Loved the health activities provided by Israel in the morning especially the yoga, trampoline exercise, and Zumba! Great start to new year! Atmosphere was nice rooms and hotel was clean

We are from Chicago a friend of us was here before so we came and we really liked it, food was good shows where good fitness classes were great too with Israel, we are going back for sure to Mexico and to the GR……………………………………………………….

Great massage and exfoliation
Leticia was a great masseuse! She was very professional and strong. Body scrub was also great! I highly recommend a spa experience here.

My family have been vacationing at GR Solaris since 2020 and generally have had good guest experiences. However, this recent trip was different. We usually spend the majority of our days at the adults only pool area because it is quieter and provides easy access to the hot tub. On Tuesday, we were told that the area was "off -limits" to non-members as there was a members-only event planned. Apparently this now occurs every Tuesday. While I understand membership has its perks, I think it is BS that paying guests should be restricted from common use areas to accommodate members. And since this is the only area designated a quiet zone and with a hot tub, we weren't left with many options. As I mentioned, we've been coming to Solaris for 5+ years, but I think this will be the last. If you want to be a members-only resort, you are well on your way!

Great Vacation and Wonderful Service!
My family and I had a wonderful time at the Solaris Resort in Cancun. We experienced great service at all of the restaurants, especially the Zai restaurant! Our waiter, Israel, was super friendly and attentive, along with a great sense of humor! Our food was delivered quickly and our glasses were never empty. Would highly recommend!
