AWESOME!
We had an incredible family vacation at GR Solaris Cancun! The staff is wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Yzrael in Fitness gave fantastic yoga and mobility classes and tailored them to our needs. Javier greeted us in the gym every morning with a warm welcome. Abran at the bar whipped us up delicious cocktails. Our ever smiling server Felix at the restaurants was exceptional and made sure we had everything we wanted. The masseuses were great and provided top notch massages.

Great time
The staff were amazing and made sure my friends and I had a great experience throughout the entire trip! They remembered my friend’s birthday and made sure she had a day to remember. Yzrael, Ruben, and Marco Polo were all so fun! Would definitely come back

Great Service
Restaurant reservations were a little bit of an issue but otherwise the overall experience was great. We look forward to coming back again! There was not any pressure to buy in the vacation club and we were taken care of the whole time. The staff at the premier bar was Amazing

Specifically my experience with Marco Polo and Israel on the entertainment staff were amazing!!! Marco kept us entertained between pool side games, the show, and Karaoke! Israel kept us in shape with yoga and Zumba and it was so nice! They were so polite and made sure we had an amazing stay! Even when it rained!
