Horrible experience. Nerve-racking week. Very rude staff.
No phone, no TV. The reception staff just says the company providing the service is no longer providing them. When you say I rented the room from the hotel, not from the phone company or TV provider, they get angry. There are 4 restaurants. The staff refuse to book for them. They always say it's fully booked, but when you pass by in the evening, you see only two tables occupied. The staff were very rude and lazy. We had to pay for each towel. You pay $5 for two small towels. To receive large towels, you must pay $10. In the buffet, the ceiling fans are set on high speed. When you ask to turn them off or at least reduce their speed, they refuse. We were six friends. When we tried to join two tables, they said we couldn't. I insisted, and they called security. I had to give them $20, then it was okay. To get drinks, you have to pay (a tip) beforehand. Otherwise, they give you a different drink. When you say this is not what you ordered, they get mad. It was a horrible experience. We will never go back there. The staff ruined our one-week vacation.

Juan Dolio Emotions suck
This Resort is not above a 2 star. I am being completely honest and transparent. We had no hot water for several days, cats, stray dogs inside the buffet and where you eat. The buffet is horrid. I can go into detail about the SPA screwing our reservations up three days in a row, eating and quality of food is 1 star. That is if you can get a reservation to their "fine dining" which sucks and it forces you to eat a terrible buffet. Everything this resort offers doesn't work, or it is the cheapest of the cheap. I loved the DR, but you can thank me later, do your research on this place. Terrible. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place.

Very good
Hello everyone, I would like to share my feedback about this hotel. I am an event and show organizer who travels around the world. I have been coming to this hotel for the past two years and have already brought more than 300 guests here. I would like to highlight the excellent work of the hotel’s general manager, as well as the entire team. A special thank-you to Fanny Rodriguez, who responds to requests with exceptional efficiency and professionalism. The service is truly outstanding. The feedback from my guests has been unanimous: a courteous staff, exceptionally kind, friendly, and always smiling. A special mention to Tony at the bar for his excellent service. Everyone was wonderful, but he was personally my favorite. Whether at the à la carte restaurants or the buffet, the food was excellent. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. In summary, if you are looking for a hotel that offers a high-quality, all-around experience, I highly recommend this property.

Worst experience I’ve ever had
The staff are very rude and when we went to eat at the Mexican restaurant they told us that all the food was done and we had to eat what was lifted. When we ask for dessert they also told us that they only had lift the cheese cake and it was awful. I would definitely not stay at this resort again. By the way the room are not beautiful as show in the pictures very deceiving, we had 4 rooms. The only thing they worry about is trying to make you buy the resort package in other words their membership. If you stay I wish you luck.
