort for those who are ready to travel and enjoy themselves.

    Great Resort - Excellent Service

    We have had an amazing time at Grand Fiesta American, the food has been excellent, the accommodations very nice and the service has been amazing. Edwing has provided us the most outstanding service throughout our stay. Everyday he would remember our favorite drinks and anticipate our needs. World class service while we hung out at the pool and enjoyed our family vacation.

    2020 - Get Away

    Hint - Go find Edwing when you stay at the Grand Americana! We’ve traveled all over MX on beach vacations over the past 15 years. He’s one of the best we’ve ever had and made out Covid getaway trip better than expected.
