Outstanding Service from the Doormen! 😊
During my stay at the Marriott Hotel in the Cayman Islands, I was truly impressed by the incredible hospitality shown by the doormen — Karl, Dre, and Omak. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with the warmest smiles and genuine kindness that instantly made me feel welcome. They were always attentive, helpful, and went out of their way to assist with bags, taxis, and directions — all with a cheerful attitude and professional manner. It’s rare to meet people who make such a lasting impression, but these three certainly did. Karl, Dre, and Omak are a true credit to the hotel. Their friendly energy perfectly captures the spirit of the Cayman Islands — warm, relaxed, and full of heart. Thank you for making my stay extra special! 🌴✨ Sophia

Stay somewhere else if you want good service and a nice room
No beach, rooms dated and dirty, everything is overpriced with 60/day resort fee and additional 30/day service fee and mandatory 18% grat on everything. Came here 10 yrs ago and was much better experience. The front desk employee, Aine, was not professional and not helpful. She actually would ignore us and only talk to other customers after checking in--this is not someone who should be helping customers. There were some really good employees like Dre who was genuinely nice and helpful. We came for a special occasion and really wished we booked somewhere else. We spent hours on our first day getting our room cleaned as it was filthy. I have never ever checked into a room no matter where and had a toliet with feces on the front outside of the toliet. There were a lot of ants on the patio because it was not cleaned. The floors and tabletops were not wiped down. The TV would not work so my husband had to fiddle with it for a hour and finally realized that the dresser drawers were impacting the cord in the wall. The dials on the phone were not programmed to reach the front desk, housekeeping, etc as noted on the phone. And we had to go back and forth a few times with the front desk about our reservation having breakfast included. It was ridiculous really. We only received a cheaper/cont breakfast voucher after I asked to speak to a manager. This not the type of experience I would expect from a Marriott that I paid thousands to stay at. I spoke to management about it and they thanked me for my feedback but did not make it right--we got a few apples in the room which is not equivalent to make up for all the issues.

Pool service
Sheryl was amazing! She took such great care of us by the pool, making sure our drinks were always full and our food came out quickly and just right. She was so friendly, attentive, and thoughtful the entire time, which made the experience even more relaxing and enjoyable. Cheryl truly went above and beyond — five-star service all the way!
