This is a long overdue review for Fiesta Americana. This is our second time and loved it this time too. The staff are a past so courteous and attentive and amenities are really worth the money. Plus the views are breathtaking. Special mention to Chefs Miguel and Ismail for their wonderful creations and customizations in the menus. They cooked amazing vegetarian food for us everyday upon request. Really amazing people.

Turning a Simple Activity into an Unforgettable Moment
We met Johnathon, Wendy, and Esteban in the lobby while making bracelets, and they truly made the experience exceptional. From the moment we started talking, they were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating such a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. Their kindness and caring nature were clear in the way they engaged with everyone, and their sense of humor added plenty of laughter to the activity. They were not only warm and approachable but also wonderfully talkative, keeping the conversation flowing and making the entire time feel lively and fun. The combination of their friendliness, attentiveness, and positive energy turned a simple activity into a memorable and uplifting experience. It’s rare to meet people who can make such a genuine connection so quickly, and they did just that.

Fantastic staff
When we arrived the first thing we noticed were the amazing staff. Everyone was warm and friendly. They remembered our names as we walked around the resort and made our holiday very memorable. Special shout out to Kermy for his unbelievable sushi. We will certainly miss our daily sushi intake!! Dennis for his energy and fun exercise classes. JJ for making me practice my Spanish - gracias. Francesco for his funny magic tricks - harry potter has nothing on you! And finally Jonathan - you made us smile with your enthusiasm and zest for life (Steven Gerrard certainly is the best!! 😉) Thank you everyone.

El Mexicano restaurant Condesa Cancun
El Mexicano restaurant was our favorite. We went twice the week we stayed. Both waiters were amazing. Ceasar and Limber we pleasant and attentive. Food was abundant and really great. Get the black margarita.
