Overated, tired and dated!!
Overated, overpriced. Dated and tired. I would not go back. It’s a spectacular location, but there has been no renovation. One is sorely needed. They charge US pricing and give you a third world experience. The service is spotty. This was the most frustrating The GM needs to get back to basics and train the staff. By contrast. FS Koh Samuii was excellent

Our Favorite!
Let me start by saying ..there are only two resorts in the world we repeat travel to and This is one(maybe 7 times)! The service is genuine and amazing. The food is excellent ..we love all 3 restaurants. The lazy river a is fun change of scene to grab a great drink (kids and adults). The pools are warm...the bugs are maintained..We love the shops ..We love everyone and everything! Thank you Four Seasons Punta Mita for caring to make our family time so special❤️

Great for families and kids
Wonderful property with more family friendly activities than most other resorts The staff provided us the best service we’ve received of any hotel in Mexico and we’ve stayed at the One and Only, Rosewood Las Ventanas and St Regis. None compared to the level of attention, personalized care and small touches that the Four Seasons Punta Mita staff provided. Special thanks to Chef Jorge for accommodating our dietary needs and serving the most incredible meals. Andres and Luis both exemplify the Four Seasons DNA of making things right and caring about their guests.

Excellent experience, beautiful escape
I cannot use enough superlatives to describe our stay at the Four Seasons Punta Mita. From start to finish our trip was nothing short of magical. When you pass through the gates, you are transported to a beautiful and carefree escape. We were met with welcome drinks and lovely scented cold towels upon arrival. The lobby had a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean and some comfy chairs. The check in process was seamless. While there was only a slight issue with our room, it was handled immediately and they gave us an upgrade for the confusion which I really appreciated. We were driven on a golf cart to our superb accommodations: an ocean front casita with a plunge pool. The view was absolutely breathtaking and I immediately knew we had made the right decision in choosing this hotel. Inside our room were some cookies and an adorable welcome gift for our toddler. This was our first international trip as a family of three and the bar has been set incredibly high. The staff even asked if we would like to have the plunge pool enclosed to make it safer for our toddler and they took care of it while we were out of our room. There is no shortage of family friendly activities on this resort. We enjoyed a bike ride, the lazy river and multiple days at the beach. When we were in our room, we enjoyed watching the whales from our patio. There is also snorkeling and a sea turtle release which we did not get to try due to lack of time. I cannot stress enough that every detail is thought of on the resort- coolers with cold water at each pair of lounge chairs, sunscreen and complimentary treats on the beach. They even had toys for our toddler to play with in the sand and kid sized floats so that she could enjoy the lazy river without having to hang onto us. There was a pleasant variety of dining options on the property. On our first day we enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Dos Catrinas which has many vegetarian options but there was an even greater variety for those who eat meat. For our dinners, we enjoyed the street tacos at Mez Bar and sushi at Aramara. We indulged in beachside dining for lunch where they offered many different cuisines which were all delicious. The remaining days we ordered room service that was perfectly laid out on our patio dining table. This was one of my favorite parts of our stay as it allowed us to soak in every moment of our trip and have a slow start to our day. They were very accommodating to our dietary restrictions, offering multiple vegan and vegetarian options as well as many kid friendly meals to choose from. We had a lovely rainfall shower and a bathtub. The Le Labo toiletries smelled incredible. I wish I could have brought them home with me. There was daily housekeeping and turn down service. They even left me a little lens cloth for my glasses with an image of the resort on one side. I thought that was an extra nice touch. Overall all the staff were friendly and very accommodating. They found a way to grant just about any request we had and provided assistance throughout our stay right down to coordinating our airport transfer with our checkout time. Their attention to detail, service and communication is magnificent. In a world where hotels may be scaling back on amenities, the Four Seasons Punta Mita goes above and beyond. My only regret is that we did not stay longer. If you ever have the chance to stay here, go enthusiastically and book an extra day, bring your kids, order room service and enjoy the vacation of a lifetime.
