    Great stay for families

    We arrived on Christmas and our check in was a smooth one. I had read that it takes more than an hour but for us took less than 25 mins. The hotel is quite big and the rooms are very spacious. We were situated in an ocean facing room and the kids loved it. The room service and cleaning service were excellent. The hotel had different restaurants and they would change menus depending on themes. This was neat but was confusing as it’s not listed on the hotel website. The staff everywhere were very, very courteous and truly helpful. The staff around the pool (Kevin was excellent in taking care of us.). My family loved how amazing the Omlettes and Eggs were in the breakfast buffet (shoutout to chef Itzil for making the eggs delicious) Lastly when we were checking out Jerlow was especially helpful in making the process a quick one as well. Also shout to Emiliano and Hugo at the bellboy front, both these gentlemen were exceedingly helpful and gracious in spite of their busy schedule. This was our first time in Los Cabos and it was an excellent one. Thank you to the Grand Fiesta Americana staff for making it so

    Third time is always a CHARM!!

    Third consecutive year with a twist! My kids and my sisters joined me with their families! We reserved a three bedroom villa and a one bedroom unit. Thanks to Ociel, both units were close by and we also got an upgrade that we had requested. The three bedroom villa was just beautiful with few opportunities for improvement which I will share later. It was the first time for my kids and sisters and they were blown away by the views, people and the food choices. Restaurants: ( hits and misses ) Breakfast Buffet never disappoints us! One of their best. Our friends Armando and Alex made us feel at home! Few items keep changing daily so that you don’t get bored. Peninsula: breakfast and lunch was delicious. Dinner (asian themed) was not that good Blue: the best lunch we had, but dinner was a disappointment. Dinner dessert was good Al Mexicano: The best dinner we had during our stay. Al Bodega: we had high hopes but was a let down for people that don’t enjoy steak. Chicken and fish were disappointing. Al Ceviche re: Was good The ice cream corner was good We had the Cabana for two days and it was worth it for a party of 9 We enjoyed the pool and Spa Sunrises and Sunsets were mind blowing The best part about this resort is whale sightings with naked eyes throughout the day, Finally any place boils down to the people and their attitude THANK-You Alberto, Ociel, Armando, Alex!! ————————— Opportunities for improvement: 1) The TV is not “smart”. In this day and age we need the ability to stream OTT (Netflix or prime) if we are visiting for a week and one day wish to just order room service and binge on OTT 2) the phones need an upgrade. Every night they kept resetting (losing network connection) and that led to a bright blue light that woken us up 3) The Jacuzzi on the balcony needs an upgrade. The jet flow was not working or not powerful enough

    Exceptional Service Made the Trip

    While the resort itself was very nice and what we expected from an all-inclusive, the outstanding service from the staff is what truly made this trip special. Each morning at Vino del Mar, José provided warm, attentive service and greeted us like family, along with Roberto, Carlos, and Cruz. José made every morning enjoyable and even took the time to help us learn a few Spanish words. At the beach, Victor M. went above and beyond—always making sure our food and drinks were refreshed and consistently checking in to ensure we were taken care of. Dining was another highlight, especially at Sushi, where we returned for a second night to celebrate my son’s 18th birthday. Brian delivered exceptional service both nights, remembering our drink preferences from earlier in the week and surprising my son with a special birthday dessert. The servers truly made this a Christmas trip to remember, and their kindness and attention to detail set this resort apart

    Amazing staff

    We had the best time at fiesta Americana los cabos, the staff was amazing, specially Eduardo at the pool and Jose at the breakfast restaurant, both amazing waiters, very attentive!
