Great Hotel
Hotel is newer, clean and has great views. Staff was very accommodating and professional. I’ll be returning soon (within the next 4 months)

Great stay, except…….
Second time here in two months. Currently here for one week. Love, except for the pool area. The bird droppings on the chairs and tables is disgusting and unsanitary. They should be cleaned daily. Gross! Love the pool bartenders and most everything about the resort.

Aruba and yoga
From the moment I arrived all was amazing. The location is unbeatable, offered the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. The staff was incredibly. The suites were spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a separate living area, kitchenette, and private balcony offering a magnificent ocean view that was breathtaking at sunrise. The complimentary made-to-order breakfast was a delightful start to each day, though it could get a bit crowded at peak times. The resort’s graffiti-adorned tunnel leading to the exclusive beach area was a fun and unique touch, and the beach chairs and palapas made lounging by the Caribbean waters pure bliss. As a single professional seeking stability and meaningful connections, I found the resort’s vibrant yet refined environment ideal for both relaxation and socializing. I’d highly recommend it to anyone seeking a sophisticated yet welcoming escape in Aruba. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

Excellent hotel for the price (pros and cons)
Hotel is only a couple of years old. Very clean and well maintained. Suites provide plenty of area and the balconies are a great place to just sit, sip and relax! Pro: Lower price compared to other hotels in the high-rise area (see cons below) *Pool is huge and well maintained. Large hot tub too! * Food and Beverage service at the pool and pool bar also available. *Breakfast buffet is fantastic (as to the complaints about birds: eat inside! You'll find the Grackles anywhere in Aruba where there is food!). *Valet in front loop will call for taxis which arrive quickly. We paid anywhere from $5-$8 for a ride to Palm Beach entertainment district. Tip: Taxis are plentiful in Aruba and fairly cheap (no Uber/Lyft). If you're out and about and need a taxi, just stand at the curb and raise your arm. Fares are regulated but we found that they will vary by a dollar or two. All official taxis (most are regular vehicles like Uber) have "TX" on their license plate. *Free drink ticket per person each evening along with complimentary snack bar. *Easy walk across street (or use nice tunnel) to "private" beach (all beaches in Aruba are public, but this beach is fairly isolated so feels private) Cons: Really the only "con" is the location. As one of the newest hotels in Aruba, the Embassy Suites is on the far southern end of the high-rise area, which puts it a 15-20 min walk from the Palm Beach & the "entertainment area". About the same distance south to Eagle beach. It's very safe walking (day or night) but, unless you don't mind the walk in the heat, this is a good hotel to have a rental car. The hotel beach is secluded but is new and they were still working on upgrades when we were there. A nice quiet area but no amenities. Best to walk the mile to Eagle Beach. Overall: If you are coming to Aruba to explore and you're going to rent a car, this is a great hotel for your stay. If you don't want to rent a car and want to be close by the entertainment and restaurants of Palm Beach, you're better off paying more to stay at the Hilton Resort. Tip for first-timers: Don't forget to submit your Aruba ED entry card within 7 days of leaving for Aruba: edcardaruba.aw and have the approval available on your phone when you arrive!

Hotel great/not check in
The hotel itself is not bad. Very clean. Pool was amazing. Beach access was great. Most of the employees were great. Breakfast is crowded from 9-10, but that’s to be expected. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. It was a nice walk every night to all the nightlife and restaurants. My issue was that we booked through Costco. I feel that we would have had a much better experience if we booked directly. I booked my room nature view sunrise, requested a king bed for our anniversary six months prior to travel. Upon checking in, they told us they only had queen beds left in our category. We were told that we needed to upgrade and pay a fee if we wanted a king bed. I did not want our anniversary spoiled by being uncomfortable in a queen bed so under pressure we upgraded to an ocean view room. They did offer us a patio, but we didn’t want that due to the all the noise and traffic outside our room. I have always booked through Costco but kind of always thought that Costco travelers were always treated as 3rd party travelers and did not have the same amenities as those who book directly. It has never affected us before until this trip. Costco said they would take care of the upgrade and they never did, they said they can’t reimburse us because we signed the upgrade contract. I thought Costco would protect their customers and they failed. We didn’t even get a shop card. If we wanted an ocean view we would have booked that in the first place. Also the resort was not at capacity whatsoever, I find it hard to believe they didn’t have a king in our category. Bottom line, don’t go through Costco, or other 3rd party vendors. I think if you go through Hilton, you’d be fine. I blame both the resort and Costco, mostly Costco. And congrats to Hilton, they made a few extra dollars from us.
