Treated with wonderful hospitality
Garza Blanca is a beautiful resort with wonderful staff, especially the trolley drivers as well as the lobby, pool, and beach teams. The dining staff was more mixed—many were excellent, while a few came across as less friendly. For example, at Blanca Blue we mentioned it was our grandma’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make the evening special. They even noticed she didn’t speak English and offered to write “Happy Birthday” in our language, which was such a thoughtful touch. On the other hand, our experience at the steakhouse was less positive due to a server named Carmen, who came across as a bit rude. As for the food, my favorites were Blanca Blue (only at lunch and breakfast) and the Japanese restaurant. The others were ok. Overall, Garza Blanca was memorable for their welcoming services and genuine staff.

Mind the scam
e have just wrapped up our week at Garza Blanca and for the most part everything was really lovely except check out. This is my 4th time at Garza PV, I tell all my friends and clients to come here but after the inconsideration and time wasted at check out I do not think I’ll be coming back or recommending this place. On 3 different occasions I had to inform the hotel staff that I had prepaid for the massages. it was still on our final bill and we had to call the spa. Upon check in we were told that we had 40usd to use towards alcohol or extrasper day. This never showed up on our bill and when we asked about it we were initially denied. After some prodding we were then ONLY given $40 credit in total. When we had more charges than that. After an HOUR we were then offered $50 credit so you could get rid of us. We asked to see a manager many times and were given excuses On their unavailability. This is the worst customer service and very inhospitable. It leaves a very poor taste in my mouth and mind about Garza Blanca. In the future I will take my money elsewhere. And to think we were talking about returning and becoming members…. No telling how many people do not look over their bill properly and are scammed.

Summer Vacation
Had the pleasure of spending a week with the Garza Blanca staff and it was amazing! Favorite restaurant has to be Bocados. The service we received from Ricardo Hernandez and Rosalio Lamas was beyond excellent. I also would like to give Moon (Luna) in concierge recognition for taking the time to introduce us to Garza Blanca and plan our week excursions and dinners. Our trip would not have been the same without her.
