Entertainment team Luis and Jose were awesome. Really funny, got us involved and kept everyone smiling at the pool. We did bingo, water polo and beach volleyball, even got given away as bingo prizes. So much fun will definitely be back again. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Is our first time visiting this place and i will say that theres somethings that i didnt like, for example the food and the restaurants and bars that are closed. You need to be careful walking by the coconut trees 🌴 cause you never know. But theres some others things that i pretty like and make my vacations much better: the entertainment team, Luis is fantastic and very good on what he do, is very funny and friendly and he works very hard, as well Andrea the instructor and Jose cause they make a really good aquafitness class. If this guys wasnt here i think this vacations it could be not the same. As well Victor and Fernando the shuttles they are crazy guys, i like them and they made my days.

Best holiday we’ve been on
We had the best 2 weeks here! The resort is beautiful, picturesque and full of wildlife. The food was excellent with plenty of choice, we were never bored at meal times. The entertainment was engaging every single day with plenty to do day or night, made extra special by the team. Our trip wouldn’t have been half of what it was without these wonderful people. Louis, Angel, Jose and Maria were great friends to us. Their energy and joy made our holiday! Andrea was excellent at the aqua aerobics. The pool party was a highlight with Luana, Benjamin and Andrea too. Shout out to Abraham as well for the kayak racing in the pool. I would highly recommend coming here and would be excited to come back again soon.

Better than ever - The staff are amazing once again!
This was our fourth time back at the resort, and yet again, it completely exceeded our expectations. Every stay here feels even better than the last. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome with their friendly, attentive service. The food was exceptional – every restaurant offered something different and delicious, and we were spoiled for choice! A massive thank you to the amazing entertainment team – Maria, Fernanda, Luis, Jose and Carlos. They’re the heart and soul of the resort! Their energy, positivity, and ability to get everyone involved meant there was never a dull moment. Truly the best entertainment team we’ve seen at any resort we’ve visited. A special mention to Maria – her energy, kindness, and constant enthusiasm stood out throughout our stay. She brought such a great vibe to every activity and always made sure guests were having the best time. The pizzas at La Sandwicherie, made by Nayeli and Her Team, were once again a daily favourite – 10/10! They were so good, we almost made it a tradition to have one every day. Ingrid was an absolute star – always welcoming us with a big smile at nearly every restaurant. She made sure we were well looked after and always got us seated quickly and kindly. Over at Arrecifes, Gloria continued to be the queen of breakfast. Not only does she make the best eggs and now tacos, but she also helped us with our Spanish each morning – such a thoughtful touch that made our mornings even more special. Every single waiter and waitress at the resorts restaurant and bars were amazing as always. If I listed them all the review would go on for ever. Veronica and the beach waitresses deserve a special mention – they made sure we always had a drink in our hands, even going to the far end of the beach to bring them to us. That level of service didn’t go unnoticed! And finally, the beach butlers – Celvin and Gabriel – made every beach day feel effortless. From having our bali bed ready to providing fresh towels whenever we returned from the sea, they were always one step ahead. Last but not least, a huge thank you to our incredible premium butlers – Arturo, Julian, Anna and Azael. They truly went above and beyond. No matter the time of day, they made sure we were looked after, booked our dinners, stocked our room, and checked in on us to make sure everything was perfect. Their service made a great holiday even better. We already can’t wait for our fifth visit – thank you again to everyone for another unforgettable stay!

Great getaway!
This place is absolutely amazing and beautiful! We have enjoyed all that this resort has to offer. We enjoyed the swim-up room so much that I hate to leave. I'm here now on the patio, mentally preparing to depart tomorrow. If you are a nature lover, you will love this place. This resort/employees specialize in pampering you. It's a huge place with lots of ground to cover. If your feet are tired, there are many shuttles/taxis to get you where you need to go. Call them up or just stand outside, the wait isn't long. There are bars and restaurants all over but I loved the swim-up bar. The food is wonderful. Seaside Market and Driftwood were my favorite eating spots. There's also a Vegan restaurant here. Street-style taco spots were great. Rooms are cleaned daily. Fridge replenished daily. 24-hour room service. Grounds are well-kept. Wonderful place to visit! I will be back.
