Sep 12, 2025The best BD vacation ever
I don't have enough words to express how you made me feel on my birthday. It was the best birthday vacation ever! The service was above and beyond. You upgraded our room to a view room with the beautiful scenery of the Palinsoola and a hot pool. I felt so blessed! The hotel team organized a special birthday celebration for me, complete with a large table filled with gifts, flowers, cakes, and balloons. It exceeded all my expectations. I want to specifically mention a wonderful woman named Genesis, who was my angel and made my dreams come true every day. I will never forget how you made me feel blessed. I will definitely come back, and I will always be your ambassador, sharing my experience with everyone! ❤️

We had a terrible experience at the Four Seasons, and actually ended our trip early as a result. Our room overlooked the beach, but there was a man staying in a tent outside of our room who could see in the windows. We also had no a/c for a period of time because the front door would not close properly - the maintenance person told us we had to "slam the door" for it to work properly. They tried to give us wine to make up for it, knowing that we did not drink. At our first night at dinner (we had made reservations three weeks prior) and when we arrived, we were told there was no reservation for us. Luckily the bar could seat us. We were then moved to another room, this one a suite, and again had significant problems. While we were sleeping one night (past 9:30pm) turndown service came and started slamming a broom on our front door, waking us up thinking that someone was trying to enter our room. They knew exactly when we were going to dinner, but still turndown service came at 9:30pm?! After asking repeatedly for staff not to give us apology gifts, the housekeeping left a bunch of chocolate covered strawberries in our room without us knowing. This resulted in a massive bug issue - ants were crawling all over our room, it was disgusting. We decided to leave a day early because of how terrible the experience was. If you're heading to the peninsula, don't waste your money here.

Stunning Property and Perfect Stay!
I truly have no complaints about this resort. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the property was absolutely beautiful — not too large, but with plenty of space and a variety of pools and beaches to enjoy. The resort has two different beaches, but my favorite was Playa Blanca. The scenery and lush vegetation there were simply breathtaking. We read some reviews about tours in the area and decided to contact Nomad Tours CR through WhatsApp — it was super easy to book and communicate with Gabriel. We enjoyed amazing adventure activities like ziplining, a boat trip with fishing and snorkeling, and wildlife spotting in the rainforest. Everything was wonderfully organized, and the experiences were truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Papagayo Peninsula!

Luxury Family Friendly Paradise
Fantastic Family Resort!! This property greatly exceeded our expectations when it came to how they treated us & our two young babies. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a tropical vacation that has fun adventures for adults & plenty to do for little ones. + The rooms are up to four seasons standard -- wonderful shower, beds are like clouds, plenty of space, and great views. + Each restaraunt is unique with awesome service and delicious choices. Loved the sushi/asian option the most. + Kids club and babysitting services was phenomenal. Never seen a resort make child care so easy. The stitters where highly professional and the kids club had its own pool + tons of play areas for the children. This gave us several hours per day to enjoy solo and the kids were still taken great care of and having a blast. + Kids under 5 eat free at restaurants…amazing +Boat excursions, beach massages, great pool service +Alan on the beach is super cool guy and set us up with fun events. We went during rainy season and somehow did not get any rain. Amazing experience and would recommend to other families in an instant.
