    A great time and great resort

    One of the best resorts I've been to. Really close to airport, private shuttle was the way to go. We arrived quite late due to flight delays but the lobby still had a great energy and had that "wow" factor that a resort needs for the first impression. Lobby bar was busy, music was playing. Awesome way to arrive. Check in was a breeze. NO TIMESHARE PUSH! Loved it. Room was super clean, our ocean view was wild. Loved it. Beds were clean and comfy. One of my only issues with the entire trip was they seemed to have trouble restocking our mini fridge with water. We went three days without a restock, I had to go to the lobby each time to get someone to get us bottles of water. Resort was so clean, landscapers constantly cleaning and pruning. I've never seem cleaner bathrooms in a resort. It honestly seemed like they had an employee stationed at each bathroom to clean. Pools were great, main pool always busy, classic problem of people "claiming the best chairs at 7am" and then leaving until 9 or 10am. Not much you can do, those people always show up. Try the BLU pool, very warm, great view, always less busy and great service. I don't think many people new about it. Restaurants were great on a whole. The best dinner was the Italian place, BLU in second. Best lunch hands down was BLU lunch. amazing. The lunch service at the La Cervicha was meh, not great but it was always so busy, I get it. Breakfast buffet was good, not bad, not amazing. But really good. We are big breakfast eaters so the girls at the egg stations were awesome. Alex, our waiter was awesome, such a good dude. They started a taco joint at dinner down at the grill partway through our stay and it was very solid. Service was amazing both times and tacos were deadly. Easy and light dinner. Nicole, the lobby hostess, was amazing. She answered a bunch of questions and helped liason a later check out. They let us check out of our room at 12, hold our bags, and let us keep our bracelets until 2pm when our shuttle came. No hassle whatsoever. It has a really nice gym for a resort, pretty impressed. Having the beach to explore, the pools and the good food, it was all around an amazing time and resort. Our 4 year old daughter loved it. There were so many young families. I think our only main complaint was the trouble restocking our room. And for some reason they would clean our room like normal but then late after come back and remake the bed, not quite sure why. All in all, a great time and great resort. We are probably going to be booking here for next year.

    The lobby bar staff are amazing.

    I am writing this specifically for the front lobby bar staff, Samuel and his male colleague who were working Jan 12, 2026. They both were friendly and kind. The service was prompt and the made fantastic drinks. I am writing to acknowledge that they provided this service consistently to all patrons. Even the loud, obnoxious, and rude man who was at the bar screaming that he wanted a lemon with his beer. He offered no please, no thanks you, and was a nightmare to be around. These two were not phased, a provided great service to all. I would have spit in his drink.

    Rodrigo Ramirez was amazing at taking take of us! He went above and beyond for us at the pool for drinks and food service. 10 out of a 10 service!!
