Although the food was abundant and diverse at the buffets, it wasn't very good. The red "house" wine was absolutely awful, which was a disappointment as that's my beverage of choice. The rooms had very thin walls -- my daughter asked to be moved (which they did) because she could literally hear every word said by her neighors. The bathroom fan could use an update because mine was REALLY loud. When we first got there, we were given inadequate or incorrect information when we asked questions (e.g., how to get transfer back to the airport). They incorrectly loaded my daughter's registration information; as a result, it was several hours before she could make a dinner reservation or book a service using the APP, which guests were required to use. When leaving, I visited with a manager and told him my concerns about the hotel -- he clearly was totally uninterested in hearing from me. Probably because they get a lot of complaints! We were disappointed as this was our first Cancun experience; we had heard such great things about Cancun and I suspect there may be some great hotels. I certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was great best experience was the entertainment team Ruben,Israel ,and Cesar were fantastic. Really went above and beyond to make everyone feel great.

What a great little gem 💎
Where do we start? The minute we arrived we knew it was going to be a great time. We were upgraded to a room with a direct view of the pools and the ocean. Our room was clean and comfortable. The buffet was our first stop… thank you to Josê for the Chilaquiles each and every day. Hope you had a great birthday last Thursday too celebrating with your family. The pool and activities were awesome!!! Yzrael and Ruben are all stars and make sure everyone is having a great time and their energy is contagious. The Japanese restaurant was our favorite but all the restaurants were delicious. Thank you for everything and we will be back!!!!

Highly Recommend
One of the best, if not, THE best massage I’ve ever had. A mix of stretching, mobility, and deep tissue with ultimate relaxation. The service was amazing from Leticia, Lili, and front desk receptionist, Jesus.

Best massage of my LIFE!
The most amazing massage I’ve ever had. It blew my expectations right out of the water. My masseuse was Leticia and I did the 50min deep tissue massage. The front desk person, I believe his name was Jesus, was also very helpful and kind.
