    Excellent service!

    This is the second time we've stayed at Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta and once again, the resort did not disappoint! We received excellent service from every staff member, and the resort was clean with a nice vibe. Rafael and Jessica at the Sonne Club (adults only rooftop pool) were very attentive and always made sure we had what we needed and with a smile! Josefina in the Nakawe Spa delivers an excellent massage and body scrub treatment, just what I needed to rejuvenate. The resort is close to the airport and marina, making transfers to the hotel and going on boat excursions easy. We'll be staying again!

    Good but needs updating

    Service was excellent at the Fiesta Rewards adults only pool. Rafael was exceptional. Remaining service was good. Food was average for this level all-inclusive. The Italian and Cevicheroa were the best. Housekeeping was very good and friendly. The hotel itself needs a freshen - rooms, halls, and elevators are in need of replacement or renovation.

    Perfect break from work and life! Such a perfect bestie vacation!

    This was such a great trip! The vibe was awesome! The whole staff was amazing. So friendly and so helpful! Such nice people. Luis, Giovanni, Sergio, Pedro, Juane Jose, Dalia were all so beyond amazing! They definitely made our trip! We will definitely be back!

    Beautiful

    Beautiful, rustic hotel on the beach. 10 minutes from the airport. Family friendly with an adults only pool. Many activities are available on the property. They pick you up at the airport and take you back. Amazing , friendly staff, most speak English pretty well. Good food, and SO much of it!

    Puerto Vallarta Vacation with my Bestie

    We had tremendous service from Luis, Giovani and Sergio at the pool side bar. Appreciated their prompt service.They are dedicated and exemplary workers. I would recommend the Fiesta American Resort as they are kind and efficient and care about the customers.
