Wonderful time
Such wonderful place! Had the best time. Staff was wonderful and accommodating. Julieta was fabulous and very caring. Wanted to know if anything was wrong so she could fix it. I had to go to hospital and she followed up on me and was concerned. Me and friends had the best experience. Highly recommend! Great price!

Great trip with amazing beach and food
Food was very very good and multiple gluten free options. Rooms need some refresh but we only used them for breaks and sleeping. Beach was SO nice. Crystal clear water with tons of fish and crabs. The resort also has snorkeling and kayak included. Multiple pools but they are warm in July so the ocean is the spot to be.

Beautiful Views and Friendly Staff
This is our second time at this resort and we love it because it is a smaller resort and the ocean water is crystal clear due to that huge concrete pier. The staff at the resort were excellent and friendly! The resort is a little dated but it is very clean. The food was good and I liked ordering off a menu rather than a buffet. A complaint would be that depending on time of day, we wouldn't have hot water when we showered and not very great water pressure. My second complaint would be that the gym needs updating, honestly just a rack of dumbbells would do wonders for the space even if they were the only things in the small space. Overall we loved our trip and will definitely be visiting this resort in the future!

El Cozemeleno
The entrance to the resorts is very pretty and welcoming! The people that work at the resort are so wonderful and kind! When we got there we were so surprised to see our names on a sign at the front desk celebrating our anniversary....Julieta then me us and asked when we wanted to eat at the specialty restaurant. We made reservations and they served us a beautiful meal..our Caesar salad was very good and they worked hard to make it very beautiful....maybe I am picky but did not love the main course ...they took great pride in a beautifully presented dish and it was very pretty! I did get great flan and they brought us out a beauty cake! They had a plate with our name on it and small bites of dessert on it for our anniversary...note we did not pay a penny for these things..they just asked if we had a special occasion. This is a most wonderful beach..the best I have had in Cozumel..no seaweed..no sharp coral or rocks...we have stayed at the occidental, melia, and now this resort. The where was Crystal clear and full of bumblebee fish, big white and yellow fish, and even a sting ray. Some kelp beds out farther ..I saw many of the same..but gentle peaceful shallow waters. They offer a free snorkle swim..but we brought our own. We never had a problem getting a palapa and beach chairs.- the beach towels are checked out and returned at the check in desk..so when others are checking in it may take a bit...we sometimes drip dried instead. Bring your own cup they were happy to fill it for you. They have pool and beach service so you never were without a drink..I am a frozen drink person and never felt a thing..and I am a very small drinker. The beer was on draft. No fridge or coffee maker in our room on floor 3..We heard 9 had them for upcharge ..but there is a coffee area downstairs that had fresh coffee and tea..they were so nice. There was a restaurant that served a buffet breakfast ..menu lunch and dinner...a snack bar..and a specialty restaurant. The food was not our favorite at all...but the chicken and shrimp tacos were good. Go down the road to the right there are 3 places..a key lime pie place..lobster house..and another lobster place . Choose middle one for food...we had an amazing shrimp cocktail...1 beers..2 mixed drinks..2 cokes...bbq shrimp plate..and small lobster meal..for 98.00 US. it was fantastic!!! Then go have the pie- so good!!! By the way this is a five minute walk! Our room ..1303 was freezing cold and the bed was firm..but nice. Our view was palm trees and ocean..so a total win! Water was slightly warm ..not hot. My husband did not want hot anyways..I might have liked it warmer..but geez..the view! We had Ashley take our pictures one night and he was wonderful..he gives you one free...we bought his awesome video and 7 pictures for 100 us...trust me it was WELL worth it! So: customer service 10 plus Grounds 10 plus Rooms 9...we all get old...lol cold ..clean...smelled great..beautiful view! Food 5 Beach and grounds 10 plus plus plus
