  Perfect Relaxing Getaway in Cancun

  We stayed at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun from September 20–26 and had an amazing time. This was my third visit to the hotel, but my previous stays were short. This time I brought my partner on his first trip to Mexico, and I knew the hotel would not disappoint. From the moment we arrived, everything was explained to us and we felt in good hands. The hotel is spotless, the facilities are well looked after, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. Each morning at the buffet we were greeted with a smile, and nothing was ever too much trouble. A special thank you goes to Tomas, one of the pool waiters. He really made our stay extra special. He was attentive, kind, and always happy to recommend food and drinks. We often found ourselves looking out for him during his shifts because he took such good care of us. One evening when the bar was very busy, Tomas quickly arranged a table for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. At first, we thought about doing some excursions, but in the end we decided to just relax at the resort—and we’re so glad we did. We both felt it was truly unforgettable, thanks to the warm service, the food, the atmosphere, and especially the care from Tomas. We’ll definitely be back, and we’re so grateful to Tomas and the rest of the team for making this trip so memorable.

  Don't miss the spa experience at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun!

  We had a beautiful time, and would particularly like to share reviews of our spa experience with massage therapists Ely and Veronica. My husband and I both came into the resort under tremendous stress from work and family, but under the care of these massage therapists, all our troubles melted away and we are leaving in a restored state. I would definitely recommend this resort. We stayed in the adult only section and it was quiet and peaceful with a beautiful Caribbean Sea beach that was nearly private. Immaculate service, great atmosphere, and an all-around wonderful experience.

  Second visit and continues to exceed our ecxpectations!

  We celebrated our anniversary and had the best time of our life’s. All the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would like to highlight Alan Hernandez Pool bartender. He went above and beyond taking care of us. We can’t wait to come back!

  A Birthday Celebration Beyond My Dreams at Fiesta Americana Condesa, Cancún, Mx

  We just returned from the most amazing vacation at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun, celebrating my birthday, and I can honestly say it was unforgettable. The resort itself is gorgeous, but what truly sets it apart is the incredible staff. Their warmth, hospitality, and genuine enthusiasm made this trip one I will cherish forever. Everywhere we went, we were met with smiles and excitement about our celebration. While everyone was wonderful, there were several people who truly went above and beyond: Manuel May (Restaurante Rosato) – He made my birthday dinner magical. From his welcoming smile to recommending the perfect pasta, to presenting the most beautiful dessert with the whole restaurant singing, followed by a spectacular birthday drink show — he created an evening I will never forget. Sergio (Romantic Dinner) – He ensured every detail was flawless. Always attentive, always smiling, and always ready to make the evening special, Sergio made our private dinner one of the highlights of the trip. Arturo (La Cevichería) – Thoughtful and attentive, Arturo took extra care with my shellfish allergy, helping me select entrées that were both safe and delicious. His kindness and attention meant so much. Adriana (Guest Reservations) – She worked with Rogelio to make sure every detail of the trip was arranged perfectly, answering every question and helping to plan a birthday experience beyond anything I could have imagined. Kinverli (Guest Services) – From the moment we arrived, she made sure we had the perfect room and helped us get settled in smoothly and quickly. Fabian (Concierge) – He ensured all of Rogelio’s plans flowed seamlessly and exactly as he envisioned. Thanks to him, everything was executed beautifully. David (The Market) – He started each day off right with excellent breakfast service, always making sure we had what we needed to enjoy the morning and get ready for the day ahead. Housekeeping team – Our room 354 was always spotless, with fresh towels multiple times daily. They even surprised us by arranging a beautiful Happy Birthday message with bright-colored rice on the bed for me and a full-length mirror after they noticed we didn’t have one — such a thoughtful gesture that meant so much. And honestly, there are so many more whose names I wish I had written down. Every single staff member was welcoming and enthusiastic. This resort is not just beautiful — it is filled with people who genuinely care and create moments you’ll never forget. If I thought my love was perfect for choosing Fiesta Americana Condesa for my birthday, now I’m absolutely certain he has no flaws at all. We left already dreaming about our return. Thank you, Fiesta Americana Condesa, for making my birthday — and our entire stay — truly magical.

  Family vacation

  Overall great experience. Pool side the drinks kept coming from Osvaldo and JJ our servers poolside. They made sure to keep the kids cool by getting them red slushies which they loved! At breakfast throughout our week long vacation we were taken very good care of Ramiro, Antonio Garcia, Eladio, Nayeli and Magui to say the least. The staff here is 2nd to none!
