Very nice place, excelent service , good quality of food and bevarages in general. Good conditions of the room, except the shower, it does come out much water The only recomendation is to have more control of the taxi tarifs, beside they are extremely high, they charge more than we were told by the bellboy al the time the trip started

Fantastic experience
It was really good experience. Food and atmonsphere was really nice and one of the bartender gave us surprise present that was really surprised us and can't forget that memory. Thank you for everything I will come back again !

Nov 18, 2025Not so grand fiesta
The resort is spread out and they don’t tell you where the different classes of rooms are. The room we booked was a golf cart ride away, down 3 flights of stairs (no elevator). We asked our driver if he could contact the desk. He was very helpful and they got us a room on the ground floor very close to the main building. Only certain restaurants are open for each meal time. Most of them are outdoors (it’s hot in Mexico). The food is ok, nothing to write home about. The water was drinkable. The drinks are light on alcohol. We ordered room service one day for breakfast, and the guy said he would come back in an hour to pick up plates. Never came back. Called 3 times to finally get someone to take the plates (8 hours later). They make you wear a wristband with a rfid chip. Opens your room and was supposed to mope the club level gates. Our chips had to be reprogrammed. Which meant we both had to go back to the front desk. The minibar/fridges were not restocked till the third day, after we called. When you turn the tv on, the channel that comes up says no signal. No instructions to turn to another channel. We called and no one showed up or told us. There is no map or sheet to tell you how to get to, or where the restaurants are. No layout of the resort so you can get from place to place. The servers and cart guys are very nice and helpful. Getting ready for the wedding, we found that the only outlet in the main bathroom had no power. Gfci would not test or reset. There are no fan vents in the bathroom. There are few handrails anywhere on the stairs. We were there for a beach wedding, you would think they would have mats in the sand from the sidewalks to the wedding area. Only had mats down the aisle and where the bridesmaids and groomsmen lined up. The reception was outdoor. You would think that in Mexico, a resort with a Mexican restaurant, the restaurant would be open for lunch and dinner; not just dinner. I would not recommend this resort. P.s. they charge you 79 pesos per day as a beach charge.
