Beautiful tropical grounds with stellar service
This resort lives up to its stellar reputation. The grounds are spectacular amidst the lush tropics. The service is up to Four Seasons standards. Even in circumstances where there were misunderstandings or slip ups (such as a room key that did not work), they so went out of their way to ensure that they made up for it such that it was impossible to be irritated or upset. The rooms are gorgeous and there are a variety of activities and excursions to keep one entertained if sitting by the beach is insufficient. The staff is friendly and eager to please. While expensive, paradise usually is and I did not feel that I did not get my full money's worth.
A Stay to Remember
We attended a birthday party over the weekend at the Four Seasons and truly enjoyed our stay. The property is spectacular, beautifullly situated on the peninsula, with beaches on both sides. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view and a comfortable balcony for relaxing. The staff was outgoing, friendly, and helpful, making an effort to remember our names and recommending activities, dining possibilities, and various rums, clearly proud of their hotel and their country.
Paradise for the entire family !
Everyone was taken care of, grandparents, parents and children. So many great amenities. Romantic and so relaxing yet so kid friendly ! I don’t know how they orchestrate it all but it’s a beautiful symphony in paradise.
Not worth the money for what you get.
My wife and I spend 5 days of our Honeymoon at the Four Seasons and what we found was a hotel with some luxury features but no entertainment, so-so food, limited restaurants (2) total on property they have some off property restaurants but nothing special. Expect to encounter up-selling at every turn of the way. 1/2 day fishing trip was $1900 per person. Spa treatment $925 for a couple. If you decide to go, your first order of business MUST be to make dinner reservations or you will be eating at the bar every evening.
Wonderful property and service!
A little slice of paradise at this wonderful hotel. Very attentive, friendly staff who go above and beyond, great food especially the sushi at the lobby tapas bar and lovely beach. Our 4 year old son didn’t want to leave!
