Jun 10, 2025Beach and Food (Thx Paola!!)
I had a fabulous time! The desserts were delicious, and Paola was a huge help with all things treats ;) The beach is incredible, pools are delightful, and rooms are very clean and comfortable. I was especially impressed by the level of cleanliness throughout the resort.

The Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun has by far the best staff in the region. Just to mention a few of the names that made our trip special, Dolores, Alberto, Eladio, Celeste, Julieta, and Magio. We have been all over Cancun and we keep coming back to the Fiesta for the service and dedication of the very hard working staff.

Heaven sent vacation
We loved our time at this hotel! The hotel property, food, and hospitality/service were top notch. We especially loved the food at breakfast and the kind breakfast team who doted on us and our boys. Special shout out to Elanio, Cesar, Nomiro, Denis, Nagui, and Mayeli. They learned what our boys liked to eat and got it before they could even ask. They were always looking out for us and treated us like family. We especially loved lounging by the pool area which are kept pristine. I want to thank the attentive female server by the kids pool area who would always check to see if we needed anything to eat our drink. Lastly, this hotel is very family friendly with their kids club activities. A special thanks to the kids club team! These ladies were a God send and simply amazing. They made the vacation so memorable for our boys who got to feed the fish and iguanas, go on treasure hunts and do special crafts. So many memories were created and mom and dad got a much needed break. The Thai, Mexican and Italian restaurants were great and should not be missed. It was hard to go home but that is a sign of a great vacation. We can’t wait to return.

Fiesta Americana
Arle, Arezby, Erick, Eladio Magdelena, and Nayeli in the main buffet were awesome! The best part of the resort were the people who worked there. Everyone was so kind and attentive. The pool was perfect, and spent more time in pool than in ocean (record sargassum)

Amazing
It’s a very nice place, very relaxing! Erik and David are lots of help and are great hosts for the activities that the hold here. They do aerobics and a trampoline work out! There are so many different activities from drinking games and competitions to different exercise activities. Drinks and food are amazing.
