    Amazong!!!

    One of the best and relaxing massages I've had. I had week my back and Leticia was able to get the pain out of my back. Everyone was very nice and professional. Great experience 👍

    The Food was Good, but…….

    The location of the hotel was perfect for us. It is close to the airport. The atmosphere was open and airy and welcoming. The rooms are where we had a problem. Our room’s AC system was malfunctioning the entire trip. The first two nights were extremely cold to the point where my husband and I had goosebumps. The thermostat could not be adjusted. We spoke with the front desk who ensured that someone would fix it. When someone came 2 days later at 8:15 in the evening, he explained that something was broken and he could shut it off until they could fix it. Another day goes by and we spoke with the front desk 4 times- nothing. We were sweating in the room. No one came. We continued to ask for assistance to no avail. We were out of our room for an entire day and they assured us that someone would come which they did not. We were forced to sleep with the sliding door open to the balcony to get some air flow. When we checked out, they didn’t seem to care. Nothing. We asked to speak to a supervisor and again nothing. I don’t understand how their maintenance works but we were completely taken back by the disregard for our simple request. On the plus side- the food was good.

    Enjoyable stay at GR Solaris Cancun

    We stayed at GR Solaris Cancun to celebrate our friend’s 50th birthday. The room was a little dated, and while the food was okay with good options available, the variety was mostly the same each day. That said, the overall experience was still very enjoyable. A huge highlight of our stay was Yzrael. His yoga, Zumba, trampoline, and aqua classes were energetic, motivating, and so much fun. The yoga on the beach was amazing — what a perfect way to start the day. He was very welcoming and has a natural ability to make everyone feel comfortable and included, regardless of fitness level. Thank you, Yzrael for your incredible energy and warmth — you made our birthday trip truly memorable!

    We LOVE Solaris!

    My husband and I throughly enjoyed our time at GR Solaris. We visit Cancun twice a year and always stay at a Solaris Resort. The main reason we keep returning is the dedicated staff! Yzrael is one of our favorites!! His willingness to go above and beyond his job is something to be admired. He treats everyone with respect and makes sure they feel comfortable with activities that are outside their comfort zone. (Yoga). Rueben is another great staff member. We enjoy watching his juggling and acrobatics-he loves to have fun and makes things fun for all. Our favorite smiling face is Leo who patrols the pool offering drink service. Always great to see her and catchup. Abram and Edgar at the pool bar and Erik and Hector at the members bar are amazing. Great bartender’s that remember what you are drinking and exactly how you like your drink-HOW DO THEY DO THAT? Last but not least is the great job Antonio did making dinner reservations, excursion plans, and getting answers to our many questions. So many great people working there is why we can’t wait to return! WE LOVE SOLARIS!!!

    Solid resort with wonderful staff and great amenities.

    We had an amazing week. The staff really made the experience - specifically the entertainment crew Reuben, Ysrael and Caesar, who had the perfect mix of amping up guests and encouraging participation in activities while not being too pushy and never being annoying, as well as bartenders Antonio, Edgar and Neftali, and waiters Darvin, Daniel and Manuel who were attentive, kind and genuine. The rooms were nice and clean, with a nice balcony and comfy pillows, only complaint would be the walls were pretty thin so we could hear our neighbours at all hours. The amenities were wonderful, never too crowded. Pools were great, bars were great, beach area was okay (a bit small and weedy) but the actual ocean view and swimming was great. Food and drinks were decent, as expected for an all-inclusive.
