I was at the hotel from May 15 to May 21, I went with my friends and I want to mention the bartender Eduardo, , he was incredible, he always treated us like princesses He made us such delicious drinks, he always made us a different one and all the drinks were delicious, I recommend you talk to him, he is great and fun and speaks English very well

The staff makes this my favorite resort!
As always the employees make this resort my favorite! Erick in the premier bar has mad skills making his drinks! The entertainment staff is absolutely amazing! Israel played Pickelball with me every morning. The staff is so accommodating and sincere! Jair and Vermon are very attentive to your dining needs and wants! If you ask for it they will make it happen. All the bartenders and waitstaff make you feel like royalty.

May 21, 2025Not the Grandness You Expect
Not what I expected for an "all-inclusive" resort. Good: You can visit the nearby sister property for meals and the nightly show. There is a shuttle between the three properties. They will also take you to the bottom of the hill and pick you up if you leave. There is a deli that offers pastries, sandwiches, and coffees. In the late afternoon they make specialty coffee in the lobby. The staff I interacted with were very nice - Leon, Lisbeth, Mausura, and Leo, to name a few. The not so good: Breakfast and lunch were not good - really bad. You have to request bacon because it's not on the buffet. Weird. Go to their sister property for lunch. The bar selection was subpar. Champagne served from 11am -12noon - that's it. Didn't seem to have enough staff to serve guests poolside. The mini bar had 3 sodas, two beers, and 2 bottled waters. They didn't replenish the water, but let a pitcher so that you could refill it in a hallway receptacle. Limited daytime activity. Seemed like only 2 people on the entertainment team. The converge was less helpful. If you've never stayed in an all inclusive or luxury hotel you might be impressed. Otherwise it's really not "grand" at all.

The room is nice, chamber maids do not speak English. Kept fridge stocked with beverages. Only one hand towel per cleaning instead of 2. Bed slept good. Love the decor, esp in the hallways, lobbies, walls. Etc. The massages were awesome. My cousin & I had therapists Breny & Irene. They did a fantastic job.

GR Solaris with family
Our recent stay was made truly unforgettable thanks to the amazing entertainment team at the main pool and the wonderful staff throughout the resort. Special thanks to Jona, the entertainment manager, who leads an energetic and fun-loving team. Marco, Israel, Gracie, Ruben, Emmanuel, Javi, and Julio kept the atmosphere lively and engaging every day. From pool games to dance sessions, they made sure everyone—from kids to adults—was having a blast. Their energy and friendliness were infectious! A huge shout-out to the Kids Club, where my grandson had the time of his life! Crissel, Bel, and Adi were fantastic—so warm, patient, and fun. It was comforting to see how much he enjoyed every moment with them, and it gave us peace of mind knowing he was in such great hands. Jessica and Nina at guest services were always helpful, professional, and incredibly kind, going above and beyond to make sure our needs were met with a smile. Dining was another highlight of our stay, thanks to the excellent service provided by Vermon, Jair, and Alan. They were attentive, friendly, and ensured every meal was a wonderful experience. This team truly makes the resort feel like a home away from home. Thank you all for your outstanding hospitality—we can’t wait to come back!
