Garza experience 10/10
Amazing resort with the most friendly and caring staff. Mariana Lima was amazing with keeping all of our needs. Amazing views, amazing food, clean pools and bathrooms. Beautiful beach, amazing spa. 10/10 would recommend. Can't wait to come back again.

Beware, this hotel is undergoing a massive construction project that will take years.
I’ll start with good… We just returned from our 6 night vacation at Garza Blanca in April 2025. Overall, the resort is lovely. The staff is friendly and attentive. In addition, the restaurants and room service are above average for an all inclusive. The spa is stunning with a high end hydrotherapy circuit. I had an amazing massage there! Our 7 year old son loved the kids club and the nanny service was super convenient for our 1 year old. My husband and I were actually able to spend some time alone together thanks to these services and it was so nice! Our 1 bedroom suite overlooking the ocean and the view was absolutely picturesque, as advertised. Unfortunately the ocean view was obstructed by caterpillar machines excavating the beach to build a new Garza Blanca building next door. We were moved from the first floor to the second floor which helped a little but the constant digging was very noisy and dusty. You can also hear the loud beeping and tumbling of rocks from the main pool area. For nearly $1k per night, not being warned or compensated for the nuisance was unsettling and put a damper on our otherwise wonderful trip. We loved most aspects of this hotel unfortunately can’t recommend staying here while the construction is going on.

Amazing stay in Puerto Vallarta
This was our second visit to the Garza Blanca/Hotel Mousai property and it was just as amazing as we remembered it. Service here at the resort is top notch. The property and grounds are tucked away into a beautiful nature preserve. We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to those who welcome us so graciously and took care of us! Specifically: Blanca Blue: Our incredible breakfast staff - Elaine, Mario, and Alexi Blanca Blue Bar: Thank you Diana, Richardo, Daniel, and Noe for all the fun and drinks! Dinner staff at Blanca Blue: Juventino, Ernesto Bocados Breakfast & Dinner: Gio, Javier, Ricardo, Ruben We look forward to coming back again soon!

Luxury family vacation
Our week at Garza Blanca Preserve was amazing! We had a two bedroom, three bathroom suite with wrap-around patio on the 8th floor in building 5. From the gym, the views, the food and amazing service we’d definitely recommend it for a family vacation. Special kudos to our housekeeper Mariana Lima for taking care of us all week.

Worst Experience at a Hotel Ever
This is the shadiest and rudest hotel and staff I have ever encountered. The deluxe ocean front room I booked for our family of 4 three months in advance with 2 queen beds was not provided us. I attached a photo of our booking confirmation. We were instead given a basic room with just one bed. Something that is not even offered on their website. There was no apology, no refund or compensation offered. Instead they were incredibly rude and continually spewed lies. Karen and Nicole at the front desk were downright nasty and incompetent. Bonnie our “concierge” was also verbally abusive. I advise checking google reviews as well as this apparently is a consistent issue for them. Do not recommend in the slightest. Terrible. Nasty humans and business practice. The restaraunt and pool staff are kind and attentive thus far.
