  Perfect for families

  GR Solaris Cancún was great! We went as a family of four with two young kids (4 and 3). The all inclusive is great for everyone as there is always an option that everyone will like and there really wasn’t a time that you could not grab a snack or food/drink. The activities at the club are also great! Seeing as we were with our younger kids we didn’t get a chance to fully utilize the adult activities but Israel was very friendly in every interaction I had with him and the activities in which we didn’t do (bingo and having bracelets made) he did everything he could to include the kids. We definitely got to experience a lot of the kids club and this was honestly one of the highlights of the holiday, especially the kids, they’re still talking about it now (almost a week later) Bel and Criss were so great with the kids, very patient and made every activity fun and age appropriate. They made it so my kids were literally wanting to line up for the kids club opening everyday! The shows that were on most nights were also very fun and helped keep the kids entertained at night. We also loved that the hotel is located RIGHT on the beach and they hotel had showers also that you could rinse off before heading back to the pool area! We would definitely return the gr solaris if we were to visit Cancún again! The only issue we had the whole time was that we wish there was more of a convenience store within the hotel as the two gift stores were very limited but there was a store right down the road.

  The resort was fantastic. The weather was not so good.

  We visited from November 3 to November 12. We loved the resort and the food Alain, Nelson and Rigoberto were fantastic around the pool. However, we had four days of wind, cloudiness and rain.

  GR Solaris Spa

  My partner and myself had a 50 minute full-body massage at GR Solaris Spa, and it was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had in a long time. The atmosphere was calm with soft music and the scent of essential oils. We were warmly greeted by Maria who directed us to start off with a soak in the jacuzzi tub that immediately helped me unwind. Our masseuses Alma and Lely, provided a peaceful experience and their technique was excellent!

  Great experience

  Isaias Gonzalez is very nice guy, gave us lots of help! He is also very fun, gave us some tour advice. Téo of our seven days are windy, but the evening shows are so wonderful

  Wonderful experience! Beautiful resort.

  Thank you GR Solarius for making our trip incredible again this year. I want to thank Paulina at check in. She was wonderful, angel and Daniel were great servers. We really enjoyed both of them. Abran at the swim bar was such a pleasure. He does a great job. Your hotel never disappoints us. Everybody that works there is very friendly, and helpful. Your food was awesome. The presentation was beautiful. If you could not find something to eat, then it’s your problem, not theirs. From check in to check out everyone was a delight, the weather was wonderful. The room was typical. Just one suggestion, though, you need to replace those coffee pots in the room. They don’t work well at all. Thank you for making us feel at home. See you next year!
