The atmosphere is amazing and Esteban from entertainment was outstanding and the made the trip even better. Saulo from entertainment was also outstanding and definitely made everyone laugh and enjoy the time there.

Great Resort!
I have been to multiple resorts in Cancun and fiesta Americana condesa did not disappoint. The food was amazing at every restaurant especially the cevicheria with outdoor seating by the beach. Staff was extremely friendly, Eladio at the buffet was very accommodating and friendly. The lobby staff does try to upsell a lot of extra services while at the resort, but just avoid them or politely decline it and continue on enjoying the resort.

Incredible staff and delicious food!
I have been to many all inclusive resorts in Mexico - Fiesta Americana Condesa has the best staff and best food by far. The staff go above and beyond to make the stay great. Fernanda is always incredibly helpful. Carlos and Pedro go out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. Sandro, Felix, Rodolfo, and Nemias are great too! The Rosato restaurant is fantastic. The buffet food has many options and always options for fresh made food - omelettes, quesadillas, etc. Sushi bar is great. I will say entertainment is somewhat lacking. They used to have a theater with shows, but now it is mostly just music in the lobby bar each night. This was fine with us as it was a relaxing trip, but if you’re looking for entertainment, you may need to go outside of the hotel. Overall we love it!

Buffet is sub par. I have been at cheaper all inclusive and there are many more choices. We had the same choices for 3 days. Resort is clea and the rooms are nice. Beach is rough for swimming. Would not go here again

Kids club
We really liked the kids club this timemiss Johanna took care of my kids and teach them how to do luchadores mask. Waiters are super friendly always
