My wife’s birthday
I just wanna compliment these three ladies on the morning of June 6 with my wife happy birthday surprise welcome when we went to eat breakfast thank you for having these three ladies as your staff Nadinne the supervisor and her, the other staff members that assist her in my wife’s morning happy birthday welcome shandy and mailth I hope I spelled the last name of staff correctly other than that thank you very much and I will be looking for to come back to Embassy suites in the near future.

Second stay at this hotel - big change from last year. The hotel seems to be filled with people who vacation on a tight budget. Maybe call it the Walmart crowd... The free breakfast is like a jail break with people piling plates high and rushing through the food stations. Many better options on the island...

The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, going out of their way to make us feel at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were even greeted with complimentary drinks upon arrival – such a thoughtful touch! Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, with luxurious linens and a stunning view from our balcony. We took full advantage of the amenities: the pool area was clean and peaceful, and the restaurant on-site served a great breakfast which was included in the stay. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and indulgence. Whether you’re looking for a romantic escape or a restful retreat, this hotel delivers.
