Great time and experience 💖
A wonderful hotel - beautiful plants, animals and the entire landscaping. Family room very well-kept. Daily cleaning. The food is delicious. There are several restaurants in the hotel which you can book using the app - all included in your stay. However, we liked the main restaurant best - steaks every day, sushi, seafood on some days, and delicious fruit for every meal. Many of the staff make sure that the hotel is always clean, pleasant and friendly - they are smiling, cheerful and dancing. I read many unfavorable opinions here before the trip, but none of them turned out to be true in the slightest - although we are quite demanding 😊 The beach is beautiful, charming, sunbeds and umbrellas included in the price, food trucks, drinks and more hotel restaurants by the beach. In addition, volleyball and basketball courts, animations, tennis courts... you really can't get bored here. We were with children, who were also delighted, but if you are interested in evening events, there was plenty of them here too - wonderful music, fun and dancing... The Dominican Republic is wonderful, Grand Bavaro too... we miss it already 🌴☀️

Amazing Holiday Here Again!
We have just returned from our third visit to this beautiful resort. We stayed for 3 weeks this time and had an amazing time. The staff all go out of their way to help you and recognised us from our previous trips. We stayed in platinum suites and I would highly recommend you to upgrade to Platinum. PBG is for Platinum only and is the best restaurant at this resort. The food is amazing there and perfectly cooked every time. The coffee shop serves the best coffee and the staff in the coffee shop are incredibly attentive and polite. Jonathan the Barista is amazing and he went out of his way every time we went in there to serve us the most incredible coffee and very quickly too. The beach bar is great and they serve drinks to you on your sun bed on the beach if you are platinum. The staff in the Platinum buffet restaurant are also very good and the food is well presented and very tasty. The wifi at this hotel though is very sporadic which can be frustrating if you need to check on things back home. For a hotel of this quality and size, they really need to upgrade their system. The beach is pristine and kept very clean at all times with a team of people constantly cleaning up. I would say that it is a shame that they have stopped platinum guests from moving the more comfortable platinum beach beds closer to the sea. I have a bad back and need the more cushioned chair as opposed to the regular beach bed but the staff have prevented guests from moving the sunbeds around, which is very disappointing. They need to re-think this. The check in process is very fast and efficient in the Platinum section and the luggage was taken to our room very quickly. Please take plenty of maximum strength mosquitto repellant as we were bitten a lot whilst we were away. There is a family section which we did not visit as we did not travel with children but I have heard that it is very good also. I would highly recommend a holiday here and we will return for a 4th time in Jan 2026.

The entertainers Jennifer and crystal are best, they made our stay 10 times better we extended the trip from how much fun we had with them they actually made our stay soo much more fun, if you are here make sure to meet them, the beach is amazing they keep u entertained all day and night

We were there for 2 weeks, food was great, went to 3 restaurants and platinum buffet. The staff is amazing, beach staff Perez, Claudio and Tony were friendly and full of energy and always happy and smiling! In the platinum pool Jose and the lady (sorry forgot your name) were very eager to serve everyone.Rooms were clean and our maid Marcia did an amazing job! Breakfast buffet at the Chopin was amazing. Marino and Luis took care of us and were very attentive. All staff was excellent! Only a few negatives, the trolley was always full, but the lobby was only a brisk 10 minute walk from the Cappuccino bar. If you book platinum expecting premium alcohol, don’t bother. Hard to get premium alcohol and mostly watered down, not the staff’s fault, but there is canned beer. Platinum has a nicer pool but very busy, great sunbeds on the beach and access to 3 restaurants only for Platinum. There was a stomach bug going around, don’t think head anything to do with food. I think travellers brought it to the resort and passed it around. I would definitely return again!
