We had an amazing time as always this is our second time that we came the food could have been better, but overall the customer service was excellent especially Lizeth ! We came as a family and we had an amazing service by the pool bar waitress name Lizeth She is truly amazing at her job that she completely went out of her way to do many things for a family without needing to she assisted us every single day and she gave us the best customer service that will make many families come back. She’s truly a star GR Solaris needs more people like Liz

Absolutely best staff
The GR Solaris staff is amazing! Food was excellent! Roxy, Rocket and all the entertainment staff were wonderful! Made lots of friends too!

Wonderful vacation
The GR Solaris is a wonderful resort. The staff is always so friendly and nice. It is beautiful and relaxing. The entertainment staff made time by the Pool really fun, especially Rocket and Rosie.

October GR Solaris Stay
We've stayed at GR Solaris many times and this trip did not disappoint!! Pablo & Jessica in the Members Lounge were ready to help get settled in... Gave us a great room, booked our dinner reservations and arranged our morning room service. We did water aroebics with Roxy.. she did a great job and is so sweet! Rocket just started the day before we left.. his positive energy was so much fun.. As always, the staff made the trip!!! The bartenders and wait staff are the best and make you feel so special!! Can't wait to go back in February!😍
