    Incredible resort. We have visited this place multiple times since 2018. It creates a very relaxing atmosphere, being surrounded by the lush greenery, Banderas Bay and Puerto Vallarta. Very friendly and polite staff. All our needs were satisfied to the smallest details. Great restaurants with a vast variety of food, drinks and snacks. The gym is probably the best I have ever been to. The rooftop infinity pools reveal incredible views. Our family enjoyed tremendously the grand penthouses in the 2 mountain buildings and the penthouse in the beach building over the years. We are visiting this property with friends and relatives who share the same opinion. We are impressed by the new developments/projects. Overall, this is an outstanding resort that we hope to visit to the years to follow.

    Extremely boring similar to 3 star properties

    Our first stay here was questionable and now the 2nd time I must say overpriced and the place has become truly outdated with much worse service. All the bad reviews now make sense. Way overpriced and no way is this a 5 star resort any more. The rooms are not cleaned as well any more, food is inconsistent and constant upcharging and annoying time share pushing. If your hotel is lagging in service and not improving how do you expect your customers to be interested in more time share points? No wonder the desperation! No specials! No deals! Nada! And frankly the place is utterly boring!! No activities!! Nothing and even the beach is not all the close to the property. Just boring and at least management could do is have some activities at night. Pathetically boring at night for a 5 star resort! Nothing to do. I do not suggest staying here unless you are ok with paying 5 star prices for 3 star service. Mousai and Garza Blanca are a sinking ship of boredome. The only good thing is the roof top bar and views but that gets old and crowded. Why? Because there is nothing else fun to do.

    EXCELLENT place

    EXCELLENT RESORT my 7th year coming in a row, we always stay the same week, Dinners are the best of the best Bocados, our waiter absalutly wonderful Ricardo at Bocados and at karuma Antonio these waiters know how to give excellent service, this is why we keep coming back every year, thank you so much see you next August 2026 VERA family
