I was walking to the lobby in the heat and Omar was kind enough to pick me up and give me a ride. Love this place. Beautiful, super clean and comfortable and the outdoor shower was amazing! I'll definitely be back.

Spa- Margarita wonderful
Margarita was fabulous for the massage!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 All of the staff were very friendly. Best massage EVER! Buy the aloe lotion too- works well. The snacks and beverages refreshing and delicious too. Highlight of my stay. Thank you Spa staff and Margarita!

A luxury vacation!
What a vacation! This was our first trip to Mexico in about 20 years and this location did NOT disappoint! It is a massive, lush, tropical resort. There is so much gorgeous vegetation that it's hard to understand how huge the resort is, yet it always felt like we were the only ones there. We quickly learned how to hop on the shuttle service through the resort or grab bikes to get around. If you're looking for some luxury, this is the place. Every interaction from the front desk, café, restaurants, and shuttle drivers was exceptional. They go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of. It was fun to chat with the shuttle drivers. They were great about sharing information regarding things to do at the resort. There are a number of beautiful pools to choose from, and there were always chairs/umbrellas to be found. The beach was beautiful and pristine. Throughout the entire day, there were always PLENTY of chairs and umbrellas available. We never felt crowded or concerned about not finding a comfortable place to hang out. The best part was that our Beach Area Casita included Butler Service. First, the location of our casita was steps away from the beach/beach pool area. Second, our butlers Ali Bolanos and Edgar Benavides were AMAZING. Ali went out of his way to find us at the resort during the day to check on our needs, help with dining reservations, and suggest or reserve activities. It was not just a nice little perk, it truly added value to our trip. Ali made sure we were aware of the daily free activities and suggested things that our family would enjoy. We did sunrise yoga, paddle boarding, and a catamaran ride. He also helped us find a great time to see the butterfly sanctuary and cenotes that are onsite. He helped us reserve an eco- kayak tour and private boat tour. Without Ali, we likely would not have used all of the amazing onsite amenities. He truly made our vacation so so memorable! One note: Dining was a bit difficult as you had to plan in advance and we're a bit more relaxed with timelines! For dinner, you definitely need reservations (book on Open Table or with hotel upon arrival), the menus are not extensive, a bit gourmet and expensive. There are no real casual, quick dining options for dinner. We ended up doing room service 2 nights There is a breakfast buffet but we preferred to bike to Cafe Maya for a quick delicious breakfast. We have no regrets at all regarding our trip! It was expensive but worth it!

Always a wonderful experience
This is one of our favorite properties to visit and have stayed a number of times. This last stay was our first trip with kids and we still had a great time! We enjoy the variety of pools available and plenty of activities to keep ourselves and kids entertained. As always the staff and service was incredible!

Family vacation - top notch!
So special! So unique! Memorable experiences created by Jhovani Vazquez and Marlon Lopez!! Arranging dinner reservations, special seating locations, special tours and taking time to show us the resort the arrival day was beyond special and helpful! Food quality beyond expected and top notch! So much more to experience still with connectivity to the Mayacoba Complex!
