  Great stay at GR Solaris with our family of 5

  We had stayed at GR for 10 nights. We are members for 6 years, and this resort never disappointed . The people working there are doing their best, from the cleaning crew to the entertainment crue! Izrael, Ruben, Itzel, Ceez, were my favorite people! Staying around the pool was never boring! We had so much fun! Manuel, at the breakfast restaurant and Aureliano, the waiter serving at the pool, we're so nice and helpful! Food was amazing! No complaints about that! The Restaurants a la carte had spectacular dishes with beautiful presentation , and top notch service! We will definitely go back soon, and hopefully we would meet these people again, as they make you feel "home, away from home".

  Massage

  It’s an amazing experienced, the massage session with Letecia is highly recommended. They also have activities from 9am to 9pm to keep everyone entertained specially at this time that weather is a little colder than we expected.

  Good and Not so Good

  This resort is maybe a 15-20 min drive from the airport, you are able to use the two other Solairs resorts that are a 10 min. walk or a quick shuttle ride, shuttle is provided by the resort which is a nice feature. We spend a lot of time down at the other resorts especially for meals because we thought there was a better food selection at the Royal Solairs, plus in order to reserve seats at restaurants that aren't the buffet at the GR you have have to do so through an app which never would download!! There was entertainment almost nightly in the lobby but for seating get there early, staff never seem to know for sure if there will be entertainment so you just gotta go and wait. The activity and pool staff were fun especially MARCO and CEEZ who worked hard at trying to make it fun! Be careful eating outside there are a lot of birds and they will swoop down and take your food!! Other resorts are more diligent about keeping birds away. There is a swim up bar which is really nice and they are pretty quick, shot out to MAURICIO the hardest working bartender ever! The beach area was nice and clean but no staff goes down there to get drink orders. Beware of the timeshare staff who really bother you and will give wrong information!!!! They can't check you in!! The check in takes a while and this is one of the areas where the timeshare folks will prey on you by telling you they can check you in faster. The resort overall was ok and I can't say I would never stay here again but it certainly would not be on top of my list. The best part was the pool activities and being able to use the other resorts.

  This is definitly a Hotel to book. Best value for your money. Great staff and amenities!!!!

  Beautiful white sand beach with blue Caribbean water without weeds. Great oceanfront location.Hotel was beautiful, clean, with a friendly staff that made our trip very enjoyable. We had a group of six of us with an age range of 25 to 65 and the activities during the day and the night made it for a funfilled stay without even having to leave the hotel if you did not want to. I have been to Cancun multiple times over the last 25 years and the food and drinks at the GR Solaris Cancun are by far the best of all the Hotels I have visited there, it was excellent, the buffet had a different theme every night and the specialty restaurants were fantastic. Definitly will go back again and highly recommened it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Amazing resort and the staff is the best!!!!!!!!!!!

  Once again we had an amazing vacation!! It was our 28th time at the GR Solaris (not members) and it didn't disappoint. We were welcomed at the door with smiles, and left with many great memories. Thank you to Vermon, Feliciano, yzarael, ruben, leo, edgar, angel, itzel, jessica, saotos, nain, paula, jair, alan, jonah, abraham, and many others.
