Great trip
Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of excellent, and much of that is thanks to the incredible staff. Paulino, Santiago, and Yaneth truly stood out—they were kind, attentive, and consistently went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. It’s not every day you come across such dedicated and thoughtful service. We’ll definitely be returning—and hope to see these three again when we do!

Awesome resort!
We had such a wonderful stay at this resort! The property itself has beautiful views and is clean but what truly made our experience memorable was the amazing staff—especially Paulino, Santiago, and Yaneth. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and cared for. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were unmatched. They went above and beyond every day. It’s rare to come across people who make such a lasting impression, but Paulino, Santiago, and Yaneth absolutely did. We’re already looking forward to our next visit—thanks in large part to them!

Good little place! Great beach!
Great little place! Beach and staff are fantastic. Food does the trick but don’t come in thinking you need 5 star food. Great people, gorgeous views. Men- being long pants for dinner at the “fancy” restaurant. Santiago was frat and so helpful! The beach chairs and umbrellas/huts are perfect

Amazing service
We are currently here now on a kids free trip. My husband and I are having a relaxing vacation. The service and staff are amazing. Despite the hotel being dated, it is super clean. The staff starts super early getting the hotel in tip top shape. Our room offers a fantastic ocean view. The drinks and food are good. I’m not sure why there are negative reviews. This is a great place to stay that is budget friendly I highly recommend staying here. The service and cleanliness is 5 star. The food is on par with what you are paying. The beach area is wonderful.

Our stay at The Cozumeleño
Hotel’s pool and hammocks are amazing, staff is pretty friendly most of them speak both Spanish and English. The food is good, drinks are better. Room was nice with a great view of the beach, bed and pillows were a bit too hard in my opinion but overall stay is 8/10 ⭐️
