An exceptional team and all the shows are spectacular. They're very good. I recommend them to everyone.🥰🥰🥰🥰 The Caribbean show and the amazing children's show

The food was not good in either restaurants including the buffet. The only acceptable food was at the snack bar. Our room was rained in twice through the patio and it took them four days to address the situation. We also were disturbed by a staff member wanting to come in and look for the little cheap clock radios they keep in the room. We only could assume the housekeeper went and reported it missing, however if she would’ve been thoroughly cleaning our room she would’ve saw the radio was unplugged and under the bedside table. I was very offended by the assumption that we stole a clock radio. Also the elevators were broken in which there were long waits to go up and down the floors. The only pleasant part of the resort was one particular waiter Manuel who went above to try to make the best out of an unpleasant situation as far as the food.

The Premier Bar Mixologists are Incredible
I’ve been going to GR Solaris for several years and I’m always amazed at how they are able to keep things fresh and new every year and I got to say the Two mixologists that work the Premier Bar are incredible. My family enjoys the amazing drinks they make with the fancy smoke and fire we feel like we are at some upscale New York nightclub. Truly fun and exciting. Great service and awesome atmosphere overall. Erick and Hector are the absolute best. We loved hanging out with them every night before dinner. They make us laugh, and make the best drinks!

Drinks & A Show 🍹
Hector from the Premier Bar makes the best drinks! Normally I don’t spend much time in the premier bar but they have really leveled up their drinks. This trip I paid a visit to the premier bar everyday! The drinks are excellent and every drink that Hector made was excellent. And it came with a show too! Definitely recommend!
