5 star Gr Solaris vacation 2025
Another fantastic trip to the Gr Solaris. Being greeted by a "welcome home family" sign and Karenina's big smile and hug was the start to a perfect vacation! Service at the Gr Solaris is always five star. Each and every morning Obilia is there to make the best omelets and eggs ever. Obilia always seems excited to make each and every omelette, always with a bright beautiful smile. Best start to each and every day. Obilia is family! Abram, at the pool bar, was our favorite. Every drink was perfect. He would see our big cups coming and he was ready to pour. Vermon and Alons, always so helpful with reservations. Both have exceptional personalities! Made each and every meal so enjoyable. They both went out of their way to make our big group comfortable at each restaurant. Both always going out of their way to check in and see how our day is going and if we needed anything. Fantastic personalized service from both! The service all of the restaurants was Top Notch, you have a fantastic team of waiters and waitresses. To name a few that stood out and have stood out to us over the years is Feliciano, he is just a little ball of energy! A couple of the others that we consider family who always give us exceptional service would be Angel, Irving, Darvin and David, they all go out of the way to make your dining experience the best it can be. And finally one of the main reasons we come back each and every year is your entertainment staff! Jonah and his staff are the absolute best. Jonah on stage and his shows are amazing! Jonah, Yzreal and Gracie always treat us like family. Everyday we look forward to all of the fun games and activities. We try to participate in all the activities. Yzreal is a pro at keeping us active with yoga and our favorite, water aerobics. Reuben is always making us laugh. And Gracie, wow what a voice, she is always so friendly and so much fun. Her energy is contagious. They all go out of their way to talk to and make everybody around the pool feel comfortable and part of a big family. We look forward to this trip every year if not twice and are counting the days until the next time. Thank you and all the staff for keeping this wonderful Resort clean and welcoming.

Best of the best
Yzrael, Rueben, Jonah, Marco, Carlos, and the rest of the entertainment staff. Always go above and beyond to make sure our stay is unforgettable. They always do their best to make sure everyone is involved during the various activities throughout the day. And then Darvin, Angel, and German always provided top notch service when it came to drinks around the pool or meals throughout the day. Even going as far as having orders memorized and ready to go right away before we even got to our seats.This was my 3rd year staying at the GR Solaris. And I can’t wait for next year!

Beautiful hotel, great price, outstanding service! Everyone is doing their best to make your experience the best possible! I really want to thank them! Starting with Hector the Premier manager and his right hand man Alan! Both very professional and attentive! Hector from the premier bar! Santos from Don Gus and Marco Polo, Cocom from Marco Polo, and to the people that made my mornings feel less hungover, Darving, Jair, Paula, Nain and Manuel! And Lizbeth from the Adults pool who would bring me my “Ojos Rojos”! Thank you to all! And I would really recommend this hotel!! For me it’s 10 star hotel!!!
